Horrible, freeze food, restaurant completely disgusting and the manager is ridiculous, rude and agressive.

Brilliant service, delivered hot and tasty and the driver had a smile, good selection and did not have to wait long for the delivery, presented in a heat saving tray style box, so nice

Had orders cancelled multiple times now and have to wait up to 5 days for my refund from Uber, update your opening hours if you're closed

Was passing so thought I’d pop in and grab a breakfast bap. Staff member didn’t seem very happy and food quality wasn’t great. Disappointing but maybe it was an off day.

Only a few places away now from being the worst restaurant in Swindon! Hope this review helps to get you there.

Absolutely disgusting service. Hands down worst food place in Swindon. As I now see it is common practice to cancel the order after customer waits an hour!!

Cancelled order after 1 hour and it is not really on as I was expecting my food what a massive let down. Won’t be going here ever again.

They keep on cancelling orders after 1h. Could have cancelled the instant we placed the order instead they waited for one hour tricking us into believing that we’ll receive the order. This is just wrong!

Ordered our food at 11am our food arrived at 1pm , 2 hours late . We were given one update to say it would arrive no later than 12:25 and that was also not true . Contacted the restaurant (if you can even call it that) and the person that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. When I said how long we had been waiting the person responded with they don’t know where the food has gone and that it’s been with the delivery driver for the last hour .they also tried to make out we were liars for saying how long we had waited . Food arrived cold (as we expected with the ridiculous delay). Bacon was undercooked and everything was soaked in grease. I would strongly advise to never order from here again if you value your tastebuds and time . Ridiculous service and awful food.

So after my lunch order being sat pending I called him didn’t answer first time but second he picked up and after speaking to him saying he’s just accepting the order now ten mins later and just eat says he’s cancelled the order. Thought I’d give him benefit of doubt as we’ve used him before but reading the reviews wish I’d have listened. Disgusting service if you couldn’t do the order you should’ve said so on the phone before taking my money!!

To start with they were exceptional and never missed a delivery and provided excellent food. Now they are an utter disaster! The last three orders placed we have waited close to an hour for food only for them to cancel the order after the delivery time has passed. No explanations and terrible customer service. A joke company who apparently don’t want our business.

Placed an order via Uber eats which took 2 hours for them to cancelled and not even deliver. They are 10 min away from my house. Every time I tried to contact my call was cancelled. I was first advised it will be 6min then out for delivery. An hour and half later, no show. Disgusting

As per the other reviews, do not waste your time. He cancels your order, but waits 10 minutes before doing so! Looking at the reviews, seems I dodged a bad belly, so very happy he cancelled the order.

I placed an order through just eat and the order was cancelled. I tried calling Tim's but once I got through he just hung up the phone without any explanation. Very unprofessional and rude man. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. It seems this happens alot. Spend your money elsewhere as there are plenty of better places that know how to treat customers.

Terrible.. bacon was on top of the microwave ( out the fridge) butter on the side with no lid on (used with a dirty knife) mess all on the floor and sides.. Saw some certificates on the wall but would assume they’re from the 90s..?!!...

After reading the terrible reviews, we decided to give it a go anyway. This was a big mistake! I ordered the ‘bacon, sausage, beans & jacket potato’ whilst my boyfriend order the “hey fatty boom, boom, boom, boom burger”. We placed our order at 12:30 and it eventually arrived at 2:00, but we did expect a long wait as of reading the other reviews. Firstly, the delivery driver gave us the wrong order, so he came running back a couple of seconds later. Then he gave us a second bag, which we was not ours. He went back to his car and after a few minuets came with ours. The sausages used are like they have come out of a can of spaghetti hoops and sausages, mushy! The bacon was chewy. Therefore, I removed this from the jacket potato. Overall the potato was average. The burger was atrocious, extremely dry, no sauce was given. The burger bun had soaked up all the juices. All the meat inside tasted cheap and problem the worst cuts of meat. There was also chicken satay which came with no sauce again, so inedible. After spending £19, I expected more, this place needs to seriously take a look at what they are serving.

Nothing wrong with these at all. Looking at the reviews you would be put off but the baguettes were all really good, only 1 fault was the cheesy chips that were warm and not too much cheese but still edible but it was delivered so maybe that was the issue with the chips. Good menu and reasonable prices.

Food ordered and delivered considerably late. So much so that I knew it would be cold. Also, I had ice cream dessert in the order which I knew it would be melted. I rang the restaurant to stop the delivery only to be put onto voicemail...which I left a message to cancel.The order then arrived. I told the delivery driver to return the order that and the delivery driver agreed. I then received a text a few minutes later to say that my delivery was at my front door. I opened my front door to find the food on my door step...Unacceptable! I am now liable to pay the bill!If I hadn't checked my front door then I would've have foxes and cats tearing the bag apart!The bag was collected (and checked to which the ice cream was melted and food cold) and was binned straight away...and without me obviuosly receiving my refund.Did get any apology text from the restaurant but not enough.Tim

Ordered from Uber eats, waited until the time it was supposed to be delivered never came so I rang the restaurant and Asked how long the food was going to be and the rude man probably TIM had said I wont know until ive checked then said no we dont have an order for your address and put the phone down then 20minutes later recieved a notification to say my order had been cancelled because the restaurant was unable to process it not that I wanted it after the useless man on the phone said... absolute disgrace he shouldn’t even be trading with the awful customer service and the food on tripadvisor looks rank anyway after checking to add a review. Avoid like the plague he doesnt deserve any money from anyone so rude!!!!!!!

Food was disuguting Orderded steak not sure what it was but lost 9 uk pounds for the courtesy of it an the wrap if you can call it that was poor also if you need food early in the morning don't ring these guys no interest of what's being done or being sent out from the looks of it

Family member ordered food , advised had allergies , then waited , waited and waited . When order did arrive missing drinks and side orders , complained and was refunded immediately with no issue, great we thought . Then checked food and found mushrooms in order and missing ingredients . Contacted again and then really rude because it appears you can only complain about one thing . If my family member had eaten would have been really unwell in essence Tim would have poisoned him, think this potentially is a valid reason to complain , not with Tim you can’t , Tim implies you are trying to commit fraud . Dreadful strongly advise you to avoid if have any allergy in case error and never complain if things are missing that you have paid for as Tim doesn’t like that either !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Desperation forced us to eat from here, I say eat, as soon as I took one look at the delivery I felt sick. Now judging from the reviews it seems I’m not alone. Called to complain and the man, I assume was tim, was EXTREMELY rude. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Order a burger and some garlic mushrooms, and straight away recieved estimated arrival of an hour it then took a further 30 minutes so hour and and half for my food, the food arrived cold, the luxury 8oz Aberdeen Angus burger was deffinetly not what described in Description, The burger was wet and the meat dry and like a slab of concrete , wedges cold and chicken wings burnt to crisp, on whole disappointing however the bottle of coke was nice

Ordered food with deliveroo at 9.45 still waiting at 11.00 so ring up only to be lied to told it had been delivered and have the phone put down on my by a very rude person.

Ordered via deliveroo to car park across the road due to no collections at 6:45, got to 7 no acceptance of order so drove round to find the owner/worker in the moping and closing up at 7pm when it clearly states closing time of 9pm and still shows active on deliveroo, lucky cancelled in time with no money charged. Would avoid if you'd actually like to have food

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE DON’T BOTHER!!!!!Ordered on Uber eats, delivery time was 35-40 minutes. Over an hour later I tried to call up no one was answering, when I finally got through to someone they said it was out for delivery. 45 minutes later still no food, had too call over 20 times to actually speak to someone.2 hours late food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and just everything about it was disgusting.Now have been calling another 20+ time to try and get a refund continuing to get hung up on and can’t get through to anyone.I honestly wouldn’t bother wasting your money here not worth having to going through the stress of dealing with such an incompetent ‘business’.

Well that’s THE WORSE SERVIVE AND QUALITY OF FOOD EVER.Breakfast ordered at 10.37am... arrived at 12.26pm !Spoke to them and was told another 5 mins at 11.55 by a chap who simply didn’t give a hoot !Attempted to call again when food didn't arrive and they didn’t pick up ..used another number and hey presto answered!I asked the chap “why take my order” he replied “won’t next time” and then refused to speak to me, As if I’d go back haha.When it did finally arrive bacon was rock hard cold and unedable ..rest of the food cold and not nice at all.Avoid at all costs unless you strive to receive an unpleasant experience.

We stopped off at Tim’s on our way home to be greeted by a miserable man who grunted at us that we’d have to wait to make our order, which wasn’t a problem.

I ordered on Just Eat at 10.10am which gave a confirmation of delivery at 11.10am. It is now 12.22pm and still no sign of any food. I have tried ringing the restaurant which goes to answer service saying they are either busy or out delivering food. Well since I am now going to take my family out for food I will not be needing his. Don't bother ordering here, your food will be very very late if you ever get it at all. Read the previous reviews and don't be fooled by the answers.

If you want a basic baguette Tim’s your guy. There’s nothing really special about this place, you may aswell go fillerz in town 👌

Greeted by a smelly man smoking a day outside his shop he followed me in and asked what I wanted without washing his hands. Burger tasted like rubber as was heated in microwave to melt cheese. Never to return

Very good baguettes served here that are extremely mouthwateringly nice and when in the area will be coming back for more. Didn't have to wait long for food. Prices cheap. Top marks matey.

Ordered our food it was late , then get told we should be waiting outside for it lol so spent over 50 pound on cold food and when we make a complaint about it we are met with harsh and abusive attitude I’m pretty sure we are the customers who are paying for your service so if we have a problem you have to listen not go on the offensive not how business works

Se puede decir que Tim hecho un gran trabajo no sólo preparar toda esa comida de maravilla pero la comida era deliciosa y aún caliente cuando llegamos a casa. I regularly get a lunch time meal deal from Tim's as its just great quality quick food at a great value price, and always provided with a courteous service without exception.Baguette, crisps, drink and a chocolate bar all for £3.99! Now that's a deal! or three meal deals for £10!I have not found any other similar eatery nearby that comes close to Tim's. He also does a lot of regular orders for a lot of local business which tells you how good it is. Highly recommended.

Recently started working locally. Found it on a walk around. Often busy but Tim does a good job juggling orders. Super value meal deals. The amount of large orders he has shows he has a loyal customer base. American Hot baguette is a personal favourite.

I've have been to Tims 3 times and I'm going to repeat not only is Tim himself an exspericaence, but his food tops it!! What a treasure to find! Would highly recommend to everyone!

I ordered my sausage bap. From the look I got from the owner he was not over pleased at getting such a small order. When the food came the sausage was only luke warm and the roll was dry.I will not be going there again. Bad attitude!

We have often ordered numerous baguettes from Tim's to save anyone going out at lunchtime and we have never been disappointed, the food is great, it's amazing value and you have a wide selection so there is always something for everyone..........plus they have a lot of combinations that are much much more appealing/interesting than most places offer.

I come here for a work lunch the bacon was pre cooked for speed. take note who ever owns this fresh is wins and is best hence my one star review i will not revisit thises tablishment.

Its been a while since I reviewed Tim's and in that time I've gone on a diet... luckily the new menu has me covered on that. I think since Tim started the new wrap menu I've only had one baguette - considering i eat from here every day for work that's saying something!I recommend the Greek Special or the Southern Fried Chicken - a good, filling lunch at a fair price and without affecting the waistline... too much! (As long as you avoid the chips!)That breakfast snack deal though... that could undo all my hard work ;)

Came here with a my family and a friend and we all agreed it was far from average. I watched all of our fillings cooked in the microwave which was nasty. It was dirty and the sevice was far from a smile. we will be all avoiding this place.
