Good variety of shops but no real bargains

Being a regular visitor to the McArtherGlen outlet at J28 I thought I’d give this one a try as it’s reasonably not too far from me. Major advice I would give is avoid the M6 road toll charge. £9.70 on a Sunday for an electric EV vehicle. What a rip! Anyway plenty of parking options at this outlet and more stores than the J28 one. Feels a bit more “up market” as well. Not as many food options- Starbucks, five guys pizza and Wagamama was all I could find. High street brand stores a plenty with good offering for the family.

Brilliant place to visit with plenty of choice, there is something for everyone

Brilliant experience. It was very clean, modern, top quality with a nice play area as well (great day out for a family)

I was there today with my child to visit the playground. The playground cushioned flooring was extremely slippery. A few kids there were falling down. My child fell down as well. There are several low level square shaped obstacles with sharp edges that seem fairly dangerous to me. My child nearly hit the side of her head on one when she fell. Luckily we're all ok. It feels like the cushioned flooring doesn't drain/dry properly.

Enough shopping for me! Not to big so I don't get bored of being dragged around. New outlets opening soon. Nice to be on our doorstep. Pathways are extremely slippery when it's wet out so be careful. Like the additional food stalls dotted around the exterior walk ways.

Not a patch on Cheshire Oaks. Very few designer shops for a designer outlet. More on a par with Talke Pits outlet.

Shopping mall.....what more can I say

Its a nice place to take your family for shopping and gifts. Plenty of parking space available and seperate childrens play area as well.

Went to late night shop and it made such a pleasant change to be there without the hustle and bustle of the weekend shoppers. Would recommend this place for a late afternoon visit to just see the whole place without the trauma of too many people if you don't like crowds and too much noise when shopping. Open til late, but some of the dining areas do shut earlier.

Good variety of shops and amazing discounts. Would love to see more cosmetic brands here.

The wife and I love our dog so shopping and being able to take him with us is such a bonus it seems all the staff love dogs and make you feel really welcome and you get bargains to boot

Only shop here of you are a size small No medium sizes in any of the shops Toilets are clean and decor is to a high standard Salesman in MOSS was lovely & very helpful but very limited stock First visit but wouldnt be returning

Plenty of designer shops to get some decent clothes relatively cheaper than the high street.

Great place to shop, prices are reasonable and there are also so great places to eat and drink (Five Guys). Well worth a visit 👍

Great selection of shops and restaurants

A reasonably sized designer outlet. Plenty of shops but limited for decent eateries. Some shops had really good discounts on stock, others not so much. The whole centre is very well maintained with attractive installations.

Good collection of branded shops

I visited on a wet afternoon after work in September 24, I got soaked by one of the shop front canopies as it dumped rainwater on me. It's open air, so not friendly in wet weather. It's probably my 3rd or 4th visit since opening; I've only bought a pair of shoes from Kurt Geiger and an xmas outfit from Next; that's it! It was very quiet. Very disappointing. Very small. When will the midlands get a better bigger outlet like Bicester and Cheshire Oaks. Very few clothes shops offering ladies clothes that are not sports clothes. Great if you just want shoes, bags and purses. Only designer stores it seems. No Monsoon, no M&S, no Phase 8 as an example. I really was looking forward to this outlet opening; it took long enough. Lots of parking for parents and children and disabled badge holders. Not a place I go running to when I want to spend some money. Plenty of other options elsewhere and cheaper.

Good local amenities quiet during weekdays plenty of nice shops and eateries. Shame there isn’t some bigger designers like there sister outlet in Cheshire oaks hopefully in time they may expand but parking would then be difficult be nice to see some advisers who walk around in assisting people on where to find things (Bicester village do something similar along with bigger brands)

Standard designer outlet. Some great deals to be had and captured.

It's a cool outlet center with a bunch of different stores and a few places to eat. You can even bring your dog with you to most of the shops, and there are water fountains for them too. It can get pretty crowded though.

Good discounts for the place, and nice place to spend some lengthy time with family and friends.

Great stop off for food after a day at Alton towers

A smaller Designer Outlet than others I've been too, but it was lovely. Nice bathrooms here. More eatting places would be nice.

Don’t bother !! Just been this afternoon it’s student 20% off discount week! It’s mega. Noisy ! A full size disco set up in the central area blasting and thumping ! Shops around that area with doors open then have there music system on louder to compensate! In adidas they have their own DJ and full size kit blasting ! TBH it’s a real thump thump haven’t a clue what they are playing! In carhart it’s mega loud with totally unacceptable music ! Wrap with the F word N word & C word ! NOT ACCEPTABLE the 2 young male staff obviously turned it up for themselves !! But admittedly they soon moved to drop it down when a mum & 3 kids came in !! The whole experience for shopping is appalling! Waste of time going when you can’t hear what you’re doing ! I can’t wait till the nightclubs sell clothes and accessories! Won’t rush back

The best outlet of the West Midlands

Lots of different shops, something for everyone. Umbrellas available when it rains which is a cute touch. Just missing some normal shops I think.

A lovely place to shop, staff were very pleasant and helpful. If u need a day out and some retail this is the place to go. As well as that the toilets are ever so fancy and clean.

This is my first visit. Unfortunately, many shops are empty.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon, all main tarmac’s car parks were full, so headed for the car park D - more or less straight over at the roundabout at the entrance to the outlet. Easy park and near an entrance into the place. Clean and well laid out. Not impressed by the outlet shops at all. Starbucks queue was about a 20 minute wait. Didn’t have food.

I would like to thank Aday, Michael, Zack and Jordan who all helped my mum after a nasty fall on Monday at the shopping centre. Aday was so caring and gentle and Michael, Jordan and Zack couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you so much everyone

Went with the wife, lots to see and buy, she pick up a few bargain and we had the best soft ice cream ever frim lind chocolate.

Good place to visit, if you like designer for a slightly discounted price. Could do with some more shops, more variety too!

Cost of living crisis!! Just rock up here <12ish on any Sunday Rachel Reaves and this BBC misnomer will be vilified totally. Wide variety of brands and helpful staff. Lots of car parking........slightly tight spaces; but hey who wants an overblown SUV anyway?

I was in Birmingham for a few nights, a friend told me about the this outlet and i was surprised the prices are exactly the same as the Kate Spade on Regent Street in London. Shocking. This is not an outlet. This is the same as every other Normal Kate Spade shop. I went to Reiss and Calvin Klein same prices guys. You are better off going to Regent Street and Oxford Street. Pay a visit to London you will have a better variety.

Well designed and easy to access but small variety shops

Disappointed not as big as thought big brands and very big prices no bargains nere for me not worth the bother . Ps bring your own snacks coffee and eats prices horrendous

Nice place to walk around Nice variety of shops, but wish there were more shops in general You can get some decent deals, but tbh they aren't as good as say Gunwarf Quays etc where you can get Ralph Lauren for £8 etc Overall ok place, but not really justified travelling 1hr+ to get here

Great shops and lots of parking

This is not just a shopping venue, but a pleasant location to meet and socialise. There are coffee shops, and many places to just sit and enjoy the ambience.

Stopped off on the way to Shrewsbury. Ist time here, very similar to the American outlets. Good individual shops all in one place. Ample parking. Good choice of eating places. Not too busy, which helped. Bought a few things. Worth a visit.

“Weekend offender” store is great & the staff are very friendly . After a few purchases over the last 2 years , we are now officially weekend offender addicted 😊

Wife loved it. I didn’t get to enjoy it as had a puncture on the tyre and had to wait by the car for the guy to come put my replacement tyre on. Will come visit again though.

I Brought a pair of skechers trainers which are great could not get them from where I live

Shops are small don't even bother wasting your time ,Adidas and Nike and puma cheap rubbish material and ironed on vinyl badges absolute rubbish , mugging people off , none of the Nike air max stuff , you will bet better quality at Tescos , stay away avoid
