Pizza Hut Delivery in Swindon

Extremely poor I will never order from this place again. Stay away to avoid disappointment

Ordered some pizza they send me the wrong pizza, I had to call them and argue to have my pizza delivered properly and they make sure I send the wrong pizza back. Not only that I had to wait another 40mins to get my 2th pizza delivered Very poor customer service over the phone

Haven’t ordered for a while, and won’t be ordering again. The pizza was burnt and to be fair I had to leave most of it. Very disappointing as it used to be brilliant place.

Never had a good experience ordering from this pizza hut. If you're vegan, do not order from them. They will either give you dairy cheese or mess with your toppings, with my latest experience getting bacon & chicken when I never asked for that. Not sure if it's incompetency or if they genuinely have a weirdo who thinks it's ok to mess with orders for people with allergies / vegans & vegetarians.

It's a pizza hut you get pizza in a box that is perfect for those cold terrifying summer nights.

The customer service is absolutely shocking iv had contaminated food from here the staff hang up on you as soon as they answer I couldn't even get a hello food not being cooked to hair in the food made a report to food standards absolutely shocking

I order 2 pizzas from there, but I don’t know if the restaurant or the delivery driver bring the pizzas destroyed and melted, I reported that by a call and they told that was my fault when I take the pizzas, I destroyed. Why would I destroy pizzas on purpose? Even I said to that guy that if don’t believe me He can take back the pizzas because I didn’t eat anything. The pizzas are completely destroyed.

Difficult to park nearby, but if you are just picking up your order,then kerbside parking should be ok

was high out of my mind when it first came. took a bite of the tear and share and thought "this melted cheese sure tastes a lot like raw dough.." next day, took a bite out of the tear and share. it was not cheese. it was raw dough

I’ve been ordering from this place many times and never got disappointed. Pizza always was hot and cooked spot on, no overcooked or undercooked. This time I did collect myself while coming back from work, stuff were helpful and they even gave me free dips(cause I forgot to put in my order) Had a good costumer service! Recommend…!!!

Pizza Hut became the worst place to order a pizza. Garlic bread show something in the advertise and they send other. It is unbelievable how a big company like this mislead costumers. I would love to post a picture so everyone can see. Really disappointed with Pizza Hut

Terrible, the person on the phone so defensive and rude. This is what you pay £25 for! No care, so say not burnt and is absolutely vile. Took 15 minutes to get through on the phone. As an update: a replacement was sent, took 1 Hour. Turned up and it was pretty much of the same. Told the guy to stick it and said the person was rude on the phone. Then this young bird rang me and was trying to be billy big bollucks. Shouting and swearing. Told her to grow up and hung the phone up. Yet £25 down and no edible Pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas the staff made a genuine mistake with the price and they could not have been more helpful and apologetic to resolve .. special mention to Tony one of the assistants

Food was nice. Usually is. But was over an hour to arrive.

This was a delivery order. Done through there website site. Food was hot but burnt the pizza anyway. The chicken was like rubber and the garlic bread was all soggy like it was microwaved. The delivery was quick but don't know if the diver worked for Pizza Hut as he was not in a uniform. The seal that was on the pizza was not pressed down and not used probably and the pizza could have been opened.

The last order I got from here (via deliveroo) was the BEST Pizza hut (food quality wise) Ive EVER had! (maybe even better than my local restaurant) and ive had a LOT of pizza hut in my time! It was hot (despite coming along way) the nachos were loaded (not 60% crisps with no toppings), my double black olives were REALLY double (not one and a bit, as many pizza places do) and the cookie dough I highly recommend! It was a generous portion and super tasty with the ice cream!

I collected from here; there were 2 people working who I could see and although they were both just chatting, it took a long time for them to properly acknowledge me. When I walked in one person simply pointed at me and still didn't serve me. The pizza was really disappointing, cheese tasted of nothing. Wedges were soggy.

Ordered at 5pm for delivery at 7pm. Got to 7:30 and no pizza. Tried to phone the shop 7 times, no answer. Pizza turned up at 8pm in battered boxes with the food basically squashed and ruined.

Pizza is over an hour and a half late and I'm still waiting.

Pizza arrived an hour late and was cold, not impressed as this is the first time it's happened.

Delivery time was fine, driver forgot my drink so had to go fetch it when I told him. The food itself was poor, one slice of the pizza had nothing on it at all. I’ve had plenty of Pizza Hut deliveries but this one is by far the worst and I will not be using them again. Papa Johns will get my money from now on.

Ordered online got the pizza cold and half was undercooked. They must have pulled it out quicker from the oven. No answer on the phones. Been a while since used them. Definitely want be using them. Supermarket pizza have got better. Shame on you ripping the customers off

I ordered a pizza from here to feed my children however when it arrived the pizza was burnt and my side order of nachos were sloppy and wet

Was in the area and wanted a pizza for our tea. Used the Pizza Hut online ordering tool and collected from the takeaway as there was a much better offer on the pizzas this way. Within 15 minutes the pizzas were ready to collect and having paid online it was a quick and easy in & out affair. Pizza was tasty, as it always is with any Pizza Hut franchise. The only complaint being that despite the store being empty, the staff walked past about 3/4 times without even acknowledging me when I was stood there. If they were really that busy then perhaps they need some more assistance?

I ordered a vegan pizza for collection. I stated clearly that I wanted a vegan pizza. When in store I noticed that my pizza had cheese and asked again to be sure, is this vegan cheese? No, it isn’t -she said, but the pizza is. Excuse me? When I obviously didn’t take the pizza she told me that I asked the following time ordering. Absolute nonsense and I had neither time nor felt like explaining.

I ordered over the phone and was told 45-1hr but it actually came in 30mins. Over the phone had the same deals as online which I was pleasantly surprised at. They were happy to deliver to my hotel and rang me once they were there. The food was still so hot and tasty! The only down side was I’d asked if I could pay by card on arrival which the staff member said I could. Turns out I couldn’t and had to phone back with the delivery driver to pay over the phone.

Lovely Pizzas, service on the counter to order took almost 15 mins to serve and answered multiple phone calls instead of taking my order. My opinion ring ahead and collect as your be left standing around a while.

Complete rubbish. Lady on the phone said they don’t deliver to hotels. I’m 2.3 miles away. Very rude, never again will I order a Pizza Hut. Well done 👍🏻

Food was late so i rang for an update. Took 4 minutes to pick up the phone. Food arrived cold and also was missing a drink. I was told to ring the Hut for someone to bring it out. Took 25 mins to get the drink to me!

We order online from here and the pizzas and sides come hot and fresh. Never had a major problem.

Not bad but not great service either staff didn't seem that bothered and whole party of freinds got food poisoning from the pizzas was the only food ate that night none of them contained meat so must be a major food hygiene issue. Would never go back again

The pizza isn't too bad but there is better in town! The guys are friendly and the delivery are always rapid!

Absolutely shocking service. Need to look at your staffing! Walked in the store stood waiting for staff to finish service on the phone. Looked behind her amd 3 members of staff all looked at me then carried on faning themselves with your pizza boxes (gross!) and all on there phones. Go back 5 mins later and it's exactly the same scene. Won't be going back to such a bad service team!

Good in quality poor in service
