Food was delicious! We had the oxtail & the jerk chicken. Meat was cooked perfectly & wasn’t too fatty. We got medium portions and it was more than enough. Would definitely come back!

Very polite staff and a very welcoming environment. Quick service and was very simple and easy to order. Would recommend with friends or solo.

Found Tpots a very pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. They have lots of baking activities and workshops for children during school holidays. Retro and vintage tea-sets make it a blast from the past experience, with lots of home made cakes on offer. The afternoon tea looks delicious

Ronnie was fab as were all the staff. High five the peeps who made our dinner. The 8oz black Angus sirloin was banging!!!!!! Well done everyone. Credit to the organisation and yourselves. Hope to see you again soon.

Food is really hit and miss, eat here a couple of times a week, often don’t get extras that’s ordered with meals (waffle fries, fried egg etc), stale tortillas seem to be a common occurrence too. But often it’s simply excellent, guess it depends who’s in the kitchen. Their steaks are normally fantastic. No complaints over atmosphere and service though, both are excellent.

Very friendly welcome 😊 room 9 was noisy from a whirring above, plus coming-and-going. Although advertised as having air-con, our room didn't have it, so a bit too warm for us. But the room had a nice bath tub (though the noise from the extractor fan was overwhelming.) Room television too small to view. We had a nice meal in the Brewers Fayre.

Without doubt our favourite takeaway in the area. Food is great and fresh and if I could give Carol and the team 6 stars, I would. Always friendly and welcoming. Brilliant!

We stay here a lot while travelling up north. The hotel is a bit dated, with no air-conditioning, but the staff are absolutely brilliant. Seen some new faces, shout out to Shauna, real credit to the hotel. And many thanks to cleaners, never had problems with the rooms. But do consider aircon

Great vibe , banging cocktails and top service

Don't know why so many mixed reviews. Prices and food not bad at all . Spare ribs are lovely, meat falls of the bone. Best around. How someone can give 1 star is beyond me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was a few to many onions in my curry, but maybe I should have asked to leave them out . Nice people I'm sure they would have.
