Just been down for sausage chips and curry sauce for the family , very hot very tasty 10/10

The man polite let me off with having small battered chips for £2.25 because I was ment to cost £2.30 but I didn’t have enough money it was for the battered chips very tasty crispy soft cooked perfect woman polite aswell asked me if I wanted a bag I said no

Excellent service thay forgot an item from the order.One of the phoned me straightaway and to let me know and they delivered the item straight away

Food was hot, and tasty. Batter on the Haddock was perfect.

Every time we go to the Cannock MacArthur Village, we always go here and sometimes we make a special trip out just because we want to go for a drive and end up here. The shop is clean, there is always a queue out of the door . The food is delicious, piping hot and reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly and kind. The parking is right outside so if you’re disabled, it is quite handy. Give it a try you will not be disappointed 😊

Ordered from here lots of times before never a problem. Tonight we were missing the nuggets so had an upset little girl😞 the mini fish was so small honestly over £4! Although so small our little boy shared his fish with his sister who didn't get her nuggets! Had a regular chips too again over £4, it was a barely a small! 2 adults and 2 kids I had 4 chips so the others could have enough! Really disappointed with this order 😔

Been living in the midlands for nearly 15 years and after trying krispy chip for the first time it won’t be the last the best fish and chips around freshly cooked and tasted phenomenal we will certainly be back! Kudos!!

I have finally found a local chip shop that cooks excellent food and very reasonable prices. The Food is always cooked to perfection. They sell a choice of plain or battered chips, which ever is your preference you won't be disappointed. The staff are always super friendly and go the extra mile for you. They are close to the designer outlet so well worth a pop in when you are at the centre.

I’m very fussy with my fish batter I hate it when the inside is like cake mix, this place gets it right every time. Lovely and crispy. The chips are always lovely, but since they introduced the battered chips they are definitely my choice and have never been at other places. The kebabs are delicious not greasy and with a good amount of meat, salad and onion, the portion size is good. Importantly the staff are great, always attentive and friendly. Happy to help in anyway and lovely to the kids. Can’t fault this place keep it up! 👍

Ordered food via uber eats, after waiting an hour and a half, still no food !! Chip shop contacted us to apologise for the delay. Turns out the uber driver collected our food but failed to deliver to us. Our food was delivered direct from the shop, fresh and hot by Becky who is always happy and helpful. Needless to say we won’t be using uber again. Have used the chip shop for several years now. Always lovely food, good portion sizes and good prices. The staff are all friendly , especially Becky, nothing is too much trouble

Large kebab meat was fine, but the small chicken meat was inedible, first and last time ordering, sorry 😣, the reviews looked really good

The only downside was my little bottle of pop didn’t come with the meal, beautiful food & great delivery time :)

excellent food quality the best chippy from the battered chips to the cod just exceptional. my pop was not delivered though but that is because the driver forgot to give them to me. I then received a personal phone call from the Krispy chip apologising after the driver return to the shop with the drinks. what service won't go anywhere else. just amazing well done Krispy chip.

Tried here for the first time today as our usual chip shop had put the prices up again. All I can say is I’m glad they did and it made us go here. Amazing food. The battered chips are actually battered and not just orange and they are lovely and crispy. The food was hot when it arrived and plentiful and it wasn’t at all greasy. Prices were good and there was a big selection to choose from. We will definitely be back here again and it will be our go to chippy from now on 👍

OMG, I’m 48 years old and only now have I had the best chips I have ever tasted and felt in my mouth. Sorry for the phrase but, I had a mouthgasm. Oh wow! This place puts our old chippy to shame! We were told that was the best chippy in Cannock, heck no! The battered chips are out of this world and quite possibly the best food I’ve ever given my mouth the pleasure to try. Their fish cake tastes like fish, not bread pretending to be fish. Their curry sauce is the best I’ve ever had. I’m aware that all chippies might use the same supplier of curry sauce.. but I swear it was better than ever. We’ve lived in Cannock since 2008 and we’ve always used the same chippy. Oh man I wish we’d tried them all, over time, then we’d have already been eating these amazing explosions of taste and texture. But then again - We’d be the size of TEN houses by now. 🤣 Seriously, if you also want to taste and feel the best chips ever, order their battered chips, and I highly recommend fish cake and curry sauce. (We order enough to eat over two days) Absolutely gorgeous Chips. I never want any other chips ever again! ☺️

After seeing the good reviews,,we decided to try Krispy Chip.We ordered large cod ,regular mixed chips, and small carton of mushy peas The fish tasted awful. It left a strange sickly taste in the mouth.God knows what it was cooked in,and it didn't taste like fish. The chips were soggy, certainly not crispy. The battered chips were were soft not what could be described as battered. The mushy peas consisted of about 2 dz peas in green water. Most of the food was dumped in the bin outside of the shop. As I did so,I said to the young man who served me, who was putting up outside of the shop that they were the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Total cost £12.60.My advise is to avoid this shop and go elsewhere.

We love coming here for fish & chips, proper good chippy with great staff and amazing food. Just how fish n chips should be, never had a bad one and always seems nice and fresh. Yes they are on Uber etc. But you don't get their amazing atmosphere online just their amazing food.

My dad treats himself to a small cod and chips every week. Tried here for a change from the normal. I’m not a fan of chip shop chips, but these were delicious. Didn’t taste greasy and were beautifully cooked. Dad wasnt keen on the fish though.

Fantastic chip shop, very clean and the food is always at a high standard. They are not shy with the portion sizes and the staff are very friendly! Cannock No.1 chippy by far!

Lovely presented salad in pitta ...chips were as i always say the best in town ...the fried mushrooms are fresh and crisp and the popcorn chicken went down a treat ..thankyou and no i did not eat all that to myself but it is very moreish lol

Ordered through Just Eat and the driver left the wrong order. Rang the chippy and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out for us, even going so far as a lovely member of staff delivering the food herself! The food is always fresh and tasty, but this was fantastic service

I ordered food on uber eats from krispy chip, tracking was good, uber driver delivered but had handed over the wrong order, I called uber but no answer back on call, I called krispy chip directly, a lovely lady had answered and apologised for the mix up on the uber drivers behalf even tho it wasn't her fault, she had spoken to her manager and got back to me as soon as, she had offered to make up my order and deliver to me herself personally even tho only 3 staff in the shop at time, on arrival she greeted me with a lovely smile, another apology and hot food all the right order and said for mix up to keep the other food although I didn't need it as had my own order but the thought was still nice, my partner had the food when he finished work 😂 but my kids were happy and enjoyed their meals, thankyou so much.. uber requested a review and if I'd like to tip, if I'm gonna review anyone it will be the service I got personally from krispy chip. Thankyou again.. my son loves the chicken strips BTW also 😊

Good food but forgot the main part of the order which was the £9 mixed meat and chips wasn’t circled on the receipt so clearly forgotten to put in the bag.
