The best restaurants in Swindon South West

Lovely food so flavourful all the spices and tastes absolutely delicious. Lovely staff very polite and helpful with dish choices from menu.

Waited at the front of the que to order for 5 mins before being asked to self order in a different area due to staffing. 30 Minute wait for 2 breakfasts in a not even a third full cafe. Brekkie was cold, asked for beans to be reheated and then went to retrieve them after 10 minutes. Coffee machine and till down. Very stressed staff without enthusiasm. Que for the manager with other customers was time consuming. Would not recommend.

Food was very poor, especially for the cost (comparative to an excellent t restaurant - £169 for family of 4 with one bottle of wine) - seemed like all the kitchen had was a deep fat fryer and a microwave. On the plus side service was good. Not their fault the kitchen was so bad.

Do not eat the Christmas lunch here. We made the mistake of ordering the filled Christmas Yorkshire pudding lunch for our work do at £12 a pop and it was dire. Two slices of thin industrial turkey loaf, a bit of overcooked veg and skin on boiled potatoes which were sold as roast. Yorkshire pud was underdone. We all agreed it was awful. £200 later, staff didn’t care. Don’t waste your money.....

Since it’s refurbishment this cafe has become a favourite of mine. Whether it’s simply a cappuccino and scone or a fish and chip dinner, to date I cannot fault either the friendliness of the staff, the speed of service or the quality of the food. It’s good to see the tables being cleared and antibacterial spray being used along with any mess on the floor being cleaned and cleared immediately after the table has been vacated, something sadly lacking in many other cafés nowadays. There’s lots of choices whether you’re looking for a snack or a meal, give it a go, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

AWFULL worst fish and chips fish dry like eating cardboard chips nasty. We had Chinese from there as well and that was terrible to will never go there again needs new chefs and ownership to

Krispy Kreme donuts, 🍩, lush donuts, nice coffee perfect for a snack, lovely staff, if you are at the outlet village, and a bit peckish, too early for lunch or dinner I highly recommend this place has a seating area too x

I ordered: 1 x Create Your Own Pizza 7" Sml + Beef + Mexican Chicken + Jalapeno + Tandoori Chicken £5.99 • Half Pounder Burger Meal with Chips, Coke 330ml Lettuce I love the options to given to select "No Cheese" & "No Mayo" £6.99 1 Mix & Match - £9.99: 5 BBQ wings (was my least fav item, BBQ flavour was a bit bland but still good), 5 Spicy coated wings & 5 chicken strips (my fav). Thank you for satisfying my pizza and burger cravings!

I can’t fault Tennessee Chicken for service or quality of food I always get what I want

Very friendly and welcoming, nice choice of ale and a good value menu which was even cheaper with the 30% discount voucher. My favourite dish is the vegetarian Thai Curry which comes with little prawn crackers.

This service station has everything needed for a stop on the M4. It's always super busy, the cleanliness overall was lacking, especially in the toilets. Costa was below standard this time, very slow service and burnt coffee. I think the issues are all to do with how busy the place was at that particular time

For a fast food place, you might frequently have to park and wait, even if you just ordered straight from the menu without modifications. One of the burgers we had was broken and the broken bit stuffed under the other part of the burger. My burger was complete though. So much for them all being made the same.
