Premier Inn Cannock (Orbital) hotel in Cannock Chase

We stayed at this Premier Inn as it is near to where the relative we were visiting lived. Overall we were very happy. The staff member on duty when we checked in was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A problem we had with the settings on the TV was quickly resolved. Lovely big room and accessible washroom. The bed height was rather low for a disabled person. The toilet flush was difficult to operate. A large lever would be more appropriate. The paved path to the reception was difficult to negotiate with the wheelchair. A smooth tarmac surface would be better.. Although there are dedicated disabled parking bays, they are on a slope, which made tranfer from and to the car more difficult than a level surface. We didn't use the facilities in the restaurant, so we can not comment on that aspect. We will certainly stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel as we were in town to watch a kick boxing world champ The staff were excellent so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a comfortable one. Room were clean and well stocked with tea coffee milk. Carole was brilliant as were all the bar and restaurant staff would definitely stay here again fantastic place thank you for all your hard work it was really appreciated x x

For a one night stay it’s great, perfect location. Food in the adjacent Bar area not great and not a buffet breakfast. Staff really friendly.

Staff are absolutely amazing stayed for 5 days food was incredible rooms could do with a update/refurb KATIE is such a great asset to premiere inn lovely bubbly caring and Carol is a kind caring person who will do anything to make your stay better both are a blessing for the company no job is ever to small for either of them,And deserve a raise or recognition from premiere inn.

Stayed at this accommodation for 5 days and was nothing short of perfect, the staff were incredible and was met by the lovely Katie and Carol who made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend and the food from the connected restaurant was outstanding.

Excellent location if visiting the local designer outlet centre. Staff here cannot do enough for you, very helpful! Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Despite its location once inside the building we couldn't hear the noise from outside traffic.

Stayed 2 days at Cannock Orbital. Accessible rooms really comfortable and fitted out superbly for those less able. Great menu, superbly cooked at attached Brewer's Fayre. Meal deal great value. Staff friendly and so helpful. All are great however Carol and Nina worthy of special mention. Having stayed at several Premier Hotels, and never been disappointed, however this was the best by far.

Right on a busy roundabout so is not quiet.

Very friendly welcome 😊 room 9 was noisy from a whirring above, plus coming-and-going. Although advertised as having air-con, our room didn't have it, so a bit too warm for us. But the room had a nice bath tub (though the noise from the extractor fan was overwhelming.) Room television too small to view. We had a nice meal in the Brewers Fayre.

Been to a number of Premier Inns, but this one is superb. One of the smallest, and one of the friendliest, especially when Katy is on reception. Service in both the hotel and restaurant was excellent, and the food and drink was plentiful, to the extent of having difficulty finding a seat 'cos all the locals were in having their fish and chips! Well done to all! Looking forward to going back in the future.

Staff here are lovely. Helpful and efficient. Rooms are good and the breakfast is naturally excellent. Very handy for M6 and outlet centre

We recently visited the Premier Inn in Cannock to make a surprise visit to our family as we have lived in Spain for the past 19 years. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend using this hotel. a Special shout out to Beverley, Louise the cook, and Aaron for your great service. Well done.

Super friendly staff here who went above & beyond to make our short stay fantastic. Great location for taking a break in a long journey.

Hotel was lovely and rooms were clean, met this lovely lady called Beverley who sorted my breakfast that was very nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you.
