Outstanding customer service with a warm welcoming environment. Staff were knowledgeable and professional. Wine and food were outstanding with extra attention to detail. A special mention to Phoebe and Imogen for making my birthday so special with their happy and positive atmosphere even thought they were both extremely busy.

Perfect family dinner with brilliant food and atmosphere. Great service from Phoebe. Definitely will visit again!

The food was amazing I had the sirloin which was cooked to perfection and my partner had the ribeye and really enjoyed it. Keiran was our server and made us feel welcome and answered all our questions and was really nice to talk to!. Will defiantly be coming again!!!

We came out for a birthday meal. 2 of us had steak, one had the chicken burger and one had the filo pie. All of the food was amazing. As for the service, Phoebe was so attentive, so happy and enthusiastic. Her customer service was 10/10.

We had a really lovely meal at the Cannock branch on Easter Sunday. The Dunday roast was excellent. The beef was the best we've tasted in a long time. Nicole, our server was very lovely and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

This is our first time at Miller and Carter Cannock and it didn't dissapoint what we have heard about it. The food was amazing, and service was excellent a big shout out to Ronnie who guided us through all the menu.. your a star. We will be returning very soon.

Had a really nice steak husband had the rack of ribs which he said was delicious. Our server was very helpful and very polite.

Good food but frozen by aircon Food, as always with Milar and Carter, was amazing, and the stake cooked to perfection, and everything came within a reasonable time frame. The issue with this visit was the air conditioning. For context, we visited early April with an outside temperature of 15/16 degrees, when seated we noticed our table was directly under the aircon unit, no a problem normally but it was blasting out ice cold air right onto the back of our necks, it was so cold I had my coat on with the collar up to block it, we asked for it to be turned off, after 10 minutes the came back and said we can only turn it down, when we then asked to get moved to a different table, it took a further 5 minutes for the manager to come over and tell us they have overridden the controls and turned it off but ver loudly announced "if a customer or staff complain it to hot we will turn it back ok" so everyone could hear and ended up looking at us, not very pleasant. Why would you have aircon blasting out ice cold air onto a table with customers? The food would go cold so quickly if they left it on, and why did it take 15 minutes to turn it off? As a result, i now have a cold, sore throat and heavy cough, just what I wanted from a stake house. I would recommend you remove that table from the location to prevent further issues for other customers. And if booking specifically ask for a table not under the aircon unit!!!

Food and service were amazing! We accidentally went to the wrong location and they very kindly got us seen once we got there. Molly was brilliant took our orders correctly and always checked up on us, lovely girl always smiling

Excellent service by Kieron, couldn’t have been better! Really kind and friendly. Unfortunately we were sat away from the atmosphere in a side room but Kieron made up for it.

Was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Steak was cooked to perfection and couldn’t have asked for any better. Molly was honestly perfect at service, made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back.

Booked in for a midweek meal. Knew it wasn’t going to be great that after being seated it took almost twenty minutes before anyone took a drinks order. We’ve eaten here many times but this was quite a way off where it usually is. Starters were fine. Good quality. Mains were a different matter. I had a 16oz ribeye and it was overcooked by quite a distance! Likewise my son’s burger was cooked to a state of dryness. Nobody asked if we wanted Andy salt and pepper or condiments. We ended up just grabbing some off a recently vacated table. Overall service was sketchy and the food was well below their normal standard.

Our experience with our server Ronnie was just impeccable and made our experience 10 times better. She was so welcoming and friendly and coming from an extremely picky eater I was worried about not finding something I’d eat , however she made it no problem at all!! Her ability to anticipate needs is outstanding, after someone on our table was finishing their chicken wings and went to lick their fingers she came right over with no ask and handed an extra napkin to him, and it was just like this throughout the whole night! Most of all she was just so smiley and a really lovely waiter, probably the best waiter i’ve met! I loved it and will definitely be coming again if she is working!!

I've worked hard all my life and started to be sensible with my money after buying a house and getting married.(Later than I should have!) As such I have reached the point where I can eat what I want from a menu rather than what I can afford. We went into this Miller and Carter fully in the knowledge that they are not the cheapest of food chains. That said we had the choice of the lunch time menu (12.00 to 4/4.30pm) with a 2 course meal for £17.95, offering a good range of options for all. That said, they are known for their steaks so I had to dive in. Now if you're used to getting your steak for around the £17.50 mark then you will be in for a surprise. £35 upwards is what awaits you, and a large variety to boot. Do persevere though as the journey will be well worth it These guys know their steaks and how to cook them, anything from blue to well done. They clearly explain what they mean by blue, rare etc so no excuse not to get the steak you want. They offer sauces for the meat, and sauces for the side salad( lettuce wedge) at no extra cost. I went medium rare and it was perfect, and I truly mean perfect. It cut with no effort and melted in the mouth.everything on my plate tasted good and the service was excellent as well. To sum, up I highly recommend going. Don't expect cheap, just expect quality . As an occasional treat or a pick me up it's well worth the price!

Greeted by Phoebe who was very professional and courteous and explained everything well..The atmosphere was nice albeit a little noisy due to a child's birthday on the next table but this was not the fault of the restaurant..we ordered the Rump Steak Medium Well but it came out more on the Well Done side and quite chewy/fatty but it was still full of flavour as was the rest of the meal..we never have a bad meal at this site so keep doing what you're doing and we will certainly be back..Thanks..

Always have the best experience at cannock miller and carter me and my partner eat here fairly regularly and always have the same 2 servers either keira or jacob ( i think thats his name ) who give off the best vibes but always remaining professional we are always well looked after and everything is always to an incredible standard See you all again soon

Absolute rubbish compared to branch in Sutton I don’t think we would even visit Cannock branch again I booked table asked for a nice quiet table out way, got put in middle it was horrible much better at Sutton & service so much better, & staff are all polite! My steak was fatty my partner had fillet steak supposed to melt in your mouth it didn’t, wasn’t very nice at all, some of the staff need to trained to be polite & smile!
