Lovely experience. Proper home cooked food, no cutting the corners. Presented perfectly, 3 different dishes all amazing, 4 person table. Proper sized plates of food. Staff member inspoke with was lovely, overall incase very pleased. Atmosphere was good, locals seemed a happy bunch. Even though it was a hot, sunny night and it was busy. There was place to park and didn't wait for long to get a drink. We are coming back here again Thanks

Decent food here the pork curry has always been spot on along with the rest of the food we order also they've also threw us in extra freebies can't fault them always busy too so recommend to phone order through first before collection

The positives 1. Nice location 2. Great outside area when sunny 3. Good food 4. Some of the staff are friendly 5. Good class of people The negatives: 1. The bar staff, in general, aren't friendly. 2. They ignore customers while putting glasses away and act robotic while serving, no personality or warmth. 3. Some staff show potential, but poor bar management (ginger lady) affects their development. 4. Food portions are very small. 5. The pub is dark, requiring a torch to read the menu. 6. Staff place reserved signs on bar area tables mid-visit, effectively taking them away. 7. Food isn’t always great. 8. Beer selection is poor—typical brewery-owned pub. 9. The pub can be cold. 10. Frequent functions in the bar area reduce available seating by more than half. 11. The toilets are dirty, smelly, and very cold

No food and slow to get served due to lengthy coffee orders. Nice to sit outside in the sunshine

Food and stalk excellent. Jane, Danielle and Nicola especially good. Extra help sorting out a late Christmas booking much appreciated. Saved our Christmas in fact. Highly recommend 👍

Arrived just after 8pm to be told we couldn't have a table even though the kitchen closes at 9pm as there was a large table in. Staff were very abrupt in telling us this. Even though the person in front of us was served. Very poor for a restaurant not to be able to cope with a large table as well as other guests. If it was the case that there would have been a wait on food, we should have been advised of not just point blank refused.

The cake was stale, most of my requests were out of stock, and the service was slow for a drive thru. Don’t bother.

Had a great lunchtime meal with my family. Very polite and friendly staff. Will definitely be back again very soon. I have been here many times and always had a lovely meal.

Popped in for a quick pint. Had a couple on tap including Butty Bach. But £5.10 for a pint abit steep. Gastro prices i guess. Staff were good but its full of semi toffs who enjoy their wealth obviously. Not really my sort of place

Why am I here, yet again, picking over a meagre lunch at an extortionate price. Had a vegan houmous wrap with salad and fries. Fries were okay! Salad tiny without dressing. The wrap was the smallest I've ever had. I could not taste the tiny spread of houmous for the vegan cheese (it was not on the menu as a cheese wrap) and the carrot was non existent. The service at the till was very unfriendly and I had a pointed comment when I got the table number wrong. For some reason I keep thinking this place will be better on my next visit but it never is. I will not be eating there again and would definitely not recommend it.

We had late lunch on Thurs I had baked potato husband had breakfast ., baked potato skin so hard couldn't cut it, husband toast burnt,black bits on bacon so disappointed, have eaten here before and was fine,won't be eating here again.

Staff were so rude! They say they’re dog friendly but we were made to feel like such an inconvenience when we bought our very small dog with us. Our 13 year old dog unfortunately had an accident on arrival and we’re given roll and spray to clean up which we were happy to do ourselves but one in particular staff member continued to complain about how many dogs are visiting and that was the cause of the accident???? There are also no bins for disposal of dog waste so had to take it home with us. The lady at the till also seemed to really not want to be there and interrupted us while trying to make conversation with her while purchasing something. Overall really disappointing and will not be returning and encourage others to not bother either.

Pasando por las primeras horas de la mañana para la cirugía y vino a por mi habitual café con leche de avena con vainilla sin azúcar que estaba en el lugar. La señora que me sirvió (no cogió su nombre, pero tenía el pelo gingerish) fue siempre tan amable y servicial! Servicio al Cliente puede hacer una gran diferencia en su día
