Domino's Pizza in Swindon

I will never be ordering from any Domino’s ever again! Myself and my partner decided to treat ourselves to a takeaway as it was late. However this morning we’ve both woken up very ill with a bad belly and in a lot of pain. Myself, I have been in absolute agony all day, unable to keep any fluids down and constantly running to the loo!! Also being pregnant I have to be so careful with food so this has caused me so much anxiety for my unborn child! Never again!!

I've never had any issues with this domino's place when ordering. The drivers are really nice, especially this one women that always seems super happy and in a good mood. the food has always tasted amazing!

The pizza and sides from here are absolutely terrible. Over cooked, smothered in thick sauce and hardly any topping. I know that they have to make the food fast, but a little bit of attention and care would maybe make all the difference. I phoned to complain but was told I could not speak to a manager and the person on the phones attitude was that they didn’t care.

The food comes out quite quickly considering they have to make it from scratch. When ordering online and collecting it’s basically walk in and straight out which is good. The food could be cheaper- although there are lots of deals which cost less.

Dominos is usually a safe bet for a good pizza. But on a recent trip to the area I ordered some pizzas from this dominos and was extremely disappointed. The pizzas took well over an hour to arrive. They were all stone cold by the time they arrived. The tomato sauce appeared to have been added and then scrapped off again. The toppings them selves were sparse and tasteless. If this is typical of Domino’s these days I’ll be giving all of their stores a miss. But I’ll try another store before I make this decision.

I ordered my pizza way over an hour ago and they came to deliver it called us once and we helped with directions, and then they decided it would be ok to just go back and not bother delivering it leaving us with no pizza and worst of all they didn’t even tell us and now after two hours they’ve finally sent it out...rage 100 massive rip in the chat biggest oof going, they’re such fruity dons i wallahi lmiller will come for u bloomin idiots. My dogs now on a mad1 bc of it ffs.

Was staying at a local hotel for work and ordered pizza online. Rang them when the delivery address in the email confirmation came up with the wrong building name, to make sure they read the drivers note of the hotel name. The guy who answered the phone assured me it was clear. 30 minutes later, the delivery driver rings to say he can’t find the address!! He didn’t know the hotel ( it’s a national chain ) so asked him if he knew the hotel just around the corner from where I was staying. He said he did and said he would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes of me standing outside waiting for him, I ring to ask if he’s lost and he tells me he’s just parked around the back and he’ll just be a few minutes! Another 10 minutes later and he comes strolling down the road from the opposite direction. Pizza box was squashed. Opened the box and pizza was stuck to the lid if the box. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Way too much tomato sauce, dough not cooked through as stodgy and ingredients sparse and like they’d been thrown on from across the other side of the room. Don’t order from here. ( if only I’d have checked the reviews on here before I ordered from there)

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR FOOD!!!!We made a online order for a meal deal at 1950. At 2100 it was still in the prep stage according to the app. We tired to call the store but it just constantly rang no matter how many times we tried to call to chase the order. The order was eventually delivered at 2120. When we opened the order it looked terrible, just see the photo. It was cold, soggy and tasted terrible. We will never order from here again.

We ordered pizza at 6pm came at 6:30 with the wrong order driver was very polite and kind and apologetic, he took it back and told us to ring the shop , we rang and explained and they were very rude , we asked for a fresh order and they said no it’s already on the way , so we said what if it’s cold , we will send it back , and we got “well that’s up to you then” so rude , hung up the phone , pizza was delivered cold... so we have ordered papa johns now that will be nicer. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.

Ordered food for 2100. Got an email to say food was on its way at 2045! Had to phone at 2115 after waiting outside hotel for half an hour to see where driver was! Asked for a receipt to be sent via email as they don’t send out with pizza(they do up north) I’m still waiting for receipt! Food was cold and a tasted burnt! Awful food and would not recommend to anyone! Shoddy service from staff on the end of the phone and driver seemed disheveled and confused by everything! Will not use again. Gutted as I love dominos ☹️

Ordered a pizza delivery. Delivery guy v polite. Went downhill from there. Pizza was not what we ordered. Phoned them, got told I'd get a refund, then they hung up (without taking my details) . Called back to give them my details, got told to call customer service, then they hung up again.

From ordering to eating what a rubbish experience! We were staying at a local hotel, the employee wouldn't accept the hotel as an address (a whole 2 miles from the store!!!) So we had to Google the postcode for her! Ordered placed- 40min wait (this was 7.10am). Had a tex saying it was on our way at 7.25pm. We headed down to Rexpetion. 8pm is still hadn't arrived. After a few phonecalls- both the driver and the store they agreed to recook and redeliver as they were saying they had delivered and were weren't there (we were!!!). Literally 30mins after they agreed this the driver appeared with cold pizza. Absolutely atrocious staff!! And to offer me 15% off my next order is just flipping rude!!!

Plenty of deals online that make it good value for a meal, especially with sides. Despite the tracking system you get when you order it online, it took much longer to arrive than it should have which is a bit annoying.

Daughter works hard for her money, decides to treat herself to a take away. Ordered a deal, pizza, drink and wedges. Pizza only turned up, 40 mins later....nothing else. Store rang to say rest on its way. 1 hour later, just the pizza. Called to talk to staff. They offered £5 off next order- no refund! She orders £11 meal deal and small pizza arrived- really no refund. Gave an email address to request refund. Pathetic.....avoid!

Tasty pizzas always, staff friendly. Had a take away. Place was very busy at the time, staff handled the press all.

Ordered a delivery for 2 people to be delivered at 9pm at 7.30pm. 9.30pm called to ask where our pizzas were. Incompetent Callum couldn't really help. Said our other was out for delivery at 9pm, but didn't offer to call the driver, or offer any explanation where our order was and why a 10 minute drive didn't arrive. He said to call back in 15 mins if it hadn't arrived. Surprise surprise, 9.45 came and no pizza. We called back and spoke to Gary, who re-ordered our pizza and still quoted 45 minutes. We said this was unacceptable and said we'd expect it within 20 minutes. 10.35pm still no pizza. Disgusting service. Staff either have no power to make things happen or don't care. No senior staff to take responsibility. My company spends between 2-3K every year with this branch of Dominoes for working lunches. Guess what? No more. Pizza Hut for us now. Thanks for nothing Dommies! More like Dummies.

Upon calling for a "collection" pizza I was told 10-15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant I was not greeted by staff and generally ignored, I had to ask 3 TIMES for an update on my pizza and each time I was told it wasn't ready. After waiting for 47 minutes I was told my order was ready, however I had seen the box on the side for a while!! I immediately offered customer feedback and explained I had waited 47 minutes after being told 10-15 for collection, the staff member didn't seem bothered. This irritated me so I asked him to speak to the branch manager as I'd like to talk to them and expected a discount as in the past 30 minutes was "Dominio's" dream selling point was if they didn't deliver within the 30 minutes it would be free, bearing in mind I was collecting I felt this was a very reasonable request form me. The staff member spoke to the manager who would not talk to me face to face and hid behind the staff member, his message to pass on to me was was tough as they are busy. No discount, no apology and no respect!!!!!!!!! Without a doubt this is the last time I will use Domino's and I have and will tell all about my experience. Simply because nobody in the restaurant have the honour or integrity to take any customer views seriously or respectfully. I would expect a 10/10 service and attitude from such an apparently customer friendly and focused company. I put Domino's in the same cooperate bracket as McDonald's, Starbucks and indeed Pizza Hut and am very confident those companies would not treat customers in this way. If it wasn't for my sons at home excited and hungry to get their pizzas I would have gone elsewhere. The funny thing is I very much doubt anyone at Domino's would read this and do anything about it which sums up my experience with them! Disrespectful and absolutely appalling

From order to delivery was only about 30 minutes and we are at the maximum distance from the store. Very pleased with the quality of the pizza and the delivery. Nice to see some new pizzas on the menu as well (I had a Roma).

Called to order a pizza for 7:30 as my partner was due home then. It arrived at 7:10 and my partner was not home.

Great buy 1 get 1 free deal. Speedy service with a smile. Gorgeous yummy pizzas. Phoned before as didn't know how to find them and th staff were polite and very helpful.

Use dominos very much and always get a very good service. Like to have a laugh with the staff when they bring me the food. Definitely will use again!

Muy decepcionados. Nos llevó una hora y media para entregar mi pedido"! pésima gestión en el teléfono y muy poco respetuoso conmigo.! No me gustó nada ... !!

Pedimos comida para llevar anoche de Domino, ya que era 2 por 1 pizza. llegó a menos de 30 minutos; todo estaba caliente, recién preparado y vale romper mi dieta! Pedimos una barbacoa y un rancho "Cree su propia" y ambos deliciosos. El conductor de entrega era muy amable.

Had a great take away ham and pineapple on 2 for 1 Wednesday. Good value. Also had one of the new big pots of garlic and herb dip, fab!

así que pedimos para su entrega en 1830, registramos otra vez en 1915, y de nuevo en 2000. Reordenan nuevamente en 2030 hrs, tenía un sándwich y el comprobando cada 30 minutos y por 2300 hrs nada. Sólo así tuvimos la preparación de la comida para el día siguiente. Tuvimos que. El servicio de basura, no entendía el inglés muy bien, grosero, abusivas. Nunca prueba Dominos. = malísimo servicio comida basura ... si se llega a todos.

After 35 minutes of waiting to order, I was told that I couldn't order anymore. The member of staff was very rude and told me I hadn't been waiting and to "piss off". Avoid like the clause. Very rude staff and ridiculous waiting times to order.

Have not used them since, but Domino's delivered a vegetarian pizza to me which was burnt and looked absolutely awful. If I was to guess it looked like it had been burnt and then left for half an hour as it had that deadness of colour, though food gains when left for two long.

Went in response to an offer texted to my mobile (not sure how they got the number). Ordered pizza, chicken, garlic bread & wedges combo. When we got it home the garlic bread was missing, the wedges were soggy, the "chicken" was like the cheapest Farm Foods nuggets and the "Mighty Meaty" pizza was just dough with no sign of cheese, little evidence of tomato & minimal meat. Neither Mighty nor Meaty then. I went back to complain, but the staff really weren't that interested. They eventually agreed to remake the pizza, and although the resultant effort was marginally better, I won't be going back.

on a number of occasions drivers have forgot food when delivering but have always gone back and collected the food and re-delivered. Again they forgot part of my order last night but never came back. very disappointed by this and will make a point of not ordering again.not happy
