Great little farm cafe and shop. Really nice people running this who can not do enough to help in any way. Things to keep children amused. Indoor or outdoor tables. Great sausage rolls and cakes and really nice coffee's. Open on weekends but I suggest a quick check on times before going. They also do open farm days for children

What an absolute delight to visit this welcoming coffee shack. It is unbelievably rustic and charming. We followed signs of coffee and bacon baps this way and when there enjoyed the company of Carl and Dave who run this. The kimcheese toasty was delicious as was the beverages that we enjoyed.

Stopped off at this quirky little place having found it via Google. Doesn’t look much from the outside but don’t be put off as the coffee, atmosphere and welcome are second to none. We’ll be back.

Mercer's is a great cafe in the up-market town of Marlborough. My friends and I visit several times a year on our bikes and we always get a warm welcome. The food and service is always perfect. But I have a tale to tell! I arrived with my friends and ordered beans and scrambled eggs on toast. When the lady came to serve our coffees she asked if I would like my bread gluten fee, "as usual". I had completely forgotten to mention this and would have been etremely sick a few hours later had I eaten non-gluten-free bread. I will be eternally grateful! What service!! Thank you!

Wonderful cosy pub with great food and drink selection. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was cosy with a good shower, but soft mattress was not for us and the soundproofing in room 4 wasn’t great. Overall highly recommended.

We walked here with our family and dogs. Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming to us all. Food needs to be booked in advance, table booking is advised. There is carparking to the side of the pub, but you can walk here from Lyneham village as well. Much better than the Mallard and cheaper as well. I can say I will definitely be visiting again 😁 Lovely and cosy atmosphere with a log fire and plenty of comfy seating. Really great pub.
