As my first night out in Taunton, this place ruined my night. The bossman who runs the place was uninviting and awfully rude (I apologise to the 2 young lads who were both polite and friendly. You guys were great). This place offers diculous prices for the low quality provided. Pretty disappointed, largely to the main man. Honestly, order from elsewhere if you get the chance

Absolute gem of a pub! Although food isn’t an option now. Tommi is a fab landlord, and is absolutely welcoming of people bringing in their own food which is awesome, and actually works better and saves pennies! Great atmosphere and great pub!

Pizza King & Grill House is definitely my favorite kebab shop on Taunton High Street! Every time I visit, the food tastes amazing—always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether I’m in the mood for a kebab or one of their delicious pizzas, I’m never disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall great experience. They’re always happy to help and make recommendations if you’re unsure what to order. If you’re in the area and craving some tasty takeout, I highly recommend stopping by Pizza King & Grill House. You won’t be disappointed!

Just eat website said 45 to 60 mins for delivery but it took over 2 hours. Food was tasty but the duck and the ribs were really tough. Would not order again.

Long train journey to Taunton today. Thought I'd pop in for a pint. Wanting a real ale I was given a cask ale. Absolutely perfect. From a local brewery too. Barman was happy to chat and answer questions about the pub etc. Will be back next Sunday.

Fab lunch today at the Bathpool Inn, which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Delicious food and great service.

Heaving this morning. Food (brunch)arrived quickly, well cooked. Substitute of chips for toast not a.problem Good coffee

Waited for over an hour for the food after being told there were only 2 orders in front of mine! I was told it would not take long for delivery. Awful.

Great selection of lunch dishes. Was able to cater for a family party of 7 with a couple of allergies with no issues. Good local beers which were well kept. Would recommend the food and drink and overall price

Nice pub with friendly staff who were a laugh, had an amazing night singing Karoke. Would recommend to anyone that wants a good pint.

Delivery is shocking 1hour and 45 minutes later. We were quoted 1 hour maximum, so bad. Food is only ok, it’s changed hands. It is different....
