Tracked the driver on the delivery tracking he took my food to the other side of town tuck him 15 minutes before coming to me

was lovely as always but just not as much meat this time seemed to be more chips and salad .

Ordered at 7pm arrived at 9pm. Totally unacceptable in my eyes

an item was forgotten so they called us and a member of the shop team came and brought it to us

Good lovely as always but yet again let down by delivery time. Showed at 25 mins when order was placed but took almost an hour to arrive, maybe need to be more realistic with time estimates so true times are given

nothing against the chip shop or the delivery driver. I don't know if the bad weather caused it but I did get charged twice. Even though I only made the one transaction. hopefully i can get a refund back for the one since it has taken two lots of payments from my account.

Prices are really high and quantities are small. Quality wasn't good yesterday. £3.30 for half a pot beans is bad

Visited twice for the first time ever in the ladt couple of weeks. Fist with my partner then took my daughter. As soon as you walk in all the staff and the owners speak to you. Smiles and friendly let us taste battered chips- which were gorgeous now a fan. Fish was so fresh and all beautifully cooked and piping hot. Car park on site so we ate in the car. It's now our favourite chip shop and we travel from Stone to go

missing curry sauce with the mini fish special,and x2 drinks on the other specials ordered.

Had our tea from here last night and normally top notch but sadly not the case this time. I had mini fish, chips and mushy peas. Unfortunately the peas tasted scorched and as they had been poured over my fish and chips they ruined the whole meal. If the shop hadn't have been so busy I would have returned them.

Best battered chips I'm born and bred in Walsall. Tried the fish and chip Special with a choice of chips. Needless to say I opted for battered. Been eating battered chips for over 40 years and honestly these were the best I've had for a long time. Super friendly staff too

What an absolutely wonderful place. Had a small issue this evening and instead of me normally contacting the shop or just eat, when I've don't that with other places I've been up against either someone who doesn't care or someone that's rude, I left a review. The issue was mainly that the food was cool, and it looked like it had been thrown around the car on the way to us. Within an hour, we had a wonderful lady called Becky give us a call to apologise about the issue and tell us that she would be contacting just eat in regards to how we received the food. She just couldn't apologise enough. Offered for us to contact her the next time we order so she could make right what had happened this evening. Honestly made me want to use them more. There food is generally stunning and the best ive had around here for a very long time. Feel pretty awful for not doing what I would normally do now and ring the shop direct but lessons learned. Absolutely can not fault the service I've received this evening. Even if my food wasn't the best. The shop and staff have made up for it twice over. Thank you! Becky

Lived in the area for over a year now and tried every chippy and this ones comes out top ! Food is always piping hot and portions are really good. Also if you order on Just Eat/Uber the shop doesn’t prepare the food till the driver is there and waiting , that way food always arrives piping hot from them. 10/10 from me all round !

Not great this time. Estimated time of delivery changed every minute. Food not hot, chips slightly under cooked. Use the Krispy Chip regularly always been great. Tonight not so good. Hope it’s a one off.

Normally food is piping hot in arrival. However the food was just warm when it arrived. Had to microwave it.

Can't edit my previous review. was a problem with just eat driver,which resulted in a 2 hour wait,also three mobile network was down so didn't get voicemail from the chip shop till later on.krispy chip not at fault

waited 2 hours 30 mins for a kebab, didn't want it by the time it got here

We ordered kebab meat from here for delivery. We didn’t order chips however they put some in anyway with a note in case we had forgot to order them!

In my opinion the best Chip shop in Cannock. Tried several others but this one comes out tops. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Lovely friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal at a great price.

Lovely food, warm and fresh. Salad nice but mostly shredded lettuce very little tomato and cucumber. Would be nice if you did steamed fish with out the batter for us trying to slim down a little 😜😜

The Krispy Chip go above and beyond - whether ordering online, or in store - the staff are absolutely incredible and the food is always top quality. I can't speak highly enough about this place... did I mention how wonderful the staff are?

one order had no donnor meat at all, just chicken, the other had no garlic mayo

order food for 12.30 didn't arrive till 13.06

first time review as usually a decent chipshop but sadly the kebabs wernt the best and a lot less meat than normal. also the pitta had stuck to the wrapping on both kebabs and ended up with half a pitta with meat in. not one to usually moan but this really wasn't the best quality and a very poor portion to boot.

Everything was fine with food unfortunately delivery man was quit rude
