This service station has everything needed for a stop on the M4. It's always super busy, the cleanliness overall was lacking, especially in the toilets. Costa was below standard this time, very slow service and burnt coffee. I think the issues are all to do with how busy the place was at that particular time

The outside eating area was filthy. Rubbish everywhere, dirty, sticky unwashed tables and chairs, floor littered with food, paper containers and cigarette ends. This was at 9.30 am so no excuse.

Exceeded expectations. Gorgeous clean room with lovely views of the little park and trees from our window, felt very private at a very low cost. Paid more than half for a room in Bath with no window. Lovely guy who checked us in i believe his name was nedd, very attentive, sweet and a hard worker. He made sure we were taken care off and was a credit to the company. Will definitely stay again!

Not sure what goes into the petrol at this service station but my car seems to do a decent amount of extra miles for the same volume of a top up every time, certainly when compared to many other forecourts (ironically including BP, Shell and other non-supermarket fuel). As someone currently putting in over 1000 miles a week, this is obviously my go-to service station now. Only thing really is the price, since it's about 5 to 7p a litre more expensive than your local (completely normal for a motorway services), although compared to other M4 services like Membury, it's WAY cheaper to top up here. Quick service at the till too, often a friendly face too, which at petrol forecourts seems rarer by the day. Here twice a week now. Thoroughly recommend.

Shocking lack of ev charging stations on eastbound route. 2 only except if your a Tesla driver. Pouring with rain, queues- stress. Why are ev stations not under cover as pertrol stations are….

What a sh1t hole Dirty discusting rubbish everywhere. They certainly don't have any green credentials.

The M4 is a long road, really long, and we did most of it today. We stopped a few times along the way and these were the best services that we went to. You probably know what motorway services are like, these were towards the better end of the range.

came yesterday with my friends, was very upset when a very rude and inconsiderate member of staff treated us awfully. he was extremely rude and i heard this was his first shift so we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because of that, however he was still consistently rude to us when we were nothing but nice, he made inappropriate comments to my young daughter & she was very distressed as was i. He was fairly tall with black hair, very unsettling eyes.

I'd give this place a miss, the staff thought it would be funny to take turns staring at me through the service area due to myself being transgender, found it quite rude and definitely won't be eating there again!!!

I collected 6 bags of litter from bushes near BP fuel station today , I've spoken many times to Moto about litter problem and it's not managed very well here.

KFC.. The proof is in the pictures this is the 3rd time eating here I thought I would give it not one but two chances and nothing has changed it’s is absolutely vile and ran by young adults who have no satisfaction for hygiene absolutely disgusting every time now mainly kfc. I am not one to leave reviews but every time I have been here I have had to ask for a spray and a cloth as there just wasn’t one clean table in sight every time I come here was around 6-8 so not busy either the boys were standing around with ear phones in dancing to music and we’re doing the bare minimum. Bins were overflowing every table was Grimey and chips, Wrappers, Corn on the cobs you name it Under the tables.. infront the tills was straw wrappers and sauces and napkins and just dirt and crumbs everywere don’t think a power wash would get this place clean from where it has obviously been left for so long!!! Showers.. Being a truck driver I have had to use these facilities multiple times and everytime have to bring my own cleaning sprays because I already know what I am about to face.. Overflowing bins with used woman’s hygiene products over the floors, piles of hair and a strong stench, this place seriously needs someone who can really teach these people hygiene it’s just vile. Although I have never had a problem with the toilets. Kids play frame Looked filthy wouldn’t let my dog go on that highly doubt that has been touched by any disinfectant for a very long time. The place just stank upon arrival which was a instant red flag and it wasn’t even the toilets….There isn’t a senior member to go to as everytime I reported was never taken seriously as the place is run by young adults who need a few lessons and some sort of authority to help them if they want to be working in the hospitality industry.

This was the worse experience ever. The place was filthy. Discarded food and rubbish left on tables and floors. No fizzy soft drinks available. Staff were less than interested to say the least. Keep well clear.

After a long day with the children we stopped here as were staying in the Travelodge next door. Went to the noodle counter, got ignored for about 10 minutes. When I asked for service a young lad came over and asked what we wanted. I placed my order to then be told that they had no noodles or rice so we could only have what was in the fridge section. Waste of time! We then went over to KFC, placed our order on the electronic ordering system - no problem. Then waited 20 minutes for our food! Very, very slow service. No apology from staff, they were too busy talking to each other. If you're in a rush really wouldn't recommend stopping here.

Awful food choices. I was quite unwell after eating at Burger King. Toilets are unclean. Car park half dug up down the middle with no sign of any workers.

We visited this service centre Sunday 19th, hopefully for breakfast as our hotel restaurant was fully booked. Wished we hadn’t as the best they offered was a sausage bap from Costa, the only place opened. Not as though there was anything else there anyway. My partner wanted to use the loo but immediately returned as it was disgustingly filthy. Also glad I filled up with diesel earlier, at £1.65p per litre was .20p per litre more expensive than I paid in Bristol. Feel sorry for anyone forced to use such a horrendous place.

For a place that refused lorries use of facilities during lock down, and the fact covid rates are high at the moment, you think they would have the hand gel working, tried 4 and only one had any in the rest were empty. Shocking, like the managers don't care!

Sadly, yet again, Moto services seem to have lost the plot by recognising that many people would like to have a straightfoward hot meal that wasn't a burger and chips style, asian or Costa coffee warmed up rolls. All the traditional service station style hot food outlets are now missing sadly. During our visit there were some folk who seemed oblivious to the covid regulations and social distancing requirements which did go to making the visit feel a bit uncomortable as there didn't appear to be any form of staff controls at the doors or throughout the premises.

People were social distancing. Toilets clean. Plenty of seating. Had a lovely chicken fajita and lemon muffin from Costa. Queue shorter and moved quicker than usual. Also went to M&S Food Hall which was well stocked. A bit gloomy with its low ceiling.

We travelled towards home from a holiday in Devon and stopped off for a rest and drink at 10-30 on a Friday night. Costa closed and ALL SEATING AREAS CLOSED. ARE YOU TAKING THE PISS? You expect the travelling foke to drink your coffee and have a rest so's not too endanger people's lives when feeling tired yet close off all the seating area off. It's disgraceful and shouldn't be allowed to happen AT ANY SERVICE STATION.

Hadn’t called in here for a long time so thought we would see what it was like these days. Wish we hadn’t bothered, the place was disgusting. The toilets were beyond tired, they were smelly, dirty and you came out of them thinking you might have picked up all sorts of germs. There was plenty of coffee/eating places and we elected for Costa which was okay but really expensive. Why motorway services have to be so expensive I don’t know but we won’t visit this one again that’s for certain l

Quite relaxing, had peppermint tea served in a pot. Ample place to wtop and recharge phone. Staff were pleasant-Leigh Delamere is quite a nice service station In any case, so worth taking a break here.

Leigh Delamere used to be one of the more acceptable service areas, but on our visit the toilets were foul. The toilets have been changed recently to be “more hygienic”, but in practice, they are much worse. The seats are locked down, and can only be released by trying to locate a catch under the front of the seat, against the toilet bowl (I don’t understand how this is supposed to be more hygienic!). The toilet can only be flushed by locking the seat down again. In frustration with this system, people had scattered toilet paper all over the cubicle floors, rather than in the toilet. The result was a horrible mess, so avoid.

Popped in to use the loo. Absolutely vile, sanitary bins overflowing in each cubicle. Toilet paper on all the floors and smell of wee was just so overpowering. Attendant was on duty but clearly on a tea break!

Twenty minute queues only to find out they have no hot drinks available. When we asked why they hadn’t put a sign up they said if they did that they’d lose customers. Also witnessed three customers return with undercooked burgers. Rude, incompetent staff and clearly not checking meat is cooked through before serving. Disgusting.

Busy as you would expect but the facilities were clean and functional Burger King was very busy, so busy they got our order wrong and also two others whilst we were there. When sorted out everything was ok good good and tasty Overall a good place to stop

Stopped for a toilet stop. Excellent service station well laid out. Toilets were clean and tidy, This was great as the service station was incredibly busy. Very pleased with visit

This service station has everything you need, while on the small side, a good selection of food and shops. Clean toilets with very short queues. Had brunch in Arlo’s, very reasonable £4.99 for any hot drink, a full and delicious bacon roll, and potato rostis.

If you possibly can, leave the motorway and find a cafe or pub. You’ll be supporting local people and will have a far nicer experience, and will be able to get on your way feeling far more refreshed. These service stations should just be razed to the ground.

Visited Costa (the sit-down coffee area) in the eastbound Leigh Delamere services. Normally I really like Costa coffees but this cappuccino must be rated one of the worst ever. Milky, tasteless, one wonders if there was any coffee in it and of course more expensive than normal.Clearly I am a slow learner as I did not learn from an earlier encounter with this Costa 6 months ago when the coffee was equally bad.

Stopped at the M4 westbound Leigh Delamere services yesterday as I have for many years. I have always liked these services on the M4 as they have a good range of shops and places to eat. I usually go to the Costa there as it is best for me as a Coeliac. The toilets are plentiful and clean and have been upgraded in the past year or so. They now have a strange lidded flushing system which is a bit unusual though.

Stopped here like most folk just to use the facilities. The place was tidy and clean, however a couple of the toilets had signs saying they were out of order. Place seems ok, but reading reviews I'm very surprised this place was refurbished, just seems a bit tired already.

I stopped off at Leigh Delamere services on the way back from my road trip at the weekend. Was easy to park as was very early on a Saturday morning. Good clean facilities with a greggs and an arlos pantry. Nice. Free parking for upto two hours.

I had a £10 food voucher, no change given please load up the container up to £10. £10.48 the waitress asks for. The waitress has a problem hearing problem as well as no customer service.

I always need to stop when on a motorway It might be psychological, but it's a necessity. Coffee and maybe a cake, and this time we pulled into Leigh Delamere en route to Llanelli.

Just wanted to say what great staff you have here ( Westbound). We had a nice sandwich lunch yesterday and then my husband who has several chronic medical conditions got in severe difficulties in the Gents toilets. A daring rescue was undertaken by one young man and other staff members helped with chair, then wheelchair, wet wipes, hot soapy water and a good deal of friendly concern. As some-one who can be very critical of service stations I can't thank you all enough.

Stopped for toilet facilities and a coffee. Whole place seemed to be below a set standard. In Costa we had to wait for a takeaway coffee when no queue.

On the whole most of the Leigh Delamare services west bound are ok, with an M&S;, Greggs etc and fairly reasonable toilets. What really lets it down is the Costa! We would have liked to have sat outside as it was a hot day, but we took one look at the scruffy area with sticky dirty tables that we decided against that. Unfortunately inside wasn't much better - again with dirty tables and floor. There were at least 5 baristas behind the counter when I waited to order my drinks, no one else was in front of me, but I still had to wait until they finished their chatting and joking. One even moaned about a coach pulling in - meaning they would have to work a bit!!

On our way back from Wales...a really welcomed break. Has a really good selection of retail outlets and eateries. I opted for the M&S; sarnies and smoothies. All reasonably priced for a motorway stopover.

Stopped here as part of a coach tour, what an absolute tip this place is! Dirty, smelly, staff were extremely rude in M and S, you are unable to get cashback in any of the shops here and I refused to pay the cashpoint charge. If you are using M and S and paying by debit card you have to use the self scan tills, cash you go can to a human being. Toilets were worse than my local refuse centre. Will never stop here again.

Still your standard motorway services but the options for food have now improved since the latest refurbishment but sadly Costa still can't get their act together in serving a simple cup of coffee without having to queue for 15 minutes while 4 people run circles round each other behind the counter.

Certainly not the worst motorway services ever. If one really only visits these places for a toilet stop and a leg stretch then its clean enough. Suffers from the usual rip-off pricing for everything that doesn't have a price actually printed on the packaging - but you can't drink a newspaper can you? Diesel prices verging on armed extortion as ever.

parking, toilet, coffee, food. The coffee was OK (but expensive) then we discovered there were better deals to be had. No better or worse than most motorway services.

I want to record my gratitude to Natasha of Costa who agreed to fill my water bottle today. No one else was willing or able to do so, in spite of the fact that I’d bought breakfast from them.

Everything had almost run out. Kids had chicken without gravy , which was grim as it was the texture of ryvita. I was expecting bad and my expectation was met.

Tried Costa here today, not very busy. Just wanted toast which is clearly shown on the menu at the counter. Greeted with "we don't have toast". Ok can I gave a teacake "we don't have teacakes"..again they are advertised at the counter. Come on Costa don't advertise what you can't deliver both items should be a staple breakfast item...poor.

Popped in for toilet and coffee during a long drive. Nice and clean and bright. Good coffee in Costas. Ticked all boxes.

Stopped at the services on the way to Cornwall. They are better than most with a good choice of places to eat and drink. Very clean everywhere. Toilets are a bit of a walk though!

Stopped here at lunch time and the place was busy. Toilets clean and well looked after. Had a steak and stilton pasty and coffee from the cornish pasty company. Good pasty and good coffee. Better than most service areas.

Use 2 or 3 times per month. Well kept and clean facilities; M&S; staff are great, the Gregg's is excellent value as well as being quick and friendly and the Cornish Hut (Cumberland ring roll) is fantastic for a treat!

After posting a number of critical reviews over the years, at long last this visit showed some signs of improvement, especially around the oft critised lack of staff and poor service. On this visit there we counted 5 members of staff, all actively engaged in serving customers ( a huge improvement!!) and the staff behind the hot food counter were polite, helpful and obvously knew what they were doing. The food quality was much improved, as was the speed of service. We hope this improvement continues.

This was supposed to be a quick toilet break. No chance. Since I was last here 30 years ago the place has transformed into a nightmare of fast food outlets, shops, games etc. From the car park entrance you walk past them all to get to the loos. Know what you want here, especially if you are bringing youngsters.

Shouldn’t expect too much from a motorway services stop. The usual food at slightly elevated prices. Not crowded on a weekday morning.

Quick lunch visit and just to have a change from Costa and burger king we had a M&S; £5 meal deal which was a sandwich snack and cold drink. No problem in theory but sandwiches and drinks are not clearly marked as in the deal. Simple labelling would help customers and staff alike at the tills.

Called here on coach journey, started queuing for lunch at EDC as the staff were changing over the food pans from breakfast. The food pans are kept warm by hot water in a bath under the pans and this looked disgusting - a orange -yellow colour, obviously containing a variety of food spillages. As one of the empty breakfast pans was removed, some of this gunge dripped off onto sausages that were still being served to people taking a late breakfast. Could not possibly eat there after seeing that so picked up some sandwiches at the M&S; outlet.

We stopped here at around 9.30pm half way through a 5 hour journey from Cornwall to Gatwick. We were all getting tired & hungry and were quite glad to see a Burger King sign when we drove into the services. When we got there we were surprised to see that most of the services were shut (they normally have a hot food bar and Greggs open), considering it's a motorway services you wouldn't expect these to be shut at 9.30pm. We headed to the toilets which didn't really seem very clean and they were right at the back of the building.Two of our party had Costa toasties which was great service and delicious food. However, two of us had Burger King which was quite honestly disgusting. We had to queue for at least 15 minutes, in which time the other two had already finished their food. When I got to the till, the man serving didn't even say hello, he just said 'order?' - I gave my order and paid £8 something for a double bacon cheeseburger and large chips. I then had to wait another 10 minutes at the edge of the counter for my meal. While waiting I could see staff in the background packing wraps and burgers with their bare hands (didn't think they should be handling food without gloves). The floor was disgusting with dropped food everywhere and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. They had run out of salt & had only a couple of ketchup sachets left to offer. When my food eventually arrived I sat down to eat and was extremely disappointed. The Burger was tiny, cheese was not melted at all, and the bacon was basically just a few bits of fat. I opened up the Burger and was greeted with a horrible sight!! (See image) - not much puts me off my food but I could not eat that! I will honestly never be having Burger King again. I would advise going the extra 29 miles up the motorway to the next services as these were disgusting.

Great service, excellent food and coffee. Try the sausage roll or the bacon roll. Flat white is good too. Staff very attentive and friendly. Go try it.

I had no choice but to eat at EDC Leigh Delamere M4 Eastbound. £10.18 for Meat pie 16 chips a small portion of peas and an orange juice,A sachet of sauce would have cost 35P. This is daylight robbery. With prices like this you should try to not pay or avoid,

We usually travel on A303 but there were incidents so we rerouted to M5/M4 & were desperate for a comfort break by the time we reached LD services - to which there was a queue leaving the motorway, not a great portent. Actually it was down to inefficient parking & pedestrians walking across the car park lanes, which is the way one has to reach the middle walkway. Design fault. The services themselves are OK, a long corridor with cacophony from each outlet & of course the loos right at the back. These were clean so that was good. Grabbed a Costa takeaway cup on the way out, why is the milk option always full fat or zero fat, what happened to semi? I mix the two

This services is pretty child friendly they have a little gated area with a few toys and a tv playing peppa pig. They are very good at cleaning tables if not to good I left a drink on the table while watching my son in the play area and when I returned the staff had thrown it away ! Not impressed

With only 2 people before me in the queue and the area being quiet even on a bank holiday I wasn't expecting such delays and confusion. The time it took the sole operative to fry the eggs was the time it took her to forget the order. This was rectified and we were presented with the plates of food and then we joined the queue for coffee. Only one person making the beverages, you can imagine the time it took. Having eventually paid we sat down to plates of tepid food (and that's being kind). Heaven knows how long we'd have to wait if it had been busy. It was especially frustrating as the food would have been very tasty had it been hot.

Had a lovely Udon soup from Chow! Brilliant food and excellent service with a smile from Ellie. Will stop again for sure. Thanks

Leigh Delamere is a Moto Services which I would say are at the the basic end of the motorway services industry. This one is definitely one of the better Motos. Apart from the usual Burger King and Costa Coffee, there is also a Chows and an Arlo's which is quite good. So all in all, better than the usual. Hope the is helpful

The service was fast enough but staff were apathetic. Food was okay aside from the chips/fries being warm at best. The tables were grubby and no staff clearing or cleaning them during our visit. Seems that most Burger King restaurants suffer from apathetic staff and grubby tables. That is why they are the poor relation to McDonald's.

East bound. Better then Magor services for Welsh curios. Has costa, greggs, wh smith as well as cotton traders.

No service here and run out of fish... and other mains... oh dear. Staff seem non committal and unhappy...

Arrived EDC at Leigh Delamere east bound at prime breakfast time, they had ran out of bacon, toast and sausage was cold. slow service. Staff not friendly ..a smile doesn't cost anything !. Only 2 staff serving. Very disappointed

We stopped here on the way home from Surrey. It's my favourite of the M4 Eastbound services (Westbound is Reading) but it really is the best of a bad lot of services that we have in the UK on the M4 corridor.For the prices that are charged for drinks and food - along with the concessions available - there could be some major investment made into making the customer experience better.We stopped for coffee at Arlo's because Costa had the usual crocodile queue of people waiting to be served. Arlo's, although not busy, was ridiculously slow in preparing two coffees and getting a bottle of water from the fridge. The coffee is quite nice but I'm sure it would have been just as nice if it had been prepared efficiently. I don't like Arlo's much; the staff chat amongst themselves and show scant interest in customers.I do quite like Costa but I can't understand WHY they have so many staff who don't see to be doing anything. Get another coffee machine perhaps? Another sandwich press - and another till. You might find that your customer base expands as they no longer have to wait eons for whatever simple thing it is they're buying from you. Their experience would certainly improve. I've taken to buying sandwiches cold to heat at home. I can do it more quickly - and better.The best thing about this services is M&S. Standard consistently high quality of products that are not overpriced just because they're sold in 'Services'. If only they did tea and coffee to take away, my visit would entail a trip to the ladies en route to M&S on the way out.At least the toilets are clean and for that I am thankful.

Sadly and yet again the EDC operation on the East Bound carriageway of the M4 falls far below a reasonable standard for the price and expectation of a half decent meal. All we wanted was a simple lunchtime meal so ordered the brunch and a Tuna Melt Panini with a bowl of chips and two teas. Couldn't be simpler??? However, the lady behind the servery got herself quite flustered when asked to heat up the panini melt and forget to do it until she had put together the brunch so it arrived half way through my wife eating her own meal and we had to stand for at least 5 minutes until someone arrived at the till to make the teas and take our money despite the poor lady calling out for help.Sadly the sausages were so well cooked having sat in the hot tray for much longer than necessary and the chips were on the luke warm side after waiting for our teas and to be frank watching the number of other folk complaining about their food and the poor lady struggling to cope with everything on her own, our complaints would have perhaps been one too many for her to cope with. Frankly there is a real need for a better level of staffing over the peak lunch time service period and certainly some better training in service would go a long way to improving the situation. I wonder what it will take for EDC to buck their ideas up?

Unfortunately here in England you generally expect overpriced, low quality food from these places. This place has a few choices BK or proper food but they hike the price. Even the Costa charge an extra pound on top of the normal coffee price.It is what it is. We put up with it, this is what we get.

Stopped here on route from Plymouth to London. Service station pretty basic. The children's play area looked dirty so did not let my daughter crawl there. Toilets need modernising they do smell a bit. Word of warning for the toilets if sitting down then go to get the toilet paper it activates the sensor and you end up with a wet bottom. Only stopped in desperation and would only use again if absolutely necessary.

Have stopped here countless times travelling from our home to visit family as its half way! So we always call in to use the facilities. As service stations go its one of the better ones and for some reason I enjoy calling in as it feels like a little oasis in the middle of the M4. We usually have something in Costa and gave a look around before launching ourselves back onto the motorway.

Visited EDC Eastbound for brunch. So opted for English breakfasts. Service was very slow, serveries and tills very understaffed. Food was ok but not much more. Disappointed.

A convenient stop en route. Great to see some different franchises. Arlos was good, cheerful efficient service, good coffee and a great cream tea. The crockery was lovely, looked "hand made", loved the milk jug with the finger dent grips! Also a convenient M&S, and the loos were fine

This service area like many can vary depending on staff. On the occasion that we visited we were fortunate, it was not overcrowded and having a coffee in Costa cafe was relaxing as the tables and floor were clean. Costa coffee and pastries are the same everywhere and staff were polite

Called in here on my way with friends to a sporting event so was planning on filling up with some hot carbs. I ordered the fish and chips but was told there would be a short wait. We collected our condiments and drinks and our food was then served. The plate was swimming in grease from the fryer and the chips, while hot, were underdone. The fish was unpleasant dry and batter over cooked. I was unable to finish my meal and ended up buying compensatory snacks from the M&S outlet. My friend complained to the supervisor to be met with a shrug and a 'sorry about that the ovens aren't working'. Better off going to the Burger King

Stopped for fish and chips. However the service was terrible and so was the food. When complaining to the supervisor at EDC about the quality of the food I was met with a shrug of the shoulders and an explanation that the ovens were not working. You have to do better than this.

Good amenities and layout for a service station with Gregg's, Costa, M&S Food etc. Plenty of parking and better then most service stations.

How these Service Stations have changed(for the better). Clean toilets, £6.00 for fish and chips. Not at all extortionate as some others can be!!.I'm downgrading service by one point. Not the staff's fault. Management should provide adequate staff at busy lunch time.

This premises looks as though it needs to be deep cleaned, the toilets are a disgrace, prices for drinks are extremely high and the seating areas look as though they need to be replaced with a different type of furniture.It may be a pit stop on the way to other locations but a little bit of cleanliness would be appreciated

Stopped for breakfast, had been told about the interior revamp. Same long queues, disinterested staff. Tables not cleared and filthy floors and this is before 8am. Ate in "Arlos" - rubbish coffee, food takes ages and not worth the wait or the price. You need more than a few fancy lights to get me back here again.

We only stopped here, because it was a convenient lunch break. We ate in Arlos as we wanted hot food - which was just as well as they had almost run out of baguettes anyway. We had hot dog and chips at £4.99 so very reasonably priced. The chips were quite good, but the hot dog must have been a breakfast leftover, because it had obviously been fried and kept hot, as the skin was so tough the knife wouldn't cut it! The staff in this area did clear the plates etc away, but not once was a table wiped! We had to look around for a fairly clean table in the first place and then wiped it with napkins! The toilets were in a reasonable state, but why should the motorists have to put up with this, after all they pay top prices for the privilege of stopping in these places. The motoring organisations do not seem to be representing their members by describing and grading these service areas. A previous reviewer mentioned the Cobham Services on the M25 - now that is a service area to be proud of!

Stopped at Leigh Delamare on way to and way back from Southampton. Plenty of parking, good set of shops and places to eat with good central seating area and also places to sit outside. It's handy having a M&S on site too to get a few bits and pieces for when we got home. Also has a Greggs, WH Smiths, Burger King, Costa and few other outlets. Toilets were clean and tidy.

We have stopped here a number of times but this time noticed there are new businesses - in particular Chow Asian Kitchen which serves Japanese and far eastern food which is really great quality and at a very good price for a service station.

Nice and clean services including toilets and food outlets. Food reasonable priced - also if you stay at the Travelodge we got 20% discount from Burger King (just show your room key) - also you get 20% of at Arlo food outlet.

A very busy motorway services. Overall clean & tidy inc the toilets. Only criticism is the car park layout/markings. It's not that clear on where the exit is and when you do find it no one knows what do to as there is no give way (eastbound) just a sort of free for all.

The Service area in general is clean and tidy. Everything is well signed but it's a long walk to the toilets! The main Costa Coffee area is nice, with comfy seats. The staff are very efficient and friendly

Staying overnight in Travel Lodge. Ate at Arlos in evening and for breakfast. Very average food, especially breakfast. Most of the food had been cooked hours earlier and was dry and unappetising. Doubt I would use again.

On journeys from Swansea to London, Leigh Delamere is my usual stopping point for a "pitstop" and stretch of the legs. It's roughly half way on the journey and - because it's a Moto - I get a 20% discount off food thanks to my AA membership.Considering the number of people who use the services, I find it's reasonably clean and they usually have what I need.

Crowded due to poor layout. Very dated. Very little green space outside, the two picnic benches were broken. Same old chain outlets styled like some desperate post industrial wasteland. Should be demolished.Compare this with m25 services at cobham or the beaconsfield services on the m40 which have set the chain outlets in a much more relaxing and pleasant environment.

Stopped here 2 days running and was disappointed on both occasions. The floors were being cleaned on both occasions and were sopping wet and very slippery. Although there are 3 Costa kiosks within the services, on the first day they didn't have the ingredients to make my drink and on the second day they had no ice for the coolers!?! I drove past other services to stop at this particular one for Costa, but will not be doing so again.

Called here 6.30 pm Friday 29th April. They obviously had forgotten it was a holiday weekend. Few staff, service very very slow, they had run out of some foods and drinks. Waitress would have done better if she wasn't tottering around on stiletto's . Won't recommend or use again.

I wanted the chicken, but it looked harden, so I order steak pie, its just edible lucky, but I counted, it was just about one and a half chunk. Although it was just £4.99, so it was about £2 for a bit of beef to go though the teeth. The mug of tea is £2.35, if I brought my English Breakfast tea bag and ask for a cup of boiling water it could be better.

We had to stop for a break Eastbound on the M4 at about 10pm at night - It was too late to find somewhere else open off the motorway for food so we just parked up and grabbed a quick meal from Burger King and ate it in the car. To our surprise, the food was piping hot, the lettuce was crisp and fresh, the Tomatoes and mayo were generous and it actually looked like someone had put in some effort when making them! We also grabbed some Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Our visit served its purpose and was better than expected.

I stopped off at the services with the aim of getting a nice cup of Costa coffee. When you get there you find a costa coffee booth outside but the selection of food is poor. You find a further Costa booth inside and a big Costa Coffee which has a much larger selection of food and is actually staffed. Coffee is just as you would expect but the service is not what you would normally expect from a Costa Coffee. The staff are obviously overworked and they are understaffed given the amount of people that were queuing with me and wanting a coffee no some food. To put it in simple words - I would think twice before stopping here again.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on way home from Heathrow. Service so slow. Waited 20 minutes for two slices of toast, then they had run out of jam. Tea cold by the time the order eventually arrived. Not particularly busy either!

Is average moto services overpriced, facilities need a good make over, ok for quick leg stretch and loo break
