Ice cream was melted it needs to be put in a separate bag to the hot waffles. I always order from here but the bag was soo tight the hot air couldn't escape.

absolutely fantastic desserts. Value for money. I have ordered from them before and will definitely order from them again.

Amazing service, ordered for a family of 4 and couldn’t fault the portion sizes and the taste was amazing, we had pancakes bubble waffles, cake and all of it was so good, we had no complaints and they even wrote a birthday message for my son on his dessert. Delivered with a smile and care. We will be back to order for sure.

I ordered from here yesterday via Uber eats for the first time. I ordered three cakes, a double chocolate, lemon drizzle cake and cheesecake. Taste was fantastic. Was disappointed in the size of the lemon drizzle cake that was sent. It was less than half the size of the chocolate cake and was more like a children's portion. I reported to Uber eats and they asked me to contact them directly. The contact number on Google is a dead line. So unfortunately didn't get a chance to.speak to no one to discuss my concern, therefore the 3 stars.

Awful awful awul service!! I shall not order from here again! I'm surprised they are still in business, to be honest. With the amount of bad reviews they have. I've ordered from here and been very satisfied before. But for the last 3 orders, the customer service was terrible! Worst I've ever experienced, late orders, no updates, no answer on the phone!! Yet they are still happy to take your money!! I've now got to take time out of my day tomorrow to actually go until the store to complain about a missing order and no communication and get a refund!! SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND ORDER FROM ELSE WHERE!

Placed an order at 20:35 pm, by 22:10 pm we still hadn’t received our order that was suppose to be delivered between 21:20-21:40 pm. Tried to call the restaurant but stated the number was incorrect, although this is the number from google. Checked uber eats, and it told us our order had been delivered, we’ve received no order and have no way to contact the store. Definitely would not recommend sprinkle street to anyone and I certainly will not be ordering with them again.

I ordered just after 9, did not come until quarter past 11. I tried to call and received no answer. I got a £4.97 credit but I personally feel like I deserve a refund after trying to run down my food for over 2 hours for it to come cold.

AWFUL DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE The shop sent me churros that were rock hard, missing all the toppings & brownies as described on uber eats. The waffle sticks were raw in the middle. I spent £30 & everything went in the bin. I contacted them & they told me it was Ubers fault due to delivery (they drove straight to me a total time of 13 mins for collection & delivery) they have now told me they can’t refund me. Absolutely awful service. The worst dessert I’ve ever seen. WORST FOOD EVER!!! WORST SERVICE EVER

2nd time ordering via Uber eats and on both occasions your Brownhills store has forgotten one of the ice creams with a cookie dough.

We were very upset regarding the delivery time. Due to having to get up early we actually were in bed when the delivery finally came. We were not able to eat the food because of how late it came and had to leave it in the fridge for the next day.

Ordered from UberEats at 9pm on a week day(crepe and a few donuts) expected delivery was 9:45pm - 10:15pm which I thought was a little slow but fine, got to 10:25pm no update on the app, and called the restaurant but no answer.. cancelled the order at about 10:45pm.. terrible service

Came here with the family for the first time and really enjoyed the desserts. The staff were attententive and gave brilliant customer service. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely be going back

1 hour 40mins late! Absolute joke and still not arrived!

When me and my partner first ordered we were very excited due to the large display of items. I ordered a gluten free cake which the owner was very kindly able to ring to explain they didn't have any after the order and I could swap for a sundae. I thought this was all very good until we received all our items except for the sundae. I tried calling the store multiple times that night and finally got through when they opened again the next morning. After explaining the situation to the owner on the phone I was told multiple times that the driver wouldn't of taken my item (I never accused of such) and that he must of given it to me. Pretty much calling me a liar the whole conversation. I was told she would need to discuss with the driver what had happened before anything else could proceed ie refund or remake. After finally getting through to them that I am not lying I was finally told to send them proof of me not receiving the items as they are so insistent that I had received it. I felt belittled and wronged my whole interaction with the owner and I would not recommend this place to people. Items I did get to enjoy were okay but if you ever have an issue don't expect it to be resolved without being accused of lying and being told you would have to wait atleast days to even continue going forward with a resolution. I have only given 2 stars as we did enjoy the items we did get and it came quite fast. Overall not the best experience will not be going back.

My food has not been delivered

I have had issues before with ordering from here but decided to give it a go today for thr first time in 18 months. Wish I hadn't. They took £14 out of my account immediately and then cancelled the order. I now have to wait up to 5 days for a refund! You should not take the money until you confirm the order. I ordered on your website so I know they will blame foodhub but they shouldn't use this if the order of things is wrong. I gave them a new chance after 18 months and am now convinced I will go elsewhere

Ordered from here before and had no problems but today i payed £6 for a fruit sundae which was half filled and both the blueberries and raspberries tastes almost fermented. I also ordered a flake milkshake and it did not taste like flake at all and lacked flake bits in, as i have also had this before and did enjoy it but this time around just tasted like plain milk from my fridge.

Delivery was nearly 2 hours for items which are already pre-made (cakes/cheesecake) and they were just thrown in the containers.

The opening times are awful, I’ve been here twice now both times they were closed. It says open till 11pm but closed at 7pm??? Last time coming here.

Ordered through deliveroo because of a money off offer but I picked collection as time was ticking. Deliveroo app said food was being prepared. Arrived to collect order at the exact time to find the place in darkness and locked up. Tried ringing but the line was dead. Contacted Deliveroo who refunded me but on the app it says collected at 21:35. Absolute disgusting service. Online the place should be open until 11pm! Luckily I didn’t opt for delivery otherwise it would never have arrived and I wouldn’t have anyway of contacting the place. AVOID!

We’ve ordered from here many times and tonight’s has been the worst. The waffles was ice cold. And the biscoff cheesecake I had tasted nothing like it so I’m unsure what you sent, although I’ve had several times. Bit disappointed with it tonight.

usually don't have a bad thing to say about sprinkle Street always top quality food but we ordered a dipping box with caramel sauce and it was golden syrup so didn't taste nice with the things that were in the dipping box unfortunately maybe use proper caramel sauce or change it to golden syrup on your menu

The shop is literally 5 mins down the road. They text to say it was on it's way 20 mins ago....its still not arrived. Its took 2 hrs so far....its a joke

ordered the food around 9:25, estimated around 10:15-10:20… the app didn’t even say it was on its way to deliver until 10:30 then ended up taking until 11:10 to actually arrive. when it got to me it was cold and the ice cream had melted against the food. not too impressed

Quality of food is fantastic, normally can’t eat a full waffle but this was excellent however delivery estimates and times let it down, ordered at 7:15pm, estimated delivery before order was 65 min max, delivery estimate was 8:15 to 8:35, chased up as missed this time, was told 9pm, came at 9:10pm almost 2 hours, we are only 25 minutes away so can’t understand such long times. Foods great but they need to either change their delivery estimates or get more drivers

Over an hour late on delivery, strawberry crepe burnt and rock hard so totally inedible. Strawberry ice cream missing We had to chase multiple times and even ring the delivery person as they didn’t bring the drinks. Restaurant themselves totally uncontactable!!! Refused a refund and apparently given a free menu item to make up for it? Non existent free item. 100% avoid at all costs, scammers and very rude. Terrible food! Not sure how still going tbh when you read the reviews! Not the first time had issues but we thought to give a second chance as might be better than 2022 clearly they are not. Will be doing a charge back from our bank as soon as able. Avoid if you don’t want the same issues!!!

Ordered biscoff toast but didn’t receive it, received plain. The syrup had leaked through the box into the bag, over our drinks and straws etc and was just very messy which was a shame

Had ordered 3 milkshakes and it took nearly two hours to make them and be delivered yet we only live 10-15 minutes away. What a joke!!! Won’t be ordering from here again. Milkybar milkshake tastes like out of date milk.
