Delivery was estimated at 21:05 still had not arrived at 21:20 when phoned to ask where it was the said driver had only just left. There was no apology from them or the driver who delivered.

Food delivered 3/4 hour late. Chips cold, Fish over cooked& falling to pieces. When I complained I was told they would try to be earlier next time.

Fish was greasy tasted like it had been hanging around for a while. Food arrived 45 minutes after the requested time. I did called them and they said yes its on its way 25 minutes later we got our food. We were very disappointed

Arrived 30 minutes late... No chicken nuggets left so they gave money back at the door... Didn't try and contact me beforehand... So ended up cooking something for the person who wanted nuggets. Kinda defeats the object of ordering food in!

The driver couldn't find our house, had to call him back twice on his mobile, we finally got our food 30 minutes after the time stated. The fish was soggy and only battered on one side. The Kashmir curry was nice but my daughter's chicken Madras was more like Turkey and very hot for a madras. Because of the long delay in delivery the naan bread was also soggy

Bhuna sauce was very bland, chips were very greasy. Bombay potato was dry and hard Won't be ordering from there again

We had ordered from this place for a few years and normally they are very good, but our. Food was not delivered for approx 1hr 25 mins and when it did eventually arrive it wasn't of the usual standard, it wasn't as warm as expected and I found only a tiny bit of Pineapple in my Malayan Chicken and Popadoms were mainly crunched up in the bag, was disappointed.

Tried something different (Tikka Korai)....really nice and worth a try.

Arrived 2 hours after confirmation rice was soggy and watery , hardly any chicken at all in the curry and was cold .... never will order again it was just pathetic...

Always order from this takeaway, lovely food every time, lovely service every time, and always in good timing! Wouldn't go anywhere else for Indian food. :-)

EVITAR. Dos semanas en una fila la orden equivocada y frío. Llamó y nos quejamos y nos dieron colgó. No hay palabras para describir lo mal estos chicos son! Considérate advertido.

AVOID. Two weeks in a row the wrong order and cold. Phoned up and complained and got hung up on. Words can't describe how bad these guys are! You've been warned.

For cold curry and not what you ordered these are the guys! I would rather take cheese grater to my privates than deal with these guys again. Awful

Got from here before and really enjoyed it but the last two times we got fish and it was split and to fatty the batter split letting the cooking oil get in to the fish not nice

WOW! Imagine a place that does both curry and chip shop to perfection. That good I have taken a break from the amazing food to share my experience with others. Hats off to these guys

more than i expected, +5 on everything..timing was down to the minutes, portions were extremely generous, everything was there and price wise, could not be beaten...seriously one happy group of curry lovers enjoyed all .. full marks :D

Shocking on all counts!!!! Took 1 hour 15 mins to arrive! The main dish of Chicken Tikka Masala contained 4 tiny bits of chicken and the sauce was 50% water. It was the most disgusting muck I have ever seen..... Can't believe this company had the audacity to actually deliver such a poor standard of food. Coupled this with the lateness of the delivery without even a call to explain resulted in an extremely poor experience on so many counts. Will not be using Just.Eat anymore if this is the standard of food they represent!!! Will stick to local knowledge and go direct in the future - shocking experience and 100% dissatisfied service - will Just.Eat reply to me please as I would very much like to raise a formal complaint please ?

Fantastic food for the price best Indian takeaway we have ever had .Then when we went to order next one we are refused because they don't deliver in our area .Well they did the first one . There lost we would have had one every week for sure .

I never had the take away because they didn't have the order. Was told I would get a call from the manage with a refund I have still not received the refund or the phone call from the manager

Collection time was 1825 bu had to wait till 1855 before I got my food and then the order was. It complete so I had to wait another 10 mins for them to finish it

Ordered chicken korma and it was vile didn't taste like a korma was too watery and the chicken didn't taste like it was cooked properly have ordered a large portion of chips before and it was the smallest portion I've ever had in my life..!!! Really not a nice place to eat

HONESTLY THE BEST CURRY WE HAVE EVER TASTED! Our meal was delicious and the portions were good too. The chef made my meal exactly to my taste.the food was delivered on time, tasty and very good value. Excellent all round. Balti express staff were polite and ever so helpful, we will definitely be ordering again very soon.

First time ordering from here, wouldn´t do it again. After 45mins I called to chase my order, they said it had only come through 20mins ago (perhaps JustEat was just slow processing). Still, another 45mins later it finally arrived...cold, and the grease from the food had made the bags transparent. Even reheated neither me or my girlfriend could stomach the food and have up after not managing half. Considering this was all veggie and usually safe, that´s pretty bad. Both of us haven´t felt well today. Overall an unpleasant experience.
