Pizza Pan in Cannock Chase

First thing I noticed is that is filthy took half hour to get my meal and pizzas were completely dry cheese was like a block I can make better pizzas

Love there food service might not be fast but worth the wait . Tonight I received the wrong pizza they were quick to apologise and get the right one sent out 100% recommended

Poor food pizza barely looked cooked half missing cheese service and atmosphere nit the best and staff eating food and drinking over food/pizza prep area avoid this place defo not what it used to be so bad had to take our food back weren't prepared to take the risk of food poisoning

Love the pizzas buy one get one free... the value, the taste.. delivery times always under. Moved from domino's to pizza pan ... toppings did it for us!

Proper rude tried to make order took half of order then said use app only and proper rude been before and had good service but whoever on phone today I would sack him he has no idea of customer service

False advertisement we had a voucher code and some one came bk for extra money to pay and the delivery driver woke us up at 10.45 banging my windows and door woke me children up then could not be bothered to collect her money come bk the follow in day I won't be using pizza pan again my custom is going else where

Great pizza, I ordered for delivery. But to have a phone call to tell me, she will not come upstairs to a flat. So if the delivery driver is female, they don't go upstairs to flats. But the driver rings you from the the other end of the care park. I have to walk outside to the bottom of my stairs and find her. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR DELIVERY!!!

Thought I would try this place having heard mixed reviews walked in at 16.00 the time of opening only to be told " we are not open for another 15 minutes" So why is the door open then ? Cocky arrogant attitude from this young lad took a menu only to screw it up and put it in the bin outside. Will NEVER use this place EVER !! Plus they advertise pizzas at deep pan and they look more like regular pizzas with ends rolled over, good job I prefer thin crust. Will definitely stick to pizza hut round corner, much better customer service !!

Mrs ordered while I was at work I Had a mixed kebab from here as usually really good came home from work to find hardly any meat on this kebab. Not worth the money people go elsewhere

So just ordered a meat feast with bbq chicken chinese chicken and tandoori chicken complaint cause only clearly had 1 topping on and got told that's how it should be with disgraceful service been a customer for years and even showed a picture of the pizza I'll never order again and I advise people to stay well clear of it.if you want a better service and pizza use my papa joes

food came quite quickly however food was absolutely grim. The dough wasn’t cooked, cheese tasted off, chips are done out, and my whole family feel dizzy now after eaten it. GET THIS PLACE GONE.

Absolutely fantastic delivery arrived well within the time and still hot easy to order and very nice food will definitely use again.

Absolutely Delicious pizza and Calzone but the waiting time isn't very impressive 😕 bit slow tbh it has taken an hour and half from order placement for two pizzas which I don't think is that complicated of an order Bit of a shame really think they need to work on this.

Pizza was horrific absolute abomination of an attempt to make pizza.. rang the manager he didn't seem to care or want to rectify the situation just offered to look after me on my next order.. sorry son there won't be a next time. sticky stodgy pizza that had to be cut apart and the garlic herb dip not enough to choke an ant.. would have been more satisfying chewing my toe nails

Confused with order there system the one get one one free leaflet is 9.99 for in store collection but £18.99 when called in. The lion deal was 3 pizza's for £19.99 on there website but when I rang they said they don't do it. Pizza's are great though used to use them alot.

Ordered a delivery on 25th November just before 9pm through Pizza Pans 'app'. Order accepted. Nothing delivered by 10.10pm but the tracking on the app stated it had been, so called the restaurant. Was told no order received quite rudely and bluntly. I asked if anything could be done and again was rudely just told I would need to contact who I ordered through to get a refund, which turns out to be Food Hub. No apology at any point. Its now 6th December and I still have no refund. Food Hub are struggling to get any response or support from Pizza Pan to confirm this was the case despite sending all proof. Will not be ordering from here again, looks like im not the only one recently either...

Great pizza but we use to be able to buy of line and get a discount. Today we tried to order from there site but couldn't. Phoned the order through but they shop couldn't except payment by phone so we had to order through just eat. It cost us £5.00 more!!!!!😡. Sorry guys. You've lost a customer. Bye

Ordered off just eat this evening, order was extremely delayed and took nearly 2 hours to arrive from the time I placed the order and it got accepted, was quite disappointed today, last time we ordered the portion sizes were much larger, also states on just eat you get two naan bread and you only get one, I cannot fault the taste of the food it was lovely, the customer service was pretty poor this evening (again previous experience was completely different)

Ordered at 7:30pm and it was delivered at 10:15. Single pizza, unfortunately it was inedible. You couldn’t even pick a slice up without it falling apart because the dough wasn’t cooked. Absolutely disgusting, such a shame, I have used this place a few times but never again.

This place does some really nice pizza's, hot and fresh and do 2 for 1 on them. It's the cheap dough type that's a bit soft still when cooked but I like that. The new burgers are nice too. Last order I had though I tried a calzone, ordered it about 9.40 so was one of the last orders, seemed like it had been rushed as on delivery the thicker side of it was still cold inside, like the ingredients were in the fridge, that cold. Tried to call but no answer as they shut at 10. Hopefully it's a one off.

Really lovely pizza, nice fresh ingredients. Just wish the toppings list was better. I love prawns on my pizza. Please could you add to your menu?

Great place to get good pizza for a low price. I'd recommend using their website as the fees are low and they often offer discount codes. Very responsive on orders - you'll have your food in less than 20 minutes if you're collecting.

Customer service was great pizza and wraps good. But the mozerlla sticks were barely cooked and when we open the cookie dough it just looked like a burnt slab

Pizzas are nice but the burgers and kababs was over cooked very dry and bland. Food was cold when got delivered. Will not be ordering from pizza pan again.

Best Pizza's in the Cannock/ Hednesford area. We have Pizza's two or three times a month and these are head and shoulders above everyone elses. Very friendly people to talk to and excellent value for money.

Absolutely brilliant, been using them for a while now and always great food. The food is always really tasty and fresh. Brilliant customer service, always very helpful and polite . I highly recommend and us them regularly.

Just moved to the area and used them for the 1st time tonight, must say I'm not disappointed and will definitely use them again, great food, good prices and very friendly, the staff at front of house really looked after me.

Rude Manager and deplorable customer service. The wrong pizza was delivered. My daughter rang and politely asked how the situation might be rectified. The Manager said no mistake had been made and while she was trying to plead her case, he hung up on her. When she called back to try to resolve the matter, he shouted, continued not to listen and was unnecesarily rude. Ultimately she is left with a pizza she doesn't want, paid for with hard earned cash.

We ordered from pizza pan today it was a first time. The pizza was beautiful the driver leannah was brilliant she was polite. Service was brilliant.

Food arrived earlier than expected and was hot and delicious! Tandoori chicken on the pizza was very tasty. Very pleased with the service and food.

Not the best tasting pizza 👎🏽 mixed up order our completely regarding toppings, I did phone to explain & the man I spoke to was apologetic and would “sort us out with a discount next time” (after we spent £35 ) but unfortunately there definitely will not be a next time as my partner found a hair halfway through eating !

Waited 2 and a half hours for the pizza and no answer from the phone at the shop so couldn’t cancel. I want my money back pizza pan 🤬 people don’t order from here
