Ordered BREAKFAST at 11:15 and arrived at 12:50 LUNCHTIME very poor delivery service.

Absolute disgrace of a cafe. Had many issues with them in the past but having staff personally bring it to us and promising they will get better shows what a shambles it is. The food isn't actually bad, but I think it's organised terribly. Ordered a breakfast for my family and I just before 10am. We watch the uber eats driver going towards our house and turning back all the way back to the cafe. He then lets us know the cafe have messed the order up. We call the cafe and they say no they haven't (however this has happened before). We have to walk them through our order which was pretty simple, they then promise to deliver our order personally again. Uber eats driver turns up with food that is in a tesco bag and the foil is open on them. We then wait until half 12 for them to tell us the ones they were bringing personally are actually with another uber eats driver. Cancelled. Refund. Never again.

Food was cold when arrived and beans dry

My visit was very brief , due to the food coming out way to quick , resulting in under cooked food and staff were very rude when i asked a replacement . i recommend this place To be shut down . i think a call to environmental health is needed 🤬🤬🤬🤬

2 hours wait for 3 pancake meals and a shiny breakfast, when arrived we got one pancake meal and toast. (23quid) 🙈 rang shop to be told another 45mins for the rest of the order

What an amazing place. Food is great and staff are lovely, defo be eating there again. And the delivery service is brilliant. 5* service

Ordered food at around 9:30am. ‘Breakfast didn’t arrive until after 12 noon and was stone cold. No offer of compensation, no apology. Shoddy service! Couldn’t even remark on the quality of the food as it wasn’t eaten. When I order a delivery I don’t expect to have to put it in the microwave.

Bought breakfast from The Shiny Fork, Cannock on 19th August. Only 6-7 minute journey home but on opening the big breakfast, everything was soggy and cold so tasted awful. Will not be going back there any time soon. So disappointed.

Food was stone cold when it came do I have to microwave my takeway way now then ? And didn't come with gravy so have to make that myself too not happy at all and when was there ever purple cauliflower on a Sunday meal isn't it meant to be green not happy at all to say the least !!!!!!
