Morrisons Cafe Dorcan in Swindon

Waited at the front of the que to order for 5 mins before being asked to self order in a different area due to staffing. 30 Minute wait for 2 breakfasts in a not even a third full cafe. Brekkie was cold, asked for beans to be reheated and then went to retrieve them after 10 minutes. Coffee machine and till down. Very stressed staff without enthusiasm. Que for the manager with other customers was time consuming. Would not recommend.

THE STORE MANAGER at MORRISONS (Dorcan, Swindon) is absolutely horrible at public dealing. I have never come across anyone as pathetic and ill-mannered as him. He is as rude as it gets. Even the staff members follow his footsteps into being as ill-mannered as they can be. This was only my second visit to the store to collect Amazon orders and wanted to confirm the correct directions inside the store to navigate my exit from the warehouse. Staff and the store managers’ attitude were impolite as if they just didn’t want to talk. Morrisons needs to take notice of this situation.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast as it was local to a vets we were attending, we just hoped for something hot to eat, it far exceeded our expectations! Fabulous cooked breakfast and my poached eggs on toast were perfect 😍 Coffee machine was not working and neither was the one in store but this was easily overlooked by the quality of the food and the friendly staff. Thank you so much we will definitely visit again when in the area 👏👏👏👏👏

i would not go back again its awful , no cups, not spoons, no suger and no one who cared the only person serving was run off her feet

customer service is terrible, so rude and inconsiderate , waited 50 minutes for eggs and soldiers and was rude when i asked what the wait was and told me they was to busy but was taking huge meals out to others

My food was nice and arrived on time that wasn’t the problem the problem was when my sister ordered food. First of all her egg on toast took 50 minutes. We don’t mind the wait if they were busy but when my sister went to ask about the food and how long the food would take. The shot women with glasses on the counter started off by saying “what “then said everyone’s is waiting for their food so just wait. This really upset my sister being spoken to like this she has special needs and it takes a lot for her to speak to people and being spoken to like that doesn’t help her. Really rude woman probably will not be going back.

Trying to order bread from this store but nobody answers the phone. We're 200 miles away and have a charity event next weekend that won't have any food.

If you like your breakfast with everything deep fried, tasteless with bacon and sausages like cardboard then come here. With also no hot drinks available this was the worst full English breakfast that I’ve had in many years and it deserves 0 stars

Been to Morrisons on 30/5/22 @ about 11:30 to buy fish. Upon asking for the fish, the staff started banging around everything, shaking head and with big sigh. I asked if everything was ok. He replied ‘I absolutely despise fish’ I said that he should work on other department then. He replied ‘it was his colleagues duty to serve fish but he is late by 17 minutes’. My point is if he was not happy, talk with manager and sort it out between themselves. Its not my mistake WHY SHOW THAT ATTITUDE TO ME?

One of the cafe staff Karen collapsed whilst working with chest pains. The store had no first aider and one customer who went to complain that the staff member was ignored as there was no first aider and was told to mind her own business!! Morrisons you should be disgusted so much for caring. Think of you staff and should the store be open with no first aider!!! Get well soon Karen x

Poached eggs - on the menu in several forms - not once have they been available in any of our visits for breakfast - apparently not cooked fresh or even from the store but brought in from outside part cooked and run out very early (why not order more then?) Today made special trip for all day breakfast - arrived over an hour before the time they advertise that they cook hot food to. sign up saying no longer serving hot food - had they run out as usual? apparently not - they decided to stop early as they had 6 orders for hot food and not enough staff to cook - although one member of staff was in the restaurant eating her all day breakfast. Too many customers so stop cooking - thats the attitude!

Pre-xmas shopping breakfast treat. Microwaved bacon, burnt brownies and fried bread that required a jack hammer. Beans and scrambled eggs were edible. Certainly a bad day in the kitchen, judging by the food left on trays.

It's considerably a big store and have variety of shopping options. Fresh items especially I like fruits and vegetables Smiling customer support personnel and assistance is great Free and large parking area Well ordered and arranged shelves

Had Breakfast More than once in this Supermarket cafe and its worth the money .Large breaky or small still worth the money and the staff are helpful and polite

Visited this Morrison’s cafe one morning for a breakfast. The cafe itself was freezing cold, like the heating wasn’t working. It was that cold you had to sit with your coat on. The breakfast wasn’t very hot, warm at best. I think that Morrison’s need to step there game up a bit. Good points of the cafe are that some booth seats have got sockets under them for charging stuff from.

It is a supermarket cafe, the food is cheap and basic, and as far as supermarket cafes go, it is very good. Every time I have visited it has been clean and the staff are very friendly.

Did a bit of shopping ,then had a breakfast with a cup of tea .As usual the food is cooked to order not hanging about ,so always fresh and hot .Little breakfast is £3.90 and tea only £1.05 cheap .
