The best restaurants in Swindon South West

Lees face it, most motorway services in most countries are pretty grotty Popped into Leigh delamere today for a quick comfort break I have to say the toilets surprised me as to their cleanliness - usually have to hold my breath but these were not bad at all!

This place needs to up their game. Two weeks on the trot now I've ordered large cod and been served small pieces of thin rubbish. Last week there was more batter than cod. Time to look elsewhere.

Food missing from online order but no refund offered and the staff don't care. Happened once and thought I'd give them a second chance, then it happened again and I vowed never to go here again. A friend ordered (despite my warnings) from here and had the main part of the meal missing. It seems to be the case more than often I guess and he can't get a refund either....

Always friendly, always quick, always tasty - especially the spicy piri-piri chicken - never had a problem with Mr.Cod in Swindon Old Town - would gladly recommend them for a quick and tasty takeaway ! :) - Ash

Freezing cold food is not wot I’ve paid for. Who ever has given that out should be extremely embarrassed. Want your money but no effort put into giving people edible food

Took the family in here for the all day breakfast. 4 of us had the regular breakfast and one the big breakfast. Firstly the prices are very good regular at £5.95. All cooked perfectly. Quality ingredients for the money.

We usually pop in for breakfast when we do our weekly food shop. The staff are always friendly and welcoming especially Rochell who always greets us with her infectious smile. I usually have poached eggs on dry toast (don’t like butter) And the eggs are always runny. Hubby has the full breakfast so I decided today to have the same and I wasn’t disappointed . Keep up the good work.

Like all the other McDonald's experiences this too was great! My kids loved it and we all enjoyed our meals! We love going there as a family and must mention the friendly staff as well! This was my kid's favorite place in the town! Keep up the good work guys!

I will never be ordering from any Domino’s ever again! Myself and my partner decided to treat ourselves to a takeaway as it was late. However this morning we’ve both woken up very ill with a bad belly and in a lot of pain. Myself, I have been in absolute agony all day, unable to keep any fluids down and constantly running to the loo!! Also being pregnant I have to be so careful with food so this has caused me so much anxiety for my unborn child! Never again!!

Placed a takeaway order and asked for egg fried rice, got sent boiled rice which was stodgy and in clumps. Also ordered the honey chicken which was hard and chewy plus old. Also had prawn crackers, can of coke which came to about £19.00 so would like a refund. Miss C Pember

Please don't attempt to book at this restaurant or hotel, this was closed a couple of years ago and has recently been the subject of a large fire. Right next door to a retail park, guess what will happen next?

Both myself and mum felt very ill after drinking latte here.. I think the milk had gone bad probably because of sitting out of fridge for too long.

Had ordered the exact same burrito but one was smaller and filled really badly then the other and also when we showed it to the staff they didn’t agree and said that it’s the same

Nice place in the town centre. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive. Received the order within few minutes. Overall, a nice place. Recommended…
