Great local sports bar with friendly landlords. Very competitively priced. Take my Tavistock u14 football team back there on a Saturday and they do a great sausage and chips.

Walked a extra 20mins to visit the pub as on the web it said open on a Thursday (18th Jan 2024), we arrived at 1pm .We found when we got there it didn't open untill 5pm . Please update the website.

Lovely local pub with excellent landlady/ landlord and very friendly locals. Was made to feel very welcome sat at the bar for a very pleasant afternoon and will definitely be back in next time I visit in a couple months. Happy days 🎈

After being disappointed with a local pub in the town, friends suggested we have a pint in the Dule of York. A pub I havent drank in since the 1990s. We were greated the second we walked in by the Barman / Landlord. A very welcoming and happy gentleman who seemed at ease as "front of house". The beer was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff made us feel welcome. (Unlike the weatherspoons up the road).

Lovely friendly pub with a brilliant atmosphere. The burgers are absolutely incredible - to the point we went back a second night in a row for another!
