Nice old pub in the village of Lee. Excellent food and lovely atmosphere full of locals and tourists for open mic on a Friday night.

Thank you so much for a wonderful meal celebrating my brother and sister in laws’ wedding anniversary! The food was delicious, and you were so kind and attentive. We all had a fabulous time and look forward to coming back next time we visit them in Bristol.

Didn't eat, but food did look good. Lady at the counter was very welcoming and served us a great flat white in the sunshine

Only had food young ladies behind bar were very welcoming Sadly food was very average didn't expect peppers in prawn cocktail and chips with main meal very dry powdery

Extremely professional & friendly service. Food was delicious and fresh. There was no ginger bread men available on kids menu so they substituted it for a different biscuit of choice. How kind was that. Can’t wait to come back.you all deserve a pat on the back.

We had a fantastic meal at the Half Way house. Much better value than other higher rated pubs in the area. People in the bar beforehand were real friendly as well.

We spent a fab 24 hours at Dormy House. It's difficult to overstate just what a class act this whole place is from top to bottom. Meticulously stylish interiors, impeccably polite and endlessly helpful service from everyone you meet. A luxurious spa where you leave all your worries at the door and relax. The rooms are comfortable and the whole vibe is unstuffy but attentive. We've stayed a few times and will hopefully do so again soon. If you want a relaxed, pampered break from the world outside, I can't recommend Dormy House highly enough.

Yet again a wonderful lunch which my dear friends thought was absolutely superb. The Red Mullet and prawns stunned and so much food. Totally recommend this wonderful pub and never been let down. Thanks all for treating my friends to a great lunch with great service and friendliness. Pete.

We visited on a Monday night which was the ‘pot luck’ menu. It was a limited menu but everything was half price. The choices were great and the food and service was fabulous. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Would rhoroughly recommend.

Best afternoon tea and scones in SF Peppermint tea was perfectly brewed! Huge thanks to Magda for squeezing us in last minute, just a heads up they stop serving at 3 but close at 5!

After receiving terrible service at the primrose next door. Me and my partner came to the saffron and was greeted with smiles and served straight away. Even if it is busy there, service will still be fast. The food was incredible and service was amazing. Definitely recommend.
