Not so friendly staff.. staff doesnt care to come out of the pump and see while i was facing issue in filling from multiple points.. No apologise and the feedback was... just try another pump..!

Lady behind the counter is really friendly and professional. Fuel is exspensive for the area.

The fuel is very expensive on this Shell at this rest area. Better off filling it elsewhere. It’s about 30 minutes outside Exeter and an hour away from Bristol.

Bad attitude towards tuckers, especially at night. Not letting drivers in costs you easily a 600 litre sale just from me alone.

Quality motorway services petrol station, brightly lit, clean and a huge forecourt easily capable of handling large capacity traffic with a good variety of fuel options available. Convenient 24 hours opening, as is the forecourt shop which sells snacks, drinks, magazines etc. The only downside is of course the expensive prices for the fuel, but that is always to be expected at any motorway services.

Seems OK, petrol is 14p per litre above non motorway petrol stations.
