The 2 burgers where missing and not heard anything about my complaint

food stone cold, burgers looked like someone had stood on them, thrown in the bin. waste of money

Burger was very salty, fries were soggy and no dip sent

it was stone cold when it eventually arrived, the flurries were just liquid that has leaked all over the bag . It was all disgusting.

I was delivered the wrong order

ordered at 11.55-delivered at 1.30,cold & hard missing 2 meals & other bits-least kids got their happy meals as thats all there was

We ordered 5 breakfasts and didn’t receive any of the 6 hashbrowns we ordered. We didn’t receive any syrup for the pancakes and no sausage.

Waited ages and then order never arrived despite saying delivered.

ordered medium and large chips. but may aswell of ordered 2x small. boxes not full. chips cold. ordered large strawberry milkshake- recieved a medium. ordered philly cheese stack, but had no cheese on it. poor. very very poor

1 hour late, food was clearly driven here by an F1 fan as the drinks were all over the place and ended up with half a cup of each. driver refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed the restaurant. was his 2nd order so the food was cold too what was left of it. I refused the driver the delivery code as it was pathetic and he offered no form of acknowledgement to his awful way of taking care of the food.

Good food and quick service. Self-service kiosks available. Lots of seats and the dining area is always clean.

The food was earlier than stated but was not warm when it arrived

Half my order was missing, the sausage McMuffin come with half of bread bun don’t recommend

Everything was cold. Had to reheat in an airfryer. supposed to be medium fries but cup was half empty. No napkins or tomato ketchup. Poor value for money.

I love Mcdonald so much the best is the wrap and fries chips and ASlo the ice cream so amazing 👏

My daughter’s 5th birthday with her friends after a delightful build a bear party…. £58 order, all arrived, a lovely guy helped us carry to the table! My daughter opened her Big Mac to remove the bread and pickles (does not eat the bread or gherkins) and the burger had two huge bites out of it and was clap cold. I tried to complain to the 16 year old looking manager Nathan, and I might as well have been talking to my 5 year old. He said it was the machine and how it cut???? Eh??? No sense there….. two very obvious bites! I am reporting these to environmental health as either the burger was put back as a return accidentally OR some horrible person had bitten it that works there…. Not impressed!! Was offered a new Big Mac and an apology but he was certain they weren’t bites. Pull the other one guys!!

They was not enough chips and it was not all that warm too it was supposed to be a large fries but they was only half of carton

The delivery time kept going up and up and when the food arrived, everything was cold and inedible so went straight in the bin

Placed order online for delivery food turned up in good time by driver but the order was wrong, contacted McDonalds white rose where it came from but the member of staff I spoke to she couldn’t care less even though they messed the order up I had to phone the McDonald’s app people who again couldn’t be bothered and refunded the missing item they weren’t even prepared to send it out, won’t be using them again

I waited 10 minutes for a small oasis drink I went to the counter to ask where my drink was and they said 5 minutes i waited that long for a drink I had to walk off as my own shift at work was starting.

2 of the garlic cheese breads were burnt and inedible. The burger 🍔 didn't look like this. It was burger base, burger, the seeded bun in the middle, burger and burger bun middle where the seeded bun top should have been. Bacon wasn't even in the burger, was at side of box. How do you get a burger that wrong? The chocolate and raspberry pie was dry and cold. The fries had a lot of potato eyes amongst them. Only thing any good was the milkshake!

Like all the other McDonald's experiences this too was great! My kids loved it and we all enjoyed our meals! We love going there as a family and must mention the friendly staff as well! This was my kid's favorite place in the town! Keep up the good work guys!

left on front door step food freezing no knock.

This is the 2nd time food has been missed from my order, the first time chicken nuggets were left off this time 3 lots of fries were not delivered they even forgot to put in the sauce

Stopped in here today and i don't expect much from fast food but my triple cheese burger was absolutely disgusting. It's like they dropped it in the deep fryer. Totally dripping with grease. It's also far too hot in the white rose food court. The service was otherwise fine, fast and no issues. But I will be avoiding this McDonald's from now on.

I mean besides giving me 19 nuggets instead of 20 everything else was good!

My order didn't arrive at my address

Missing a chicken burger and a double cheeseburger put in the box with happy meal even after labelled happy meal needs to be separate due to allergies!!!!

I love this place, the staff are all so friendly! I never have to wait long, but if I do they will let me know so I wouldn’t worry about them forgetting my order. The McFlurry is so good here too! I recommend the Maltesers. I always go here when I go to white rose with my friends. The staff are funny too which makes this place even better. They have never got my order wrong before which is what I love the most about this place

Check your order! Got home and no hat-trick burger was placed in the bag which was paid for. Too far to go back. McDonald's gain, our loss.

my nieces birthday treat ruined because you turned up with the order(soaked as your driver put it"you will have to take a picture and ASK? For a refund? I had to reorder,wait again and left out if pocket,not once have i recieved what i ordered and paid for from mcdonalds delivery,i decided enough is enough,so had to let you know.Hope your day is better

Food took over 20 minutes, was so salty we couldn't eat it, they had no bottled water (despite still selling it) and none of the stickers for the prizes on the fries. Staff were rude and unhelpful and the manager strangley missing when I asked for a refund. Either use one of the other food places in the white rose or drive to the next maccs on wide lane, dont waste your life with this one.

Driver not turned up with food

The fries were freezing cold and the folet bun was rock solid, the filet over cooked and yellow on the inside. Attempted to call directly to resolve the issue but couldn't get through despite trying to call numerous times. Very disappointed considering the amount we spent in one order.

not once have i got a complete order of what ive paid for,this time you messed up,driver saying he spilt it and i have to take a picture and "ASK" for a refund.Good jib i had some more money in bank.I dont jnow why you feel this is acceptable business procedure...I wont be holding my breath for the refund.. Food great has usual always great from Whiterose mcd but today they got drinks wrong wanted coke zero lrg med sprite van milkshake brought 2 sprite and 1 banana milkshake but enjoyed them still.

My order took over 30 minutes and when it came it was moldy with different colours of hair on my pickles all I ordered was a cheeseburger

Rubbish from McDonalds - forgot all my sauces including the tomato dip that comes with the halo uni fries I paid for.

pity there's no MC Donald's closer, then the food would be hotter.

I have no issue with the food arriving a little late but I ordered a bbq dip to go with my food and it wasn't included in the order.

When the delivery guy bought my Big Mac I opened up to find the burger had no Big Mac sauce in it and very little lettuce, have taken pictures as this is unacceptable

Ordered a delivery,the chips were dry like gone off the quarter pounder didn't even show up,no ice in the coke. Been a few times this McDonald's has messed up. Shocking service wide lane much better and the staff are polite.

The food was delivered later than the expected time, and on top of that the food was cold as if it had barely touched any heat and squashed together.

Order was wrong and late! Delivery driver informed me that the store forgot to make the order until he informed them

Absolutely disgusting not only did the delivery driver not collect my order for over a hour , but the food was flat cold and my drink had spilt over my fries not ordering from these muppets again absolutely unacceptable!!

Ordered via Uber, the receipt on the bags was correct but the food was completely opposite to what was ordered. I called up McDonald’s to request a refund and new food and the so say “manager” was extremely rude and useless, hung up the phone and claimed it wasn’t the restaurants fault it was Uber. Highly don’t recommend ordering from there and I highly suggest getting the manager fired!

Chips were clap cold and not fresh at all. Fish fillet burger was missing. No serviettes No sauces with the 20 nuggets Very dissapointed

The order was wrong, we recived 5 plain hamburgers, 1 chicken hamburgh, 1 big mac and 1 happy meal instead of our 3 Angus stack. I had tried to contact just eat and McDonald's with no success. Realy disappointed.

Self service so I didn't feel rushed to place my order. My Kids particularly loved the Mccafe Galaxy hot chocolate.

My opinions towards this McDonald have declined severely. The ordering machines were not printing receipts causing confusing amongst all. After getting our receipt printed by a member of staff we found out it was missing two item which included a drink and medium fries. Our order was shouted but as our number and receipt were incorrect we were unable to collect our order. Staff members were rude and uncooperative with us. We couldn’t collect our order until we found more help between friends and a different staff member.

Would have been better if the food was not next to cold drinks when deliverd and all the food in wraps was not all over

I've just received my might muffin meal and my bacon is pink and ther is no cheese on it either .one of them was open and allover th bottom of the bag too
