Ronnie was fab as were all the staff. High five the peeps who made our dinner. The 8oz black Angus sirloin was banging!!!!!! Well done everyone. Credit to the organisation and yourselves. Hope to see you again soon.

Didn't like the menu change, missing off the chimichuri sauce and the poached pears were vile. Ordered a medium rare steak, it came out blue. Place full of chavs and children blaring electronics at the height of volume with nothing being done by the staff. Relatively expensive but mediocre meal. Won't be returning to M&C Cannock.

We had the pleasure of celebrating a joint 70th birthday on Sunday. Everything about the experience was perfect. The table was lovely, the food was amazing and the service was second to none. A special mention to our server Aaron, who couldn't do enough to make our visit special. What an absolute asset to the company. I would highly recommend a visit, and would like to thank the team, especially Aaron, for making the visit perfect.

We went for two 70th birthdays. From the moment we went in our waiter, Aaron, was extremely polite, attentive and made us and the birthday guys feel so welcome. He asked questions about us and just generally made everyone feel very welcome. He gave us lots of suggestions in relation to what food and wine would be good for what we fancied and could not do more to go out of his way to help. We had some individual requests which we were made to feel was no issue at all! Aaron is an absolute credit to be a face of Miller & Carter. The food itself.... absolutely delicious!!

Aaron was our server today, he was such a thoughtful and polite gentleman. Helped make a birthday dinner really special. Filet steak was divine and cooked beautifully! Beef dripping sauce wins every time.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to tonight. I know Miller and Carter is expensive but you get what you pay for. The food was awesome - cooked to perfection. Props the the chef ! Food was nice, however we were given the wrong lettuce wedge and one of our steaks was cooked wrong. Atmosphere was really off though with half the restaurant in literal darkness. Really difficult to get staff's attention as they hurried past the table clearly trying to avoid eye contact. I really begrudge having to go up to a bar to pay when I'm spending nearly £200 on food though. Shame as service before this has been lovely.

Food as always was lovely but the service today was very poor we were booked in at 2pm we never got our drinks until 2.20pm and the meal a hour after that. Yes it was worth it but service wasn't good.

Was a very pleasant experience today, we had a small child with us and were seated in an area where we could have pushchair etc

Stopped by here for a meal with my partner while visiting family, straight away greeted with a kind and friendly staff member called Ronnie who took the time to explain anything on the menu I wasn’t sure about. She seemed to of memorised this by heart and was very confident in what she was telling us. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was cozy and all around enjoyable. I really struggle with loud or noisy environments and Ronnie was incredible by making sure we were comfortable and happy with the entire experience. Will definitely be coming back again!!

We always use our local miller carter. We love the.lunch menu but today was a real let down in the kitchen. We had to send our starters back we had chicken chipotle but chicken was cold in the middle on both mine and my husbands. waiting for our main took a little long I could see my burger under the light for about 15 mins when it finally came it’s was very dry and bacon was burned and I had half a tomato on the burger. It didn’t taste same as last time. Chips was also very well done I ask the waiter if there was kitchen problems but she said not to what she was aware of. We didn’t stay for dessert like we normally do as we didn’t want to risk they would not be the normal standard either

We regularly go to Miller & Carter Cannock and generally enjoy a fabulous lunch from the fixed price menu. The food is excellent, well presented and delicious. The atmosphere is just right and I like the fact that there is a dress code. We are always made to feel very welcome by the very attentive staff.

We used wedding gift vouchers recently but the food was very poor and it was over priced for food and drinks - will not be back
