The dj's were TERRIBLE all they did was take a famous song and add a terrible dnb remix to it. every song was the same. Every song was terrible. They should be sacked

rotten place, security guards are horrible, they took my friend out because he touched his friend, where there was no problem, they made excuses for no reason, bad quality in spaces and djs

Went for the first time didnt know any dress code etc. Told i wasnt allowed in as had joggers on but let many people in wearing cargos and someone got in wearing leggings but no id. Yet men are supposed to wear jeans but ppl got in with cargos

Drinks extortionate , Door staff are wet wipes. The doorman started kissing each other in front of me. They also ate raw carrots 🥕 would only go back to spark out all bouncers which I wouldn’t even need full power to do . will be welcomed back tomorrow as they have the memory of a goldfish. 1/10

Would be decent if they got better bouncers and a DJ that actually played some decent music.

The worst club I've ever been to, it needs to be shut down. It is not run properly, drinks are extortionate and bouncers have god complexes, well over 10 cases of people being spiked in the past months, needles, pills etc (how are the bouncers not finding this stuff?). The place is awful. Don't try your luck there, avoid.

disappointed in the way the Bouncers acted, my phone had died and when asking the head bouncer "Dan" who also denied who he was to me he told me "NO, there is no taxis available right now" when I stated I don't mind waiting his reply was to jump in the taxis out front I would've have though with what happened with sian o'callaghan round the corner from you venue there would've have been a lot more compassion and keeping you customers save but was clear that is not the bouncers priority's. so gutted bouncer at The Brass Monkey and Suju are just way more nicer in general and actually cared about looking after vulnerable customers can see why people think tree is an easy target for these spiking because they just push everyone out the door without the thought of helping was shocking to see. Get Some bouncers that actually care about the wellbeing of your customers, I would never treat a patient like how the bouncers was treating some of the customers this weekend.

Great club, just a shame there's a 50/50 chance of you getting spiked ladies. I know of atleast 3 instances in the last two months alone!

Visited Tree opening weekend which I was very excited about however the experience was awful. The service was slow and whenever we tried to call someone over we were ignored. None of the staff (including bouncers) were wearing masks. I'm not sure what they've changed their house vodka to as it tasted like nail varnish remover. It's a shame as I used to love coming here, however based on this experience, I will think twice about revisiting.

The club as a whole is average at best, that would score it a 3 star but as there are only 9 female toilets in a club that had 3 different club rooms the wait can be unbareable

The club is actually got an amazing vibe, but some of these bouncers seem to think they're above everything and act upon their feelings on the night. This just ruins the experience that tree is trying to create which makes it an undesirable place for a good night out.

Awful service. The manager is an arse. Went in as a hen party and asked politely if there was anything they could do for the bride (Brass Monkey & The Old Bank happily gave her a shot on the house) and he wouldn't even acknowledge we were stood there. It Didn't matter if he said no he didn't need to be so rude to her on her big night. Overinflated sense of importance was evident, Clearly over compensating for other smaller appendages.

booked a vip booth to celebrate a birthday and the process from start to finish was really smooth. On arrival we were greeted and taken to our table, it was well presented and the waitress was really lovely. We always had our mixers topped up and the table was always tidy and all spillages were sorted out right away. The club itself is very nice, i love all the lighting and the music was good. Overall, a very good experience and i would definitely come again.

One of the most diverse, fun and satisfying atmospheres for a club i have been too. Friendly staff, great service and the owner Alan is a fantastic host very warm and inviting. Would definately reccommend this place to people wanting good nightlife in Swindon. I am from London myself and would say this venue reaches the calibure and level of sophistication that meets the clubs in London.

Has the potential to be a great place and it was in its former ownership, but they charge entry for a meat market and don't allow you to sit anywhere. Suggestion from the bouncer was to sit on the toilet when I asked to sit in the empty VIP area for 5 mins whilst feeling unwell...

Poor treatment of early club goers. Went with three mates, one mate sat one a speaker for about two minutes and the bouncer said “get the F off the dance floor” clearly thinking he was too drunk... He wasn’t. He was just sitting down for a couple of minutes and yes, isn’t the greatest of dancers! The bouncer spoke to me and settled down, too late. Given that the place was mostly empty, and by empty I mean 5 people of the dance floor, my mates got up and thought that’s @@@@@@@ disrespectful and you can go whistle if you think we’re staying. Much better in Swindon, this place is well above its station. We’re not in London people....!

Fantastic staff and owners, great atmosphere and the security are friendly too. The lighting is excellent and music is varied with different theme nights so it stays fresh and you enjoy going back. Always look forward to a night out in Tree!

A truly fantastic establishment. Lots of attention to detail and the nightclub offers a premium and personable clubbing experience. They work closely with the local community and council to ensure they safety of all their customers. Would recommend for a night out!

Just like old times! Staff were friendly.

Like the atmosphere and the music, the drinking selection is kinda poor for a nightclub but it's alright, also it's not crowded with people which is a good thing you have space to dance, move etc. The bodyguards actually do their job, if someone is trying to ruin someone else's night, you see them in action, side note for the "bad boys", they do a security check when you enter the club so no knifes or whatever for you. Recommend Come with your squad

My friends and I came here last night. One of my friends is in a wheelchair and I just wanted to say how amazing and supportive all of the security team were. You all ensured we had acesss to the dance floors and really looked out for my friend when people became too rowdy towards her. It was our first time here in Tree and I know we will all be coming back. It truly was an amazing night and thankyou so much for the support you gave my friend .

Waste of time and give all profits to a Chinese man who never change anything.
