Dragon City in Cannock Chase

Went to the Chinese for a takeaway and they didn't close the container properly and the food was everywhere and rang up and they hung up the phone

Been coming here last two years just say food is fantastic in those years The curry is exceptional in taste tried many different dishes and exceptional Cantonese food Thank you dragon city Staff are friendly too reasonable prices Actually cheaper now than local chip shop 👌

We had a take away tonight my husband said no mushrooms. When home one of the meals was full of mushrooms. When we called they insisted that there were no mushrooms, a complete failure to accept that 1 of the 2 main meals had been sent out with si etching that could have caused an allergic reaction. Despicable behavior!

We thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway from Dragon City. Ready in 10 minutes, but no complaints about the quality of the food. Would recommend.

Appealing service ordered food over one and a half hours ago only two miles away.. Rang up several times but there response was so not bothered and left phone number no call off them to say it would be later than stated on the phone when ordering.. Finally had enough of waiting rang up to cancel there response was Ok NO PROBLEM... What a discussing way to run a take away ..

So my Saturday evening ruined Topped off by the attitude of the lady who served me Sir ; what do you want me to say , you have complained about every dish Damn right ! Singapore Rice , cold, dry chicken , certainly not fresh ! On the contrary she tells me all our dishes are fresh , well guess what ! No fresh enough Chill chips cold and dry , sweet n sour chicken cold and soggy ! I only live 2 miles away , so how can this be cold that it needed heating up in my me microwave Avoid this place To make matters worse she didn’t like me complaining and promptly put the phone down AVOID Amen

Lovely food from dragon city! Shredded beef in salt and pepper is the best we’ve had! Highly recommended!

We have used this Chinese take away on and off over the last 6 years and have also had good food. They are often very busy at the weekends with orders and often find it difficult to get through on the phone. We therefore tend to order in person and collect our food. Apart from this though the food is great quality and can highly recommend it to others.

Had a chicken curry here. What a mistake! Didn't taste right eating it. Couple of hours later couldn't leave the toilet. Avoid this place

Best Chinese takeaway ever. Absolutely love the Crispy Duck in Peking Sauce-can’t find it anywhere else. Can’t remember how many years we have been visiting this place. Moved from Hednesford 6 years ago and we still drive back here when having a takeaway. Love it!

We always use the Dragon City but recently it has been closed???? The take-away was always first class and better than any other local take-away. You can always rely on the food and the standard is always high.

We collected this meal ourselves although a delivery service is available.We consider this the best Chinese food in the Midlands.All food is freshly cooked and the portions are very generous

Absolutely disgusted at the service...ordered at opening time....2 1/2 hours later NO FOOD after many phone calls with nothing but lies (it will be another 30 mins we are busy). Did not pay sent it back COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ....order elsewhere might be nice food idk never tried it never will........frustrated stick to who you know

Was Told 40 Minutes Over A Hour & Half Later We Rang To See Where Our Food Was The Woman Ranted & Hung Up On Us So Used A Different Mobile They Kept Hanging Up On Us Finally Got An Answer She Had The Nerve To Have A Go At Me Like It Was My Fault Then Food Arrived Cold

Ordered a takeaway and was told 15 minutes, an hour and 10 minutes later and after 2 phone calls the food arrived cold, it went in the bin, will never use these again

We were recommended this take away as our normal has gone downhill in our opinion. We've used Dragon City a few times and their food is lovely and service great. Our last order was wrong.. however they couldn't apologise enough and sorted the issue

Dragon City is our local take-away and we were delighted to discover the quality of their food. My all-time favourite is the chicken chow mein, but after trying most of their menu now, everything is good. Really good menu and the family meals are extremely good. They even deliver to your door for free with orders over £20, or £1 if under, which is brilliant.

New chinese opened in Broadway Hednesford - same as the one in Rosehill.Great takeaway food, really enjoyed my takeaway and will use it again

The staff are very rude is a good start, food arrive cold, the place is filthy, you can be waiting for nearly an hour and the chefs are also filthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

we use Dragon City regularly, as it is the most convenient Chinese takeaway in our area. However, we always have to wait at least an hour for delivery, no matter what time we place an order. tonight has changed everything, we will no longer use this restaurant. After trying to get through for 20 minutes, my husband finally ordered at 6.50pm, asking for a delivery, as we always do. they did ask if we were willing to wait, to which my husband replied we were (this pre-warned us that we were probably going to wait an hour and a half). after 2 and a half hours I phoned to chase the order, to which the woman said no order was placed for this address. I told her to forget it and hung up, extremely angry and hungry. I decided to use 'Just Eat' to order an Indian instead, which turned up in 15 minutes.in summary, the food is actually good from Dragon City, but the service is horrendous. they need to update their phone system (we phoned continuously on new years eve and got cut off, if they had an answer phone system we would have known it was collection only that night)
