Premier Inn Cannock South hotel in Cannock Chase

Hotel was a good location Beverly was a great host and very welcoming I’d highly recommend her to ask for help, she was vert friendly and caring

We stay here a lot while travelling up north. The hotel is a bit dated, with no air-conditioning, but the staff are absolutely brilliant. Shout out to Shauna, real credit to the hotel and congratulations on becoming the hotel manager. And many thanks to cleaners, never had problems with the rooms. But do consider aircon

For a premier inn this one was a lot nicer than most more modern room a lot cleaner than most although still not perfect but definitely acceptable unlike most The location is good for shops and travel but surrounded by roads so you can hear traffic all night long and a tiny window with NO NET CURTAINS so your facing a pub and high building with zero privacy Great shower and bath and nice comfy bed Loads of mirrors and nice lighting Loads of parking

I go to Premier Inn when I travel around the country and this one is definitely one of the better ones.|Really good staff (shout out to Chris who set up spare beds for us). All of them are friendly and helpful.

The bed in this hotel is not clean. After sleeping for seven hours, I got bitten by bed bugs and now have more than fifteen bites.

Best nights sleep I have ever had, the bed was incredible.

Fantastic stay service second to none a lady called Beverly assisted us and was brilliant 5 star service

We stayed for 3 nights & were really pleased with the accommodation & had peaceful nights throughout. There were no power sockets next to the bed but Beverley sorted out an extension lead for us to use which did the job nicely. The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating.
