Keiran was fantastic and the surprise desert to celebrate my birthday made it even more special.

The service was really fast and friendly, the food was servers in a timely manner the waitress Ronnie was attentive but without hovering

Fantastic Birthday celebration. Exceptional service from Molly. Really friendly, available when we needed her, a credit to your restaurant. The lunchtime menu was fantastic, 7 people having 3 courses which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. An extra treat for our sons birthday too which was very much appreciated. We will be back!

Visited the cannock branch today to celebrate 2 birthdays and have a family catch up was great feom when we first entered phoebe was our waitress and she was the most joyful friendly lady we have had serve us on any of our visits nothing was to much trouble even when we asked if we could make a few changes to our plates she was amazing. We had the best lunch time out and can't wait to come back again thank you so much phoebe and the cannock team you made a special day extra special ❤️

I was treated today for my birthday. The staff were brilliant!! They all wished me happy birthday, and when I ordered a dessert, it came out with a bit of everything. A brilliant touch. Phoebe took care of us today, and even though it was getting busy, she really went above for us today. Thank you so much 😁

We recently visited Miller & Carter Cannock for the very first time to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience – all thanks to our wonderful waitress, Ronnie. From the moment we arrived, Ronnie made us feel incredibly welcome. She was not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable. Her advice on the steaks – especially how best to have them cooked – was absolutely spot on. We both agreed they were among the best we’ve ever had! Ronnie struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, checking in just enough to ensure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. She truly elevated our evening and made our special occasion even more memorable. Thank you, Ronnie, for being such a delight. You’re a real credit to the team, and we’ll definitely be back – in large part because of you

Lovely meal the only thing I would say that let it down was that the crème Brullee wasn’t set enough but apart from that the food was excellent! We were also served by a lovely lady called Lottie and she was amazing and always checked in to ensure that we were okay.

Outstanding customer service with a warm welcoming environment. Staff were knowledgeable and professional. Wine and food were outstanding with extra attention to detail. A special mention to Phoebe and Imogen for making my birthday so special with their happy and positive atmosphere even thought they were both extremely busy.

The food was amazing I had the sirloin which was cooked to perfection and my partner had the ribeye and really enjoyed it. Keiran was our server and made us feel welcome and answered all our questions and was really nice to talk to!. Will defiantly be coming again!!!

We had a really lovely meal at the Cannock branch on Easter Sunday. The Dunday roast was excellent. The beef was the best we've tasted in a long time. Nicole, our server was very lovely and attentive. Highly recommend this place.
