Dalo Fish Bar in Cannock Chase

Wonders if it has changed hands because the last few times haven’t been nice last night chips were awful some of the kebab meat looked like it had been there all day fish was ok sorry but don’t think I be using for a while really put me off

wow...that was amazing. the fish was huge, tasty, hot and delicious. wasn't soggy, the fish amount of fish in the batter was huge. massive potion.....great chippy

Food came piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Mini fish is well worth the money got to be the best fish I’ve ever had.

Always so fresh and tasty. Can't recommend it enough. Always miss it when we go back home to Scotland.

Had my weekend treat from Dalo’s. Delicious as always. The pizza is definitely my favourite but I do also love chicken meat and chips and salad 😍 xx

Our food was cold had been told how good your food was but I was let down

Delivery time was quick but the food arrived luke-warm and my order was wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with Donner meat and they just sent me a Donner butty. it was nice but I don't think I'll order from here again if it's not hot and what I've asked for

beautiful food, and it's the only take away we order from who give the kids meal a lolly which my daughter very much enjoyed ☺️

Not answering phone so went there. Very long wait.. chips pale and lukewarm. Paid nearly £5 for an overcooked chicken burger. No salad on it as stated on menu. Rubbish basically.

First time ordering from here great meal and piping hot love the curry sauce nearly burnt my mouth as was so hot and the skittles milkshake is just so delicious will be ordering from here again

unfortunatly wasnt great today we ordered 2 1/4 pound cheese burgers 1 with salad 1 without both come with no salad on em also the whole meal was barely warm.

Pizzas were perfect and chips were delicious, it may have been late, but I’m not complaining, will order again

Excellent quality food, delivered promptly.

Partner just got home with food, had to wait a total of 25 minutes as they obviously hold online orders to a higher standard than actual customers walking through the door. But hey thats fine HOWEVER if my partner waits 25 minutes! For food I at least expect all the food to be the correct ORDER! how bad can you screw up 3 meals in 25 minutes! He called and they didn't answer, just accepted defeat on the wrong order as don't want to wait another 25 minutes for them to correct the two meals they screwed up

I order here regularly and the food is always delicious, the staff are always really friendly and polite so highly recommended for anyone who wants to order something from the chippy 😊 10/10

Absolutely perfect, sad to say I lost my old favourite chippy a couple years back and nothing really matched up until this place. The doner kebab was top tier and the chips didn't need to be battered, they were crispy with no eyes in them. All I would say is it's still a bit old fashioned in style but those are the places still doing proper scran. 🤌

Food was delicious as always just took so long

First impression a mixed one as i had excellent fish&chips but missus had old brown chips & chicken meat which was not cut from kebab but taken from steel cabinet below & looked day,s old! Luckily did,nt make her ill but as 90% of her meal went in bin probably for best.If my business would want to make good impression but not my business! .

Delicious best pizza I have had in a long time

The best fish and chips I've had in ages and from what people tell me, the fresh made pizzas are incredible. I drive over to Dalos from Wolves as the food is that good. Definitely recommend.

REally enjoyed the Hawaiian burger and chips.

Milk not a milkshake and the fudge cake was that hard I bent the fork trying to put it in it literally just threw away 15 pound absolutely gutted

Great place. Gorgeous food (especially the pizzas and fish). Quick and friendly service. They even gave us a free Donna wrap, which we didn't eat until the next day (we thought it was garlic bread) but was still absolutely gorgeous. Even the chairs are comfy!

The food is good, as it always is here. I tried the chicken and veg kebab for the first time and I now have a new favourite.

DALOS DONNER KEBABS ARE AMAZING, perfect amount of sauce and the people are great in there. Highly recommend on an Friday/Saturday night!

A top fast food/takeaway, as I’m blind, sorting out food from a normal chip wrapping is awkward, as not knowing where food is, can cause burnt fingers from chips, and wastage due to not finding them With this in mind, I asked for my chips, if possible, to be put in a polystyrene tray, to my surprise, I had the chips, in one container, the large cod, in another, and a saveloy, well wrapped, separately My request was listened to, carried out, and delivered, to perfection by a very courteous, polite, and friendly lady. This chippy is disability friendly, and imo, deserve continued success, I will definitely be using again, and have no hesitation in recommending them at all. Thank you😎😎👨🏻‍🦯

Tried out this place as it was plastered on the outside of the shop that they do Orange battered chips, only to my dissapointment I was told they don’t do them, either they couldn’t be bothered to make some as they gave me ordinary chips that had been sitting there for ages or they have false advertising. I went for kebab meat & chips in the end which was OK. Not bad value for a fiver but salad was extra 50p which I didn’t have so had it plain
