Subway in Swindon

Popped into Subway at The Crossing Brunel Centre in Swindon. Ordered a foot long Garlic Cheese Steak aad a bottle of Coke. I was served promptly and the gent serving me was polite and speedy. The food was great, no problems at all. Tasty and filled me up just nicely. The premises was immaculatly clean and there was plenty of space to sit down . I'd thoroughly recommend Subway. Prompt service, excellent food and fair prices. Can't say better or fairer than that.

Awful, do not go here. Terrible customer service, you can tell that they have no interest in being there. They would not serve us waffle fries at all it kept saying “it takes time” and then staring at us? We walked away and did not spend any money here. Just awful.

Went to subway today my son was thirsty and was so desperate for a drink of tap water I asked the lady if it was okay for her to fill his water cup up she said it was fine then another lady came back with her and said she isn’t aloud to give me free tap water I was disgusted Iv never been denied tap water in any restaurant especially subway don’t think the lady ever heard of tap water rights disgusting I will be making a formal complaint to management she should be disgusted in herself

Went for terrakie sub footlong now i thought everything was freshly done witch to my surprise its not none of there meats are fresh all fronzen meats and when I received my sub the chicken was still frozen when I asked staff they said there chicken was taken out to defrosted in the morning and shouldn't have still been frozen but it was It tasted disgusting and then when I complained to the manager he just told staff not to bother serving me any more nothing was done so I definitely will never go back there and I'd advise others not to either unless u want frozen meat i was so sick off of the few bits of the sub I received I'm absolutely disappointed with the food and the service

Since i was walking past the fairly new Subway in Swindon's Brunel Shopping Centre, stuck my head in as i'd heard a rumor they now serve Gluten Free Subs - and they did. So ordered my first sub in 5 years - Chicken, cheese and salad, washed down with a fanta. Whilst the drinks options were limited, the Gluten Free sub was good - not as good as traditional bread (from what i can remember - but good by Gluten Free standards!). Staff took care with cross-contamination - even changing gloves to handle my Gluten Free sub - thank you. A rare Gluten Free Treat on the highstreet!
