Krispy Kreme donuts, 🍩, lush donuts, nice coffee perfect for a snack, lovely staff, if you are at the outlet village, and a bit peckish, too early for lunch or dinner I highly recommend this place has a seating area too x

As always great donuts, and also this is a nice little cafe in the middle of the busy shopping centre. Also great coffee and donut offer.

A new learning curve for us, do not order via the Just Eat app as you will be let down. Krispy Kreme simply pass the buck when the item is not delivered. And blame Just Eat and dont have any cross referencing as to who is the allocated courier is and once it leaves them they dont care basically. SIMPLY AVOID ORDERING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY and you wont lose your money

Decided to have a coffee break during shipping. Girls were very rude. Didn't let us choose what we wanted and were constantly moaning they want to go on a break. Left the shop unattended. Poor service. Donuts were yummy tho.

Picked one up for a quick bite whilst shopping. I can't help but be addicted. I don't suppose it matters where you buy a doughnut but I do like one from time to time.

Wanted to order 48 doughnuts for husbands birthday gathering. Was told could not order from them. Refused to put any by for me and when i rang on the day did not answer the phone. Head office were not helpful either. Managed to buy them in Tesco instead.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts - they're a yummy, but expensive for what they are, little occasional treat. This one isn't a shop of it's own as such - it's more a stall in small exhibit section of the designer outlet. There are some seats nearby to sit and eat your doughnut - where it is located there is usually some seasonal exhibit to look/shop at too.

Never knew they had afternoon combo offer. Tried a new lotus doughnut, was amazing. Was told to take a seat and even got waiter service which was pleasant. Staff were friendly enough, although not the best in service. However can not really complain. Keep the nice doughnut options please.

we opted for the 'choose your own' donuts but the lady serving insisted we had to have the ones she put in the box..needless to say they were the ones no one liked. if there was an issue with what she had available as it was coming to the end of the day, she should have said this clearly instead of shoving in what she wanted to get rid of. poor service

Passing through the Outlet Village in Swindon (shopping for the kids), stopped off at Krispy Kreme for a Café Latte. Very friendly barista, making the latte, and the regular is a good size or the reasonable price of £3.60. The coffee was of a very good quality. Everything was clean & tidy. Only downside, was no gluten free donuts, but for a small store, its not to be expected. One to remember for next time we're in the outlet village!

Shame it never made it to the bottom of the list as the worst restaurant in Swindon, but it was heading there before the owner was sent to prison.

Do not eat the Christmas lunch here. We made the mistake of ordering the filled Christmas Yorkshire pudding lunch for our work do at £12 a pop and it was dire. Two slices of thin industrial turkey loaf, a bit of overcooked veg and skin on boiled potatoes which were sold as roast. Yorkshire pud was underdone. We all agreed it was awful. £200 later, staff didn’t care. Don’t waste your money.....

Food was very poor, especially for the cost (comparative to an excellent t restaurant - £169 for family of 4 with one bottle of wine) - seemed like all the kitchen had was a deep fat fryer and a microwave. On the plus side service was good. Not their fault the kitchen was so bad.
