Staff more interested in prioritising just eat deliveries and giving the walk in customers very little attention

ordered at 7:15pm and it showed 25 mins delivery time, it turned up at 8:30pm. 1 hour 15 minutes....

Part of the order was missing, the rest was cold, the chips were dry and inedible as was the chicken pieces, clearly ordering late evening got us the left overs and now we can’t get e refund becuase we gave the pin to be handed the sub standard food

Ordered more than an hour ahead. The lateness doesn't bother me, but the chicken was all soggy, there was no crispy skin on any of the classic or boneless that were in the bucket.

Have had mixed experiences with this KFC since it first opened. The most recent was good. Before my order was wrong and the staff seemed like headless chickens but looks like they have had a re vamp.

Abysmal. This has to be one of the slowest "fast food" restaurants in the country. 25 minute wait for food on a quiet afternoon. Avoid.

The worst experience we have had with KFC. From 6 meals we ordered we only received 3, and they arrived cold. Absolutely astonished how an order can be packed so incorrectly and the food that did arrive be so cold. Never again

It said delivery was between 15-30 minutes so we thought that we would place a order,but it turned out to be 1hour and 20 minutes

I am really not happy. I have ordered a KFC from East Street Taunton. it has arrived all over the place. With parts missing the order mixed up - frankly it is not anywhere good enough. I called the KFC and the person I spoke to was frankly appalling. He claimed my best bet was to drive into Taunton to collect the things missing from my order. You all seemed to be fine with taking my money but don’t seem to care about customer service.

delivery was cold when received almost an hour after Original delivery time

ordered just after 6, said it would be between 6.30 and 6.50, no clue. checked again and it said 8.35-8.55. called the restaurant and laughed that it wasn't there and they weren't sure what the driver has done. magically came at 8pm, chips cold, just rubbish in general. don't bother ordering from these, have had things missing the time before too

Absolutley terrible service! 2 hours from order to delivery. is that really the best service you can offer? Nowhere on the website to talk to anyone. What was supposed to be a late lunch with colleagues has now turned into an embarrassment. TERRIBLE

We Ordered at and they kept pushing the time of delivery back, it then took over an hour from order to delivery. When the food eventually got here, it was all freezing cold and inedible. The bag it was in had ripped as it was damp. Really unhappy, it’s a lot of money to spend when you can’t eat the food.

Chicken missing and no Gravy, I mean it’s the most important part. It’s like having fish and chips and they forget the fish!

Our order arrived and it cost £43+ and the whole order was incorrect which is so annoying and it’s not the 1st time we’ve had an incorrect order, before there was items missing but this time it was completely wrong

Very disappointed in the accuracy of fulfilling orders through delivery. We ordered additional mash and gravy coming to £6 and after waiting an hour for our delivery, we didn’t receive the mash or gravy although the slip on our delivery order said that we would receive those items in the delivery. Ended up having to drive into town to try to rectify the order. The delivery cost us £4 and had a £1 service charge which I feel we didn’t benefit from either cost as we ended up needing to drive into town anyway. Quite disappointed with the poor service as I love this KFC’s food.

Order was wrong, and just because you say it's gunna be over an hour, doesn't mean the delivery time is acceptable. it's all precooked. there's no reason for it to take over an hour to get KFC from down the road.

the only problem I only received 1 can of Pepsi instead of 2 cans

on more occasions than not, when ordering through the app, I seem to get mostly chicken drumsticks, although I enjoy them, I want a variety. on several occasions, I have been delivered nothing but drumsticks. if I went into KFC and asked for all chicken breasts, I would be told it's not aloud. does anyone else experience this.

don't order if you work in a hospital. they state delivered.. but won't leave the food you are dealing with a patient and can't give the code.
