Awful food. Missing items the chicken bites are reheated/ microwaved frozen chicken. So dry you can’t bite into them. £8 for 5 frozen nuggets is absolutely diabolical. Tasted so stale that it was inedible. Threw the food away what a waste of money.

Absolutely terrible food just slapped together wrong order even when we went and got the rest of order stil just slapped together , used xtra fuel to go bk no salt in the chips everything cold not even offered anything for the hassel of their mistake don't normally leave a review but this has made this dinner service given has made me

Recently visited and I ordered a cappuccino and was be ready so I waited 30 minutes and wasn't busy at all and it was my birthday that day it wasn't pleasant experience thank you 07743466087

The pizza was really good both in taste and looks only thing i would say is there wasn't a lot of sauce on my pizza so it tasted dry I do hope they fix this. They also forgot to bring my drinks and chips when called up the shop the manager didn't seem to at all care. Really a let down with customer service and puts me off wanting to order again.

Visited with friends on 27th December. None of us had been before and none of us had been to any of the unrelated previous incarnations at the venue. Unsure if it was the fact it was lunchtime we went but from the board outside we expected burgers, kebabs etc. We got a huge shock when we went in. The venue was small and nice enough although cold and it had an odd smell about it. There was a heater placed in the room which was chucking out a lot of heat but not enough to take the chill off the air. We ordered coffee and were told the coffee machine wasn't working, no problem im good with instant or whatever way you can make coffee, its all good with me. This coffee was awful though. It was hugely reminiscent of times gone by and going to an infamous near by greasy truckers café where the coffee only tasted of smokey bacon crisps. If it was instant coffee it had either gone off/was stale or just hideously cheap. Now onto the menu... all that was on there was sandwiches/nacho type things and the like with the only hot options being fish and chips or a fry up. Not what we expected from the board outside. We ordered and then waited. Waited. Waited some more and then to top it off we waited a bit more. 4 sandwiches and 1 fry up took almost an hour to reach us. Luckily we were busy catching up and the cocktails we had were nice enough although nothing special. When the food arrived it looked nicer than it tasted. My partner couldn't even eat his seafood open sandwich as he said there was too much mayo on it but the seafood was rubbery as if it was frozen but been over microwaved to defrost it. one thing I can say though was the one person who was working that day was lovely and very nice. All in all a shocking experience from a venue that is currently trying to provide something its failing at miserably. We wanted delicious food as shown on the facebook page in their pictures and the menu, we got a long wait, rubbery prawns and bacon coffee. Wont be going back at all.

Lovely lady took my order at the desk. Clean facilities, wrap lovely and hot. Toilets smelt like eggs, perhaps a plumbing issue.

Ordered 3 pizzas, very disappointed with the quality and the taste. Bases like cardboard (meant to be deep pan) no cheese in the cheese and hot dog crust (cost extra ) just tasteless and not worth the money.

We arrived in store to a small queue of 2 couples and one person in front of us. It soon became apparent that it was taking ages for customers to get served as delivery drivers were turning up and collecting orders. We all waited patiently for another 25 minutes. The staff at no time apologised for the wait and carried on ignoring the customers right in front of them and continued with other orders. After half an hour I approached the counter and said to the the girl “can you tell me when we are going to be served as we have been here half an hour already!” To which she replied “we have got a £90 order” and I said “but what about your customers here standing in front of you” and she responded with “these are customers as well”. I understand that they were busy.However, the complete lack of regard for waiting customers was awful. There was no apology for the wait and absolutely no communication! They simply ignored us!
