Food was exactly what I wanted. And even though I live in chisledon. It was still very hot.perfect.

Best Peri Peri chicken in Swindon. Loved the taste, did it to perfection just as requested, spicy, juicy and chicken was cooked really well. Came to visit the city, glad we tried this place as a take out, wished they had plates or trays to go with as we needed to have it as we had the food out. But my family and I loved the food and was a good offer. Great and polite staff, very attentive and pleasant too.

1/5 stars* I recently visited Tennessee Chicken with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I ordered the chicken wrap, which was pricier than I expected, but I was willing to pay a premium for quality food. However, the chicken inside the wrap was not fresh, which was a major disappointment. To make matters worse, there are several other restaurants nearby that serve delicious burritos and wraps at a lower price point with better quality ingredients. Unless Tennessee Chicken revamps their menu and focuses on freshness, I'd recommend exploring other options in the area.

The food is good and we always have enough to eat the next day. Service is good as it's here long before the estimated time for delivery. Atmosphere is ok as it's eaten at home and I don't get a sense of atmosphere online. Apparently there's an app to earn points on but despite however many times I've filled it in the next time I try to use it, it doesn't recognise me so I've given up with it!

Been Tennessee customer for over 12-13 years since moved to Swindon but for the last 2-3 times I went to collect food and staff preparing the food was cleaning the floor with brush and then without washing the hands made the food. On first occasion I asked the staff and she washed her hands and made new wrap. But it happen again two times staff cleaning floors leave brush and straight away making the food without washing hands. It’s so unhygienic and not acceptable. I think management should look into this and make sure staff is well trained to deal with food. Staff cleaning or touching other stuff than food should wash hands or wear gloves to make food.

I picked up a menu from this place during the day and decided to order some food later that evening ,I saw a offer that I liked the look of, phoned through a order and confirmed whether the offer was still available to which they confirmed that it was, after a traveling for 20 mins in traffic to collect my food, the manager told me that they can’t honour it , The manager Advised me that the menu was changed and the staff was unaware because they hadn’t been update yet,It’s was only difference of a couple pounds. greedy management.

Had to change the review. Last order was terrible, food was off, felt like it had been sst around all day and there was very, very little of it... And prices have gone through the roof. Very disappointed used to love this place. Maybe the management are new? Who knows. Won't be going back

Ordered a Mega Munch Burger for delivery. Chicken was pink and made me vomit after one bite. Immediately threw it away but I'm still feeling quite sick.

Firstly, i hate giving one/two stars unless its 100% deserved.i start with the food. the wings-delicious, chiken wrap-ok, peice of chicken-ok, chicken burger-okish and chips-near perfect. Im a big spender on food but i felt this place was a total rip off and super expensive and the lady behind the till makes u feel worser this her shoddy and carless service. I bought 1 chiken burger, 1 chiken wrap, 1 drink, a pcs. of drumstick and a wings meal costing £26. What made it worser for me was when i asked for chillie sauce and peri salt i was demanded £2 more. Also the lady server can be heard laughing i the back and having a good time but when she comes to till to serve her facial expression is so depressing. Sorry guys but i wont be back. But good luck anyways

We have ordered Chicken wings for collection and went to collect after one hour, and they told us to wait for another 15 mins for the order to collect, no parking available so we need to cancel the order and order it from elsewhere, pathetic service.

I try order big offer 20 wings like kfc and burger offer 15£ and they say it’s not enough

My colleague ordered food for delivery but when the delivery guy arrived, he was so unhappy and annoyed that he had to park, go up 1floor to deliver the food and collect the payment. He even stated his annoyance that it was a waste of time delivering like that. And that he had to wait for my colleague to collect. He said he was very busy. We work in the hospital and look forward to our meals that sometimes we don't get so to have this kind of service is slightly disappointing.

This was home delivery, but the last time I had Tennessee chicken I got it in the shop, staff were pleasant and everything seemed clean

I have to say that recently I am appalled and disgusted at the service I have been receiving from staff at this shop, I have been a Very long term loyal customer for many MANY years hear and order very regularly every order not jus for myself but for friends and family as well with the bill coming to over 30 or 40 quid while it is not very often a mistake happens when it does I have had issues with them making it right and now this latest incident has pushed me over the edge to write this review after 3 weeks ago I made a order on a Saturday night and took it home in the taxi that was waiting for me I found that the order was wrong and chicken wings missing I called and told them about it and I was told that next time I come in they will make it right well tonight I have made another 30 Quid order and asked about making the mistake right from last time. The response I got was like I was asking for my 30 quid order to be for free!!! when all I said was jus throw 2 or 3 pieces of side Brest in. The person I told befor never took my details down so yet another mistake by them and I have to pay. Won't be coming back EVER AGAIN

Highly not recommended. Chicken had no flavour what so ever and the fries had no seasoning, literally out of the fryer and into the box. Not even worth the price.

We usually NEVER have an issue here but today was an absolute joke! Out of all the things we ordered the only edible thing was the mozzarella sticks!! Both sets of our chicken was rock solid to the point you could snap it! When we called the restaurant to ask them to take us through a refund step we got told to phone back tomorrow as they “can’t refund it today” the customer service was just as stale as the chicken I ordered. Like I said never usually a problem but today was awful.

It was in town center, Around 7:40 pm Today I went to buy spices chicken wings, test not so good too.! There was lady was serving , I sow she was choosing small small pieces, I could said to her, but I was not hundred 100% sure, but I reached home n open to look , I was right, chicken wings was small not top big side , it was arm side small, poor serve.!

We ordered last night and the lettuce had been off for a few days, we normally have this as our regular delivery order but after having to throw away most of it and anything we have eaten has left us feeling rather gross the next day, we won't be ordering again.

Delicious! Delivered quicker than expected and hot, and we got lots of legs and thighs as requested. Even tasted great cold the next day!

It used to be really good but not anymore. Lately, there is no attention to detail when my favourite spicy wrap is prepared. For example, all the mayo is at the bottom of the wrap rather than spread throughout evenly, and the quality of tortillas used has also deteriorated.

Obviously this place just pays no attention to what you order, said no mayo as its disgusting, burger come with mayo. Chips well if you can call them that, absolutely disgusting and cold, some dusty old piece of chicken in the burger as well as on the side. The bun was all mushy from the disgusting mayo that i didnt even want, The best thing was bbq beans as that's all I ate, as the rest went in the bin. Payed £20.70 for a really disgusting meal, thank god I will never go back to this place again. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. VILE, DISGUSTING, AND COLD.

Always very tasty, great portions for very good value. Constant revolving deals depending on time and what day it is. Delivery drivers are always polite and go above and beyond.

Was good whilst it lasted. Used to order from here twice a month, everyones had to put their prices up but Tennesse was already quite expensive, then too many price increases, expensive delivery charge, then the processing charge for god knows what (i was paying cash) was the final nail in the coffin. Peri Co in swindon have gained a new customer. Would consider again if prices dropped slightly!

Excellent food, still lovely and hot. Delivery was quicker than expected. Used their own website and delivery. Everything was there, not missing anything like with one particular franchise delivery company.

The hot wings were very greasy and undercooked. The chicken that came in the wrap was very chewy and had no flavour to it. It's also quite expensive for what it was, especially when you consider the low quality of the food.

Maybe they don't always listen, getting the order you want has been difficult. When it's bad it's bad but when all goes well, they are fairly quick, the food is better than some I've had and the price isn't bad either. I find myself calling them even though it can be hit'n'miss.

Very slow. Fried chicken is already made in the cabinet yet waited half an hour for it. Don’t know why I was messed around when I can see the fried chicken is already made.

Great place but only allows takeouts

Good took absolutely ages, ordered the peri wings and took so long. Asked for garlic and herb, but wasn't what I got. The chicken was like eating sawdust, tasteless and dry. With lots of hot sauce splashed on top. You can't get fries wrong, but they did, dry as sticks. Had Tennessee a couple of years ago and quality is really gone downhill. Cost over £30 for two chicken fillet meals 5 wings and regular fries. No prices in store on the board. So they are free to charge whatever they like, dependent on who you are.

The girl serving at the counter couldn't be bothered to cook the peri peri chicken wings just throw them on the grill 20 seconds and pull them again very ignorant young women I've been coming here for a long time but never again the chicken wast semi cooked and needed finishing of on the grill for that charcoal grill taste the boneless breast was the same my wife left hers sack the lady serving and cooking 😡

Very poor service form staff. Restaurant overcharged us for our order by £23.60. Called the restaurant few times to resolve the problem however I’ve been told that the manager is not available and I have been hand up on numerous times. Please be aware when ordering.

Ordered a whole peri peri chicken, it had two long black hairs on it. One on the chicken and one hair inside the box. Pretty disgusting if you ask me! 🤢🥴Also the chips were quite hard and definitely not fresh, not nice!

Yeah the food is good, super quick delivery and all the staff are nice and friendly. Definitely recommend for a late night if you haven't cooked yet. Also, my cat liked the bag ☺️

Made my order at 6 at which point they said it would be 45 minute. 90 minutes later, the food arrived. Literally twice the length of time quoted. Not great, especially when youngsters are waiting for their orders. Looks like I finally go and try edens or pepe's for grilled peri peri. Customer service was horrendous when I called up too.
