Service was slow, food was overcooked and bland. I've been here twice now and need to say I'm not impressed, the one in Bridgwater is much better.

Boiling oil inside chicken, that’s when I know that the chicken were freshly made

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WASTE TIME. I am sick of going to KFC ALL locations (in Taunton and Yeovil) NUMEROUS TIMES have not been able to provide me with a vegan burger, a rice side, or a crushem drink (this one is in the last month) for YEAR! Change your menu if you cannot provide what you advertise because I am so dissatisfied again and again and again.

Absolutely disgusting service, cold food and rotten chicken in our order and incomplete order too. When refund requested after supplying photographic evidence I was told it’s not their policy to refund. Will never be using them again and suggest others don’t either.

whats happened to my kfc coating on my chicken very dry and didn't have the kfc taste :( sad times chips and burgers were nice tho

Lovely service , staff fantastic sang happy birthday to my Granddaughter. Dessert was fresh and appropriately made in the time it would take to make fresh waffles! Elmedina service was excellent as we're the other staff. Just got that ladies name. Will definitely come back again. Well done , made the evening seem special. We ordered a take away waffle too. Perfect! Thank you x

Visited today for the first time, the young server Finnie was excellent very polite and attentive. Mum requested a create your own desert which she said was awesome. Would recommend

Over an hour than the estimated time when ordered. Food wasn’t hot, must have been with the delivery driver for a long time.

Wrong items was delivered never got a reply, not great service if I'm honest due to lack of communication from them to find out why I had wrong stuff in first place

Shocking!!! Never received our order but was left with someone else’s. Restaurant not answering the phone and just eat impossible to get hold of, all you can do is submit a request and you get an email saying they will send you a refund

I order a chicken burger with a hash brown. Received it after 5 minutes. Opened it up and the hash brown was dark brown and pouring with oil. I took it back and asked if possible I could have a fresh meal please. The lady was very understanding and said she would deal with it. Wait another 5 minutes and receive the exact same burger only difference was it was colder but still drenched in oil. I know it was the same burger bc it still had a chip I left in it. The environment was disgusting. Food everywhere on tables and the floor. No cleaning was done and wasn't busy at all a max of 3 tables full, including us. Never going back.

It's always a gamble whether they will accept your order for delivery. Sometimes you get a message that the order is cancelled after waiting for 1 hour, at other times they don't even tell you that it's cancelled and just not deliver it. Must be a KFC thing as the other local branch is no different.

your delivery guy banged the door with his fist, then knocked the knocker hard, then started kicking the door!!! seriously, I was 1 meter away from the door! I would like a chance to open it and I would really appreciate it if he left my door on its hinges!!

It's a KFC!! Cheap fast food, not the best KFC I've been too. Place was very busy and the queue was muddled up, screens for ordering were sticky and the place could do with a bit of a deep clean.

Food takes longer to arrive than the wetherspoons across the road. Staff are surly and miserable. Currently waited 13mins for 1 boneless meal at 1740. Not even that busy.

There is not charging ports but they have sticker next to the till which says "free charging"

My recent order , mighty bucket for one was so salty, I had to bin it, how could you serve food like this. I was so disappointed with myself that I wasted food.

Food cooked in extremely old oil! And missing regular popcorn so my daughter couldn’t eat as the food cooked in old oil was borderline inedible. Quite disgusting actually.

Order didn't arrive when it said it has been delivered. Not able to give quality but service has been very poor as no communication.

Ordered a meal to be delivered which cost me £22 . The meal was delivered very late and was incorrect. The value of the meal eventually delivered was around half of the meal delivered. After a long day at work and this being my first meal if the day at 19:20 it was shocking. Now I have to go shopping at a supermarket and cook something, the very thing I thought I was avoiding by treating myself. NEVER AGAIN, WILL I BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE SCAMMERS! Following this experience I telephoned the " restaurant" where I was told that "there was an error with the delivery service however everything was fine" when asked what they intended to do to remedy the problem as everything was clearly not fine, the female on the end of the phone hung up on me.

I get that places get busy but chose this app as after a long 14 hour day it was supposed to be a quick easy answer for food but waiting so very long for it to arrive once ordered, I was no longer hungry. Looking at the app watching the delivery get later and later was ridiculous. Almost two hours. Will take a lot for me to use the app again. Especially if I want to” fast food “

The last two orders I’ve made from KFC, they have forgotten to put in popcorn chicken. My son said don’t order from them as they always miss something, I still ordered and he was right!

Kaspas was amazing as always. We ordered a Nutella Strawberry Waffle & Cookie Dough brownie. Came out fast and hot! Very tasty!

Our food arrived a bit late, Very Cold and I had politely asked for specific items under food request,which wasn't acknowledged except for 1 drumstick. The chicken, apart from being Very Cold, was dry and the batter was oily. Possibly the worst chicken I've ever had from K. F. C. The burgers were OK, Cold! We had no choice but to reheat all the food before we could eat it, this meal should be REFUNDED! What's the point of a night off cooking? Never been this disappointed!

The food was cold , there was the wrong sides , wrong drink. It was edible but wasn’t overly impressed. Can deal with it being a little cold but the wrong sides was very fustrating

The food came few minutes early, the food was nice and hot, the chips could have been warmer but they were OK. The driver was professional. I had this order before. I enjoyed the food very much so.

The whole order is wrong. I ordered a boneless banquet and got a burger and corn on the cob! So have to reorder. Shocking

2 cookies from my order were missing and bag was not sealed properly looked as if it was open . if the cookies were not in stock no one bothered to let me know about it. if driver took my cookies I hope he will break his tooth while eating it so he will have to pay lots of money to fix it
