Had a lovely experience here with friends, nothing was to much trouble for the staff and they was all polite and friendly. The food was beautiful and good value for money. Wished we lived nearer thank you for a great time.

This really didn't blow us away. The onion bhajis tasted stale and the 2! free poppadums were the most stale I have ever had. Inedible. We used this takeaway because they opened earlier than others which suited our needs but the food was uninspiring. The amount of chicken in the Korma was disappointing. Both Naan were excellent and the fried rice was good My Mother's Chicken Tikka also earned a thumbs up from her and she is an expert. Would not use them again as there is no excuse for stale food.

Tried Oriental 2 for the first time and it was unfortunately quite disappointing. The salt and pepper chicken was very dry and everything was much too salty. The rice also didn’t seem fresh.

Brilliant staff, really friendly and appreciated the conversation, brought out our food and the beans were acctually warm unlike most places! 😂 Overall a great team and perfect food!

Waist of time now don’t open till 11.30am went in other day and ordered bacon egg and mushroom sandwich when brought to me it was on brown bread I said I asked for white he dropped it on table and said got no white bread and walked away never got the cup of tea I paid for won’t be back there

Wonders if it has changed hands because the last few times haven’t been nice last night chips were awful some of the kebab meat looked like it had been there all day fish was ok sorry but don’t think I be using for a while really put me off

We moved to the area a year ago now and wanted to try out a few local restaurants. The tamarind is one we always come back to. We are regulars there now. Lovely place. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and the food is amazing! Would recommend to anyone. Even on their busy days they are still consistent and professional

Cannot fault the service, quality of the food, the atmosphere and value for money. We can highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

I would say the best roast lunch for miles three different sizes to choose from and the potions are very generous. All fresh vegetables and fresh meat the staff are friendly and nothing is a problem.. The Guinness is very good too
