McDonald's in Swindon

Like all the other McDonald's experiences this too was great! My kids loved it and we all enjoyed our meals! We love going there as a family and must mention the friendly staff as well! This was my kid's favorite place in the town! Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered via Uber, the receipt on the bags was correct but the food was completely opposite to what was ordered. I called up McDonald’s to request a refund and new food and the so say “manager” was extremely rude and useless, hung up the phone and claimed it wasn’t the restaurants fault it was Uber. Highly don’t recommend ordering from there and I highly suggest getting the manager fired!

The staff are very rude and disrespectful when being asked about the menu. The places cleanliness is awful And the staff aren’t wearing a hair nets and strands of hair is down near there shoulders. I dont know weather the ladies (i think manager) top is too small but her belly was hanging out the bottom of her top and it was very obvious and disturbing to see when trying to enjoy my meal. I also watched her scratch the creese of her arm then proceed to package up food and give it to customers! Will not be returning, good luck if u visit :)

Great customer service visited on Friday morning for a check breakfast before work and was served by a great member of the team

If you can’t be ready for 7 then don’t open! Ordered hash browns on the touch screen. 5 mins later I see them putting the hash browns on. No mention that they’re not ready. I walked out in disgust as this isn’t the first time. I won’t be back

Went there to get a cheeseburger and a McFlurry,service Absolutely shocking slow service.staff just wondering about instead of doing customer orders on screen that we’re ready just next to packed.

We had a lovely cup of tea which was piping hot and stayed hot for ages! It tasted great as we have now come to expect!

Met the family in McDonalds in Swindon town center earlier as the kids wanted a treat there. Good Strawberry Milkshake - BUT No Gluten Free Options - Surely a company the size of McDonalds can offer Gluten free options? Busy with it being school holidays - but managed to find space upstairs.

This is one of the best McDonald's I have been to. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming (with a smile), friendly, helpful and efficient. My order was taken without fuss and executed quickly. The food was straight out of the kitchen and onto my tray. As such, it was the perfect temperature and all well cooked. I had a Big Mac and fries for just £1.99 using a voucher from WH Smith when I had purchased something. What a bargain. The restaurant is in the main shopping centre, so very handy. The only criticism is that some of the other patrons gave the place a slightly negative vibe: some stupid young people who were throwing milkshakes just outside the front door. At first I thought that was just a one off that could not be helped, but there was also a rather dim person inside who insisted he was ahead of me in the queue but would not move forward when called. Oh well...

This place us really really busy and the staff work really hard. Had a big mac meal and the cappuccino coffee is just lovely. There was a lady clearing and cleaning the tables and she was so polite and helpful I didn't get her name but she's a real credit to the place.

The food was ordered on a screen and it was quickly delivered. This meant that the food was hot and fresh. I t was a good Mcdonalds meal.

This has got to be the start of the Swindon Macca/Greggs/Cornish Pasty Co/Macca/Greggs/Cornish Pasty Co/(well you get the picture) street waddle (a carbohydrate version of a pub crawl). If you want low priced unhealthy food (oops - I forgot they do salads that aren't fried) then you could only better this in a Scottish Chippy.

It's a mcdonalds, in swindon town centre... enough said. Average, full of chavs, and outside feels very unsafe, But the food is your typical maccas. Greasy, salty endorphin's. Very basic cleaning and hygeine.

So just grabbed a quick lunch at maccy d's as you do.....well don't bother in town as they're useless. Not only did they nearly give my order away to someone else. It's full of kids hanging around and the majority aren't even eating. Asked one to move as he was hogging a table only he was sat at and got NO! Then the fire alarm goes off and rather than alert customers they just walk past saying how their break has been ruined. Also asked do we get fresh food and got don't know. It was clearly set off by one of the youths hanging about. It's my second visit since refurb and it'll be my last. I wouldn't even give it 1 star rating....

I have visited McDonalds at Canal Walk, Swindon on a number of occasions. It is a typical McDonalds restaurant and it is very popular with the local residents.

Generally I quite like a McDonald's from time to time but I'm not going back after the vile food I received today...I have added a photo of the Big Breakfast I got...it was a lot worse in real life than it looks in the photo actually. ..the egg...if egg it be...had some blackish green bits in it and it had obviously been sitting around for a while cos it was cold and a bit weird looking...only took 1 bite...the sausage pattie was nearly cold and I only ate a small amount due to feeling generally insecure about the meal as a whole...the toasted bun was stone cold and like a bit of old carpet...I have no idea how it's even possible to make it so horrible. ..the latte was like no coffee I have ever had before...not in a good way either...I was outta there in a couple of minutes and would not recommend this place...staff not great either...this may be my worst review ever...appalling.

As always McDonald's delivers what you want. Hot cheap fast food. Good large restaurant with the sights of the city centre. Staff were friendly.
