Very clean establishment with efficient staff

Decided to nip in and treat myself to a coffee. Like drinking a warm drink in a shed. Was freezing. Expect a certain atmosphere when your drink costs £4.80. Suppose to be a coffee shop.

I want to thank your staff for finding and keeping a bag I left on Friday last week until I was able to collect it today. I very much appreciate their help with this.

*Starbucks with Drive Thru* Good flat white coffee ☕ and speedy service at the till. Staff were friendly and to the normal good standard. Only one toilet 🚾 so if it's busy there is toilets in the main services. Free WiFi 📶 Access ♿ is good Fairly small inside, but there are a few tables and long benches for quick pit stops. Quiet this morning at 08:30. Thanks for the coffee guys ☕☺️

This place was disgusting. Far too many staff looking busy doing nothing. The drive through had 2 attend. While there 2 persons in the shop. Toilet clearly has been cleaned in days, disgusting smell when I opened the door, floor sticky I've seen cleaner at festivals. Counter filthy, floor had all sorted peppered on it. I would suggest never go here. My coffee I didn't drink far too concerned I'd get sick based on what I could see. I would give this place a minus if I could. The poor hygiene has shocked me. I'm going back to Costa or Nero.

After visiting Starbucks hopwood services. I purchased a large coffee. You can see how full that cup was when it was presented to me. My finger Is showing you it’s half full. Poor customer service and wasn’t provided what I paid for. This has got to be a drive through rule that when you buy from the window you only receive half of what you’ve paid for. Absolutely shocking. Managers need to retain the staff. And it’s not like they are new in the role. I’ve seen both of those Starbucks staff several times. Black guy with dreds and a white blonde woman … shocking I’ll be speaking with the manager there tomorrow as this is not what you expect from one of the biggest coffee shops in the world very very poor service. Watch out drive through customers.

We stopped here and I got a Creme Brulee X iced Brown Sugar Frappacino. I have had this drink at several other Starbucks and normally it is very good. However, on this occasion, at Starbucks Drive Thru Hopwood Park, I was very disappointed. There was no coffee in it and there was very little flavour at all. The creme Brulee flavour and cold foam seemed much less than usual and it basically tasted like some cream mixed with a small amount of sugar and crushed ice. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back in an get it changed as we were on a tight schedule. The only reason it's a 2 star and not 1 is that my partner's skinny cappuccino was fine.

Coffee good, pastry good but the Abrupt way in which I was served was shocking This place should have staff training in customer service

Tee served my Wife, me and our two big dogs at the drive through at Hopwood, he was absolutely great asking Qs about the dogs, it’s just great to see a happy polite member of staff! Well done.

The Coffee was too expensive, like £5 for Coffee, really?? Not a lot of Space inside either....

I love this stop at M42 because there are 3 Starbucks you can choose from depends on how busy they are. Two in the building and a drive-thru. I bring my own cup to get 25p off and the label they put on my cup is easily peeled off.

The toilets, tables, seats, and seating area floor could do with a mega clean.. Regular clean ups throughout the day would be beneficial..

The best Starbucks stuff I have meet today. I was delivered products and I feel like Christmas 🎄 came earlier for me. Thank you so much for your service ❤️ 🙏

Favourite starbucks.. yes it's a drive through but it's the closest to our house lol staff are lovely.. Sunday fav with our border collie Sid.

Apathetic staff at best, coffee tasted burnt and the place was dirty. Will think twice before going back.

Needing a break in our long journey, we chose this establishment for a drink and toilet break. I suffer with an extreme reaction to pet hair, and was shocked to see your staff allowing dogs inside where food is served, even more so when nothing was done about the dog sitting and climbing on to the soft furnishings. Had I sat on or near these furnishings then it is quite possible that I would have suffered a reaction that would have needed medical attention. In view of this laxed policy, in future I will regrettably have no other choice than to refrain from using any Starbucks establishments. Respectfully yours Jennifer Davies

opening hours awful for a busy location as such (8-4pm) and 9am on a Sunday, otherwise a good service

Place was grotty, dirty. Toilets out of use. Walked in to a funny smell, food was stale. Never use again

A beautiful modern coffee shop. Despite lots of staff, we had to wait. The coffee machines need recalibration as we had to ask for our drinks to be topped up by fair bit!

Lovely staff and super quick service, amazing drinks as usual. First Starbucks in a while that hasn't gotten the order wrong. also shoutout to the lovely girl who noticed a dog under a caravan about to pull off in the car park and ran out with a pup cup to alert the owner and help to coax the dog out before they left. small town hero, was so sweet to see! x

We come here every week after taking my son swimming. He loves his Babychino and all the staff are so lovley with him. Its a great team that always make you feel welcome. Even when realy busy you always feel like a valued customer. The manager must he realy happy with the team they have.

Cant use your app for purchases unless you pre-pay so be warned! Also the baristas have messed my drinks up now multiple times (not got the order wrong) literally not made my drink properly and on one occasion give me a frozen brownie. Im now no longer using this store. Very rare i give a 1 star review too!

Fairly good selection, but was unable to used my Starbucks loyalty card due them being on an older system which wasn't compatible. Also the staff seemed more content in messing about with each other than actually working. I ordered and paid for a slice of cake, but this wasn't given to me when I was given my coffee. I had to instead interject between the staffs private conversation to ask for it...

Yet another Starbucks where they can't be bothered to serve filter coffee because they can't be arsed to fill and clean the machine. Yet there are five staff at least one of which was idle on their phone. Every time I've been in it's the same story. NO I DON'T WANT AN AMERICANO FOR THE SAME PRICE I LIKE FILTER!!!

Very handy for a quick stop off nice and clean Charlie was a very pleasant staff member

Staff were pleasant enough BUT, there was no milk on the service counter, the prep area and customer areas were FILTHY. My skin was crawling!! The milk flask was topped up BUT not washed prior to refilling it.... no way in hell that they meet even the minimum legislated health and hygiene standards.

Staff don't listen, had to repeat my requests after getting my order. Got two cappuccinos and two cookies ( after being just given one but paying for two) Coffee was undrinkable, the wife took hers back and she was given a replacement, but that was just as bad. Walked out and left them, won't ever use Starbucks again.

Normally enjoy stopping here for a coffee, but on this occasion (Friday evening 15th July) I'm afraid it was a big let down. There were only a couple of other customers there at the time but each and every vacant table (indoors and out) were dirty. We did find one reasonable table at which to sit and drink our coffee. No cleaning being done but the staff did have time to play football behind the counter believe it or not 🤷. Didn't stop here on our return journey.👎🏻

It's ok, slow service, Purchased reusable cup and didn't really want to rise it out first, slow service for just a coffee & cake. But the cake & coffee was nice.

Had some ice coffee here on my way home. Has been quite busy and a lot of cars queuing at the back. Went inside and guys moved quickly so we didn't had to wait much. Good ice coffee

Tragic place indeed. £3.30 for a coffee and 25 minute wait. Then I get nailed with a £15 parking fee for being a customer who was meeting old friends for a Christmas catchup. Place is as bad as mcdonalds. Doesn't matter how much money you spend whilst being a paying customer. Spend too long parked up and you get nailed with a big fee. I understand the need for such measures. But surely paying customers should be entitled to park free.

Motorway drive through Starbucks -- although we went inside.

Several visits unable to us app to pay, good job had purse with me, several points lost, otherwise fairly quick service, clean and tidy.

Very slow service, it took 25 minutes to get two cups of coffee as they only seem to serve the drive through

Possibly the poorest Americano I've ever had. If I'd wanted a tall black filter coffee I would have ordered that. I wanted an Americano. First experience of Starbucks. Not impressed.

Awful coffee. My girlfriend and I got two cappuccinos, one soya, one dairy milk, and the coffee was burnt and the cup haf empty. Not creamy at all as you would expect in a cappuccino. Waste of money, as if Starbucks was cheap.

The worst Starbucks ever. Terrible service, they gave me the wrong drink twice. In the end I had to leave without getting a drink or my money as I couldn't being asked waiting for them to make a third drink.

Says it's 24 hours on the motorway sign - when you get there and find two Starbucks stores closed and a awful express machine available instead it is pretty infuriating. Not impressed.

Review of the ground floor foyer Starbucks this morning. Slow service. Gave one of our two drinks to another customer and tried to tell us the other drink we had ordered was a Chai Latte , it wasn't. Then blamed us. Continued to serve other customers for ten minutes. We had only ordered two drinks. Rude and arrogant.

Great stopping place on M42 at Hopwood Park Services, good service at Starbucks very busy be prepared to wait sometimes, don't be put off, toilet there too.

We are selling Gold , i just paid £8.00 for a large latte and a signature breakfast roll . Not gonna buy again from starBUCKS

I’ve been having Starbucks Frappuccino’s for years. The one I bought today was nothing like ever before. Very tasteless and too watery. I asked and was charged for extra caramel but it seems to have less than I remember. Just 2 days ago I bought a normal one in Coventry and it was much sweeter and more flavorful

Asked for chocolate and sugar in my cappuccino, had neither! Passed back to barista who then dropped my coffee on the floor, it spilt everywhere then I was given the same one back, (half a coffee) still without sugar. My breakfast roll was cold and not edible! Waste of a breakfast! I'll stick to the branches I know give a good service from now on. Very disappointed

Always try a coffee before you leave this they will not replace it as I find out when I got to work took it back the next day and they wouldn't replace it

When I got there downstairs was closed ..so the barrister, directed me upstairs..disabled as I am ..when I got there .. that was closed too ...wake up Starbucks 🥺🥺

Was pretty effecient and quick service not withstanding the complex orders I heard from some of the cars in front of us.

It's ok if you're trying to beat the morning congestion and want to make headway with the journey. The toilet was clean and tidy, shame there's only one.

This is a nice quiet little Starbucks, separate from the main services. Nice comfy chairs but tables could have done with a wipe over. Americano was good though.

Nice Starbucks with a drive through option that offers the usual suspects in relation to drinks and snacks. They seem to have forgotten to put the correct amount of Vanilla syrup in mine which was a bit annoying but otherwise it was ok. Toilets could have been a bit cleaner too. There is still the usual great coffee that you would expect to receive at a Starbucks though and overall its good. 3.6 stars from me

Nice staff. Massive "bucket" of coffee made to any strength you like. Choice of seating and it actually doesn't feel like a motorway service station. Have been before and will go again. Thanks.
