Good portions for a good price, nice little cafe. Friendly waitress.

First time in Tavistock in many years. Seen the stranded sheep as walking pass. Looked at the menu board and seen No 2 on the board and I had to try it. First bite was great and till the end was even better. Definitely worth a try again. Lovely service too. Thank you very much

Whilst entertaining important business associates I stumbled upon this fine establishment. Nestled in the heart of the town, this spectacular restaurant took us by surprise. The atmospheric lighting, the carefully curated decor and the maitre d (I believe was called Ben) was extremely welcoming. The owner, Oliver, was very friendly and very informative about the origin of the Michelin grade menu and had a charm that was not wasted on my party.

Great local sports bar with friendly landlords. Very competitively priced. Take my Tavistock u14 football team back there on a Saturday and they do a great sausage and chips.

Not only a fantastic restaurant, one of our favourites, food is amazing staff absolutely fantastic. But Karen is an amazing cake maker, did my mum's birthday cake, everyone over the moon with it.

This was recommended to us as we are new to the area. The food was superb and the staff were very attentive. Could not fault a thing

A really lovely place, right by the church in the heart of Tavistock Town. Nathan and Scarlet were wonderful , really friendly and helpful with not only myself but all customers that they encountered... I stayed far longer than my intended cup of tea, and ended up having 2 pots, cake and a milkshake because of the good vibe. Thankyou, I'll be back for sure...

We had a super evening at Thariks on Valentines night, it was fairly quiet at 7 pm but soon livened up once more people arrived. The service and food were excellent and i was presented with a love heart balloon as it was 14th Feb, super place to eat, would recommend.

Busy high street cafe which tells you it's good. Extensive menu. Could do with a paint job inside to brighten it up a bit but other than that, excellent.

Have had takeaways from here many times and they are always great. Chicken Dhansak is my favourite, with just the right level of spice.

Great find as it’s really comfortable place to stop and relax. Perfect gluten free apple pie and cream. We also ordered a panini and cream tea and all food was thoroughly enjoyed. Very pleasant staff. Will definitely return.

Stopped off on a ride to refuel. Friendly lady with a nice smile. Food was made to order and hot. Coffee was good too 😀

If you like soup made with corn flour and no taste then this is the place for you.

Firstly, Overcharged for my sandwich, the young man apologised when I pointed it out but didn't seek to correct his mistake, Secondly, I then had to wait 15 mins for an egg mayo sandwich while the staff all shouted at each other for making orders due for pick up in 30 mins to early, total mess, likely who ever pre ordered now has cold food. Thirdly the egg mayo had egg shells in it. Really sad to see such a staple of Tavistock fall into disrepute due to poor service and lack of care. Cant say I could recommend it any more or that I will be returning. Edit: I appreciate the owner taking time to respond so have changed my review increase a star, I saw your large order ticket order at the deli bar however I was referring to the multiple single orders the staff were arguing over that had been prepared 30 mins to early not the singular large £214 order. Its a very generous of you to offer a free sandwich regarding my experience, I sadly cannot take you up on this offer as its not the first time its happened, I wouldn't of left you a such a poor review based off a singular incident and have personally found the quality decreasing over the last 3 years with this being the final straw, I wish you well with your business and best of luck
