Great little farm cafe and shop. Really nice people running this who can not do enough to help in any way. Things to keep children amused. Indoor or outdoor tables. Great sausage rolls and cakes and really nice coffee's. Open on weekends but I suggest a quick check on times before going. They also do open farm days for children

Simply the best hotel we have found in the UK. Set in 500 acres of grounds having a beautiful spa with two restaurants, one with a michelin star. Comfortable rooms and great service from parking your car to looking after your every need.

Strange thing first, when i booked the only availability was 3 course a la cart so i called and this was confirmed, we are not massive eaters anyway, quality over quantity for us. Thursday before the Saturday booking i was called and it was confirmed again, 3 courses. But on arrival we were told the only thing possible was the main 7 item fixed menu and nothing else. It was also more expensive than the website said, the website also mentions the a la cart. A bit confusing this. However, the food was very good indeed as expected, service was very attentive without being intrusive. Just a bit of a shame on arrival, will be back!

We were staying along the road in Box, and the Six Bells in Colerne was recommended for Saturday night pizza’s courtesy of the mobile food van, Only Fools & Morsels. Warmly welcomed in what’s a very friendly local, that nowadays doesn’t do food. Actively encouraged to bring food in - and the pizzas prepared whilst we enjoyed our drinks in the pub were excellent. Don’t know what the place is like other nights of the week but well worth a visit on Saturday evenings.

Søde mennesker og velsmagende mad og smoothies.. men det tager simpelthen for lang tid og portionerne er små i forhold til prisen

This restaurant was NOT busy today when I met a friend for lunch, but, we had to ask no less than 3 times for ketchup and mayonnaise. I even got up from my table and asked a waitress for some, and despite telling me she would bring it straight away, she didn’t. If you want people to return to The Greenhouse, you need to educate your waiting staff in customer support

Just awful from start to finish. The staff were rude and entitled. No understanding of the system. Waited over an hour for food and had to reorder as it hadn’t gone through first time even though money had left our account and had receipt, the order hadn’t been passed to kitchen, Outside there is the worst fish pond Ive ever seen. The fish are suffocating in disgusting conditions. Extortionately over priced. And service aberrant!! No apology or acknowledgement of the bad experience.

Visited on 15th March. Waited 30 mins to order after requesting to do so a number of times, then a further 30 mins for starters to arrive. After 90 mins we gave up as main courses still not arrived. Lovely food but under staffed, compounded my high volume of take away orders during early evening which seemed to be the focus. Have visited many times, but this one was the last

We stayed here as part of our trip to Bath. We arrived late Sunday as diners were finishing lunch and it had that lazy Sunday vibe to it. For our evening meal, we were directed to the Methuen Arms in Corsham, which is about 15 mins away. It didn’t bother us but it might some. The rooms are in a stand alone building some 50m from the main building. Generally very quiet, although there is a train line that runs behind and you can hear them, but whoosh and they are gone. It didn’t bother us. The rooms are on the small side and are very well appointed. For early morning breakfast drinks, we were given milk in a flask. The breakfast is excellent - lots of choice. The staff were attentive and helpful. We recommend it and would go back.
