Joke -of a service no official number to call And o was delivered sloppy next to a hot waffle - avoid !

Ordered from UberEats at 9pm on a week day(crepe and a few donuts) expected delivery was 9:45pm - 10:15pm which I thought was a little slow but fine, got to 10:25pm no update on the app, and called the restaurant but no answer.. cancelled the order at about 10:45pm.. terrible service

not happy with the order, strawberries were sour , and the waffle came wrong i asked for choc chips and got aero mint chocolate which i hate , total let down for first order

Came here with the family for the first time and really enjoyed the desserts. The staff were attententive and gave brilliant customer service. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely be going back

Food was amazing, the whole family loved all the desserts. Also service was 5 stars from the lovely lady who served us. Will come again !!!

1 hour 40mins late! Absolute joke and still not arrived!

When me and my partner first ordered we were very excited due to the large display of items. I ordered a gluten free cake which the owner was very kindly able to ring to explain they didn't have any after the order and I could swap for a sundae. I thought this was all very good until we received all our items except for the sundae. I tried calling the store multiple times that night and finally got through when they opened again the next morning. After explaining the situation to the owner on the phone I was told multiple times that the driver wouldn't of taken my item (I never accused of such) and that he must of given it to me. Pretty much calling me a liar the whole conversation. I was told she would need to discuss with the driver what had happened before anything else could proceed ie refund or remake. After finally getting through to them that I am not lying I was finally told to send them proof of me not receiving the items as they are so insistent that I had received it. I felt belittled and wronged my whole interaction with the owner and I would not recommend this place to people. Items I did get to enjoy were okay but if you ever have an issue don't expect it to be resolved without being accused of lying and being told you would have to wait atleast days to even continue going forward with a resolution. I have only given 2 stars as we did enjoy the items we did get and it came quite fast. Overall not the best experience will not be going back.

The cookie dough is squashed, and you’ve forgot a vanilla ice cream which I paid extra for.. the cookie dough and the waffle are both stone cold

My food has not been delivered

I have had issues before with ordering from here but decided to give it a go today for thr first time in 18 months. Wish I hadn't. They took £14 out of my account immediately and then cancelled the order. I now have to wait up to 5 days for a refund! You should not take the money until you confirm the order. I ordered on your website so I know they will blame foodhub but they shouldn't use this if the order of things is wrong. I gave them a new chance after 18 months and am now convinced I will go elsewhere

Ordered from here before and had no problems but today i payed £6 for a fruit sundae which was half filled and both the blueberries and raspberries tastes almost fermented. I also ordered a flake milkshake and it did not taste like flake at all and lacked flake bits in, as i have also had this before and did enjoy it but this time around just tasted like plain milk from my fridge.

Nearly two hour wait for something that was cold, missing one of two fruits, and a bit of sauce which has stuck to the box

Delivery was nearly 2 hours for items which are already pre-made (cakes/cheesecake) and they were just thrown in the containers.

order was meant to arrive for 10.15 and it arrived 11.45. the lady when phoned up was lovely just not so much happy about how long it took as i ordered at 9.15 ish

I ordered 2 waffles and they never arrived and every time I went to call the shop they either hung up or didn't answer my call waited hour and a half and didnt get any food

Awful awful awul service!! I shall not order from here again! I'm surprised they are still in business, to be honest. With the amount of bad reviews they have. I've ordered from here and been very satisfied before. But for the last 3 orders, the customer service was terrible! Worst I've ever experienced, late orders, no updates, no answer on the phone!! Yet they are still happy to take your money!! I've now got to take time out of my day tomorrow to actually go until the store to complain about a missing order and no communication and get a refund!! SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND ORDER FROM ELSE WHERE!

The opening times are awful, I’ve been here twice now both times they were closed. It says open till 11pm but closed at 7pm??? Last time coming here.

Ordered through deliveroo because of a money off offer but I picked collection as time was ticking. Deliveroo app said food was being prepared. Arrived to collect order at the exact time to find the place in darkness and locked up. Tried ringing but the line was dead. Contacted Deliveroo who refunded me but on the app it says collected at 21:35. Absolute disgusting service. Online the place should be open until 11pm! Luckily I didn’t opt for delivery otherwise it would never have arrived and I wouldn’t have anyway of contacting the place. AVOID!

The milkshakes were off and the ice cream also, the custard was stone cold and also the cookie doughs wasn’t cooked properly

We’ve ordered from here many times and tonight’s has been the worst. The waffles was ice cold. And the biscoff cheesecake I had tasted nothing like it so I’m unsure what you sent, although I’ve had several times. Bit disappointed with it tonight.

usually don't have a bad thing to say about sprinkle Street always top quality food but we ordered a dipping box with caramel sauce and it was golden syrup so didn't taste nice with the things that were in the dipping box unfortunately maybe use proper caramel sauce or change it to golden syrup on your menu

The shop is literally 5 mins down the road. They text to say it was on it's way 20 mins ago....its still not arrived. Its took 2 hrs so far....its a joke

food was average, but stingy on topping, waffles definitely was not freshly made , could do better with toppings and give a choice of ice cream instead of just giving vanilla, had better else where

ordered the food around 9:25, estimated around 10:15-10:20… the app didn’t even say it was on its way to deliver until 10:30 then ended up taking until 11:10 to actually arrive. when it got to me it was cold and the ice cream had melted against the food. not too impressed

Absolutely amazing food waffles was beautiful pancakes was just mouth watering would definitely buy from here again but as they are busy was late but well worth the wait

Quality of food is fantastic, normally can’t eat a full waffle but this was excellent however delivery estimates and times let it down, ordered at 7:15pm, estimated delivery before order was 65 min max, delivery estimate was 8:15 to 8:35, chased up as missed this time, was told 9pm, came at 9:10pm almost 2 hours, we are only 25 minutes away so can’t understand such long times. Foods great but they need to either change their delivery estimates or get more drivers

Waffle looked like it’s been tipped upside down and only half of it had strawberries and sauce! Ice cream wasn’t even ice cream it was all melted!

Order made at 8:10pm. Advised delivery would be up to 45 minutes. It’s now 10:10pm and nothing has been delivered, and now we’re going to bed. Nothing has arrived. Even though it said it has been sent and to “enjoy food”. Mobile down not work. They also apparently chit at 10pm. I want all my money back!!

Over an hour late on delivery, strawberry crepe burnt and rock hard so totally inedible. Strawberry ice cream missing We had to chase multiple times and even ring the delivery person as they didn’t bring the drinks. Restaurant themselves totally uncontactable!!! Refused a refund and apparently given a free menu item to make up for it? Non existent free item. 100% avoid at all costs, scammers and very rude. Terrible food! Not sure how still going tbh when you read the reviews! Not the first time had issues but we thought to give a second chance as might be better than 2022 clearly they are not. Will be doing a charge back from our bank as soon as able. Avoid if you don’t want the same issues!!!

Ordered biscoff toast but didn’t receive it, received plain. The syrup had leaked through the box into the bag, over our drinks and straws etc and was just very messy which was a shame

Said it was delivered and when I called up said it was on the way, after 10 minutes still not arrived and next call to the restaurant said another 10 minutes. Placed my order at 20:16 was suppose to be here by 21:35 and then received a message it wouldn’t be here till 21:55 and hadn’t received any update since then until I tried to contact them and got told the number was out of service. Had ordered 3 milkshakes and it took nearly two hours to make them and be delivered yet we only live 10-15 minutes away. What a joke!!! Won’t be ordering from here again. Milkybar milkshake tastes like out of date milk.

I had deliver estimate for 21:50-22-35. My order arrived at 23:00, two hours after I had originally ordered. The food was good but the communication from the restaurant about accurate times, where my order was and updates was atrocious. If my food was hot out the oven it would’ve been stone cold. Not great to be honest

The waffle was beautiful, we order from here regularly, however the milkshakes we had, they had a bizarre taste (bit like ginger) don't know if it's what they used to wash up with but wasn't pleasant.

Ordered just before 8pm, arrived cold at 10pm. Such a shame as the food would of been lovely had it been hot. The waffle looked amazing but it was stone cold, The cookie dough was cold as was the apple pie. Had to put them in the microwave to heat them up.

Do not order from this place! We placed an order of 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes at 8:30pm. At 9:30, there was still no update, so we decided to call. The person on the phone was rude, snappy and unapologetic. He said that they were busy, and our food was the third in line to be sent. That was a lie. We waited nearly two and half hours in total, as our food didn’t arrive until 10:50. We had tried to call through after the first phone call to cancel our order as it had just been too long, and both of us have jobs to attend to in the morning. However, they clearly were avoiding our calls. When the food finally did arrive, we explained our issue to the delivery driver, who said that we needed to call the restaurant and they would sort it out for us. Of course, the restaurant would not answer the phones, even though they are still open. Additionally, my waffle was not the waffle I ordered & the food was cold. The waffles were like rubber and the milkshakes were completely melted. One was supposed to be Crunchie, one malteaser, and it was completely flavourless, with no way of telling the difference apart from the writing on the cup. Biggest waste of money and such a shame to waste all that money. I’m hoping a manager will reach out to me, as we have attempted to contact this restaurant multiple times, yet it seems completely unprofessional as they seem to ignore their customers….

Absolute joke was about two hours late stone cold and then got told we couldn’t have a refund because it was busy … busy enough for a TWO HOUR DELAY why would you accept an order knowing your behind by two hours what a joke and then the audacity to decline our refund absolutely abysmal service not happy.

Was not impressed with this order. Second time now I've waited over 2 hours for 3 waffles. Order was already over an hour late. Then pushed back another hour. When I rang they were not helpful. When desserts arrived the waffles were not cooked properly. Will definitely never order from here again.

The strawberry sauce was everywhere in the bag all over the place, no longer in the food it should have been on can’t even get the ice cream out the bag due to the amount of sauce that’s everywhere
