I don't know if the fault is with KFC or not but my order got delayed repeatedly. I ordered at 5:50pm. food didn't arrive until 8:20pm

The order had options which were not selected.

Not the greatest KFC Ever, but certainly not the worst. However what does let them down badly is late dispatch on their orders for the most part. Does what it says on the tin but there’s room for improvement

When I ordered my food it took them at least 40 mins to say that it was being prepared and another 20 mins for it to be out for delivery, the driver was very quick though and called me to say that he was unsure of where to deliver. As we were in a rush we were going to try and get them to take it to a different address but this was not available when they were preparing, so we had to be late leaving just so that we could get our food 😤☹️

probably last time I will order a KFC from Just Eat. estimated time moved 5 times and kept getting later. the update was the courier was as the restaurant awaiting the order. so the blame was passed as KFC's fault. if waiting that long and eventually it is on its way which took less than a 10 min journey, why was my food cold, not slightly but to totally cold and don't start me on pricing I will leave that for another day. £2 difference for the same burger? and no large option not good value

Half the order was missing !!!!! What we did get was good

Food delivery time just kept moving longer. 1hr 20 minutes until our food arrived.

Avoid Avoid Avoid ..... 1.5 hours late after drivers car broke down which is totally understandable but the food was obviously stone cold so was promised a full refund by Just Eat after calls and emails but still no refund!!!!!!!

This is the second time I have been delivered the wrong food/short.

Everytime I order here something is missing, I have worked in this feild befoere and to have it misse dhtis often is actually insane, read the ticket put the food in check again before handing over read it back to yourself, really not tough.

The food was cold. I’m not sure why. Is it the coleslaw against the food. Is it how it’s transported. I don’t know and why did I have to get my phone to show the order number? What’s that about?

Food was hot, on time, was really nice.

The app was just changing the time and it was more then an hour to get my food from a restaurant 10minutes away completely cold very disappointed

All food was cold and wet when it had quit clearly been left in the bag for some time.

I ordered 1 large gravy with my chicken but I received 2 small cup of beans. Not happy.

The food was barely warm. The chicken pieces were much smaller than normal. A very different meal from the usual. However the flavour was really nice and chicken was juicy.

why I leave a review every time and they either don't get read or if they do they are ignored so what's the point even tho I keep trying and it still doesn't work 🙃

My son singer snack meal Was missing a burger in it and the chips I ordered an extra piece of chicken in the boneless banquet and that wasn’t in there so it just ruined meal

Service was slow, food was overcooked and bland. I've been here twice now and need to say I'm not impressed, the one in Bridgwater is much better.

Very confused , had my delivery which should have been 15 pounds worth ended up with a delivery for Natalie worth almost 50 quid , i did contact kfc to let them know tho

Boiling oil inside chicken, that’s when I know that the chicken were freshly made

I am sick of going to KFC ALL locations (in Taunton and Yeovil) NUMEROUS TIMES have not been able to provide me with a vegan burger, a rice side, or a crushem drink (this one is in the last month) for YEAR! Change your menu if you cannot provide what you advertise because I am so dissatisfied again and again and again.

Absolutely disgusting service, cold food and rotten chicken in our order and incomplete order too. When refund requested after supplying photographic evidence I was told it’s not their policy to refund. Will never be using them again and suggest others don’t either.

whats happened to my kfc coating on my chicken very dry and didn't have the kfc taste :( sad times chips and burgers were nice tho

Lovely service , staff fantastic sang happy birthday to my Granddaughter. Dessert was fresh and appropriately made in the time it would take to make fresh waffles! Elmedina service was excellent as we're the other staff. Just got that ladies name. Will definitely come back again. Well done , made the evening seem special. We ordered a take away waffle too. Perfect! Thank you x

Visited today for the first time, the young server Finnie was excellent very polite and attentive. Mum requested a create your own desert which she said was awesome. Would recommend

Over an hour than the estimated time when ordered. Food wasn’t hot, must have been with the delivery driver for a long time.

Wrong items was delivered never got a reply, not great service if I'm honest due to lack of communication from them to find out why I had wrong stuff in first place

Shocking!!! Never received our order but was left with someone else’s. Restaurant not answering the phone and just eat impossible to get hold of, all you can do is submit a request and you get an email saying they will send you a refund

Whole meal cold. Wrap had one piece of chicken and no salad.

I order a chicken burger with a hash brown. Received it after 5 minutes. Opened it up and the hash brown was dark brown and pouring with oil. I took it back and asked if possible I could have a fresh meal please. The lady was very understanding and said she would deal with it. Wait another 5 minutes and receive the exact same burger only difference was it was colder but still drenched in oil. I know it was the same burger bc it still had a chip I left in it. The environment was disgusting. Food everywhere on tables and the floor. No cleaning was done and wasn't busy at all a max of 3 tables full, including us. Never going back.

It's always a gamble whether they will accept your order for delivery. Sometimes you get a message that the order is cancelled after waiting for 1 hour, at other times they don't even tell you that it's cancelled and just not deliver it. Must be a KFC thing as the other local branch is no different.

your delivery guy banged the door with his fist, then knocked the knocker hard, then started kicking the door!!! seriously, I was 1 meter away from the door! I would like a chance to open it and I would really appreciate it if he left my door on its hinges!!
