Always friendly staff, great service & never had any items out of stock yet. Love the babycino choices as my grandson needs oat milk, always happy staff here. Makes it a nice experience

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the women at Costa this evening. The mannerisms were vile and so abrupt with no need.

Go to a different Costa, Whoever is in control of stock here don't know what they are doing. 90% of the time I go in the morning, even on Mondays where coffee is Essential. They either have no cream or no medium cups..... its happened 5 times this month hence the review. Just give a man some cream on his coffee ☕️

Have been visiting since it opened. Good place to relax, catch up with friends passing through. Oh Coffee isn't too bad either😁

Wow, the chap really cared, asked if I wanted chocolate on my cappuccino, double cupped the hot tea, took the bag out and even added the sugar for us... Thanks for such lovely service.

I had to pull off the M4 midweek mid afternoon having almost dozed on a long heavy traffic journey. Communal car park with a space near Greggs but saw no sign limiting time. Possibly my first ever Costa experience. Big room, one young woman working at a laptop with her coffee and later an old couple having incessant family FaceTime calls. Just one lad serving (maybe another hidden in the Drive Thru kiosk) but mine was upbeat and considerate, serving me with v big mug of tea with my orange cream sponge. Don’t think I dropped off here but I did go to the toilet only to find the floor awash as well as it and the walls and surround strewn with wet white tissues and bog roll, many obviously soiled. V unpleasant. Can’t say how long I spent at my table generally trying to recover and also waked around the buildings during mixed humid short sharp showers. I don’t know if I’ve overshot a parking time limit I didn’t know existed. Not sure I could recommend any traveller from using this place.

Stopped before travelling to lydiard park and it was good experience. Have been to many Costa but team here was very good, served with great smile at every step of the way. Followed the order in which orders were taken...very clean and team of young people so perhaps service was on time and no wait as such...

First time of sitting inside. They had no mango bubbles for the bubble tea or any cream for the frappes. One of the barista’s was very quiet and the other did not smile she looked very moody indeed. Not a great atmosphere. The drive through staff have always been great

Was on the way to an event with a friend and he wanted to stop for coffee. So we had coffee and sat down and relaxed. Staff were friendly but kept going on about closing at 8. I felt a bit hurried.

Needs refurbishing. 15+ months, reported multiple times, the front door is still out broken, letting cold air in. Uncomfortable.

Costa is Costa and their products are lovely and delicious. In-House could be a bit more clean and there is always a smell of sewage which puts people of sometimes. Staff can do with some friendly attitude training too. Face to face customer service is the first factor that incentives customers to come back.

Come to Costa on a Daily basis for a very long time never once had a bad experience until today, My card tapper isn’t working so asked to pay at the front, asked to scan my card the rude worker with long brown hair in ponytail said it’s not working I will give you a receipt to get them, I put my card into the machine & machine not going asking to swipe my card so I did the dirt that come out on my card was disgusting & still wouldn’t work so said to the young Girl it’s timed out can I just use my Apple Pay she wasn’t happy pulling a face, i paid using Apple Pay not given a receipt & given a filthy look off her, full of attituded, I recommend you work on your customer services, she hide her badge so I couldn’t get her name but come today 31.05.2024 time 16.20 please remember that people pay a good price for Our drinks & to being spoken to rudely makes you not want to return!!!.. Us as customers help pay your wage!!.,

Asked for a flat white and I got a semi warm coffee milkshake. Not what you want at 6 on the morning

I came through the drive in last week to claim my free drink as well as a toastie. The woman who asked for my order was crabby because I didn’t want to pay at the speaker end and then I was given the incorrect drink but didn’t notice until I hit the traffic lights. I went back and she offered me the same drink (cooling by now as it had been almost 10 minutes) I made sure she made me another (awkward) and she was very impolite. I explained I was now late for work. Just a poor atmosphere and poor customer service. Not what you normally get from this Costa. I have praised the staff on previous occasions. Most disappointing

Website says you close at 21:30, been several times and it’s closed at 21:00pm including the drive through. Change your website if you’re not going to stay open to the time it states. 👍🏼

Great coffee great service. Very dangerous front entry door especially for the elderly and disabled. Reported many times to staff and head office. It's being looked into apparently.

We popped here for a coffee before race for life, and the young Lad who served us was so polite and friendly once we got our coffees at the window I wanted to tell him but he had gone thought to the other side, Costa you have a keeper there, this was 4th May.

It's a nice Costa to visit. It can be busy depending on the time of day you go. But the same as any other Costa. A really convenient stop if you are travelling along the M4

Was staying at Premier Inn next to the Costa, fancied a different breakfast (and decent coffee!). Saturday morning had plenty of seats available (there are at least 10 tables, plus window benches, and around 4 outside benches too. Service isn't either quick or super slow. Coffees are tasty and not that it changes the taste but the staff can do cool designs with the milk froth.

Always excellent, but I love Costa coffee.

Went for a catch up with a friend drink and food was great. However got a parking fine of 60 quid for being 10 muinets over. Stupid and ridiculous

Actually didn't go to Costa but subway 3 doors down. Just shows how inaccurate Google is at knowing exactly where you are!!

Continue to enjoy this as my favorite Costa, staff are always smiling and cheerful and I love the fact that they remember my usual ( clearly go here to often 🤣) great service and great team.

Good Costa is very cosy inside good quick service also has a drive through, the only problem here is that both the entrance doors don't work on auto I took someone there in a wheelchair and access was woeful

Standard Costa - exactly what you'd expect from the brand. Drive Thru is quick and a bonus when in a hurry. Never really sat inside but always seems busy in there and clean.

Toilets- x1 out of order for months and the other one is distgustingly dirty (appears build up of filth across months). Door handle hanging off, with screws sticking out(accident waiting to happen). If this matter was addressed, this Costa Coffee outlet would be the best in the area. My low rating is purely due to the hygeine and maintenance issues I have noted.

This is a pleasant Costa Coffee, apart from the toilet facility, which is poorly maintained and dirty!!!!! Handle is falling off the door, with screws hanging out- accident waiting to happen. This toilet facility is extremely dirty- build up of dirt on floor and around all floor and wall furniture!!!!!! Health hazard.

Quite quiet with plenty of space to enjoy a gingerbread latte and piece of cake.

Drive through was the slowest experience ever.

Enjoyed our stop there hot chocolate was very nice I always look forward to Christmas flavours. We had great service from girl on front counter as i am on crutches could not get my phone out for my card so she put them on later for us . The only thing that it need is a bigger car park .

Wouldn't accept our empty Costa cup to throw in the bin Ordered spicy apple tea and they cheated me out of a cinnamon stick at the bottom. Not impressed

Coffee is somewhat off taste compared with any other Costas I have visited... Tasting like burned coffee beans are used

Went to costa in Brynmawr with some work colleagues, we had just been made redundant and were discussing next steps. We each bought 2 drinks one colleague bought a toasted sandwich. A total of 6 times we went up to the counter and not once were we told about the parking charge, or the time limit on our stay by any member of staff. None of us saw the signage either going in or coming out! Disgusting practice by costa I am totally appalled that all three of us got a £100 fine. I will not use costa again I will take my money and buy my coffee elsewhere in future. Shame on you costa!!

Beware of 2 hour limit - £100 fine from Britannia - no obvious signage - certainly didn’t expect it when meeting friend for brunch! Won’t meet there again

This outlet at M4 J16 is in need of serious maintenance. Only one toilet working, the seat was loose, the room was dirty & the inner door handle loose. The main entry doors weren't working properly.

Outside seating area filthy. Overflowing cigarette ash trays and embedded litter and filth on the ground. This is the second day in a row we took coffee here and it’s clear that the place needs a deep clean. Come on Costa - sort this out!

What you would expect from a Costa but on the day the lady taking our order must have really hated her job (bad attitude).

Had the delight of being served by Jack in the drive thru last week. Only for him to end up throwing the boiling hot drink over me (accidents happen I suppose?) What was his choice was the pompous attitude he displayed following this - to blame me before even checking if I was actually ok, and then to shrug his shoulders as if nothing had happened and saying well accidents happen but you dropped it… before starting a heated discussing about this. Perhaps a napkin might have been more useful at this point. I suppose customer consideration doesn’t feature in this member of staffs approach to customers as clearly the world owes him something. When asked if I could speak to this member of staffs manager the response was I don’t have to give you that information - um, I’m pretty sure I’m the customer, not you? In fairness to Emma she was lovely afterwards however this was probably down to feeling she had no other choice but to try and pacify the situation which needn’t have reached the situation or did. Great place shame about a certain individual that could clearly do with some pointers on not only personal manners but also customer service.

This place has multiple problems: They always run out of jam. They always run out of brown bread. The staff seem like they can't be bothered, you have to go to the counter to get your toast order so if you're disabled best of luck to you. By far the worst Costa I've been in by regards of service.

Ok but always seems to have long queues doesn't ever seem enough staff to cope.

It's a good solid coffee shop, looks better after the refit. Car park has a two hour limit and you will get fined.

Often quicker to park up and go in, also seem to have high failure rate on putting lids on properly but open all the time which is handy

Went there and exact the same of others, some offers of sandwich and coffees available. Staff is friendly. As the others Costa, I think it is pricey. This place offers parking lot and has drive thru… That is all.

Really busy and loud chatter. 1 toilet out of order with a queue for the other one. However the coffee was spot on and the staff were excellent whilst working flatout

We always seem to arrive as they're preparing to close, regardless of the time. One of the loos has been out of order for months. The other has no working hand drier and the solution is a pile of paper towels OUTSIDE the loo, with no bin there for disposal.

Medium hot chocolate, I don’t think so! Swindled! Queue was huge, waited long enough to get it.

On your website your drive through opening hours are till 9:30, why when we come at 9:10 have the staff closed off the drive through?

Stopped for a coffee with a couple of colleagues. Service was fine, but toilets were not in great order.

Costa in general is my go to, I went in this one today to get my coffee and cake deal and to buy some travel cups. The lady at the till was clearly rushed off of her feet (it was 9:30am ish) but she was lovely and friendly. The team were very efficient and gave brilliant customer service, even though they were clearly super busy. I would 100% recommend this team, hard workers that still know how to leave you with a great impression. Plus as always brilliant coffee and cake.

Google just asked if I liked Costa. TBH I never went in here, wherever here is. I'm not keen on Costa as it's all the same stuff to me.. bring back local coffee shops, love those for the personal feel about them...

Randomly closed the drive through as I drove in. No explanation. Parked up with family in the car and went in yo ask what was happening. Ignored by all staff despite repeated attempts to engage.

Lovely place. Good service and the perfect drink.

Obviously a popular location with locals as it was nice and busy. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars was some animosity between the members of staff behind the till... Lady working the till with the piercings was a bit harsh to the others making the drinks and serving.

Hint...before running Costa into the ground as the owners and management appear to be doing, visit the Hayes middlesex shop. You'll see how it should be done. Or keep telling me there's no....this that and the other, or sorry... something is broken, or there's no dishwasher, crockery, marshmallows, staff, toilets etc etc. No problem really...plenty of competition, Greggs do better Christmas drinks and much better and cheaper food and so much more value, as for a better atmosphere...nero or coffee 1. So go on, just run it into the ground, see who cares. They won't be missed. Or...get your act together!

Clearing own table all the time but it's the sanitizing - never see it - it's so random. No proper cleaningbwhen people leave. I won't be going there anymore as I get ill or worried I'll get ill every time I go there. Dirty tissues,people coughing and sneezing all over tables and sitting babies on tables !!! Nappy in contact with table, sticky tables, snot tissues on tables, tables not cleared and when they are cleared, they leave wet,crumbs,milk and coffee stains on tables. No regard for hygiene and with all the infections going around - I'm sick of it now - filthy reception for customers who have to clean their own and some toilet doors are black with dirt. Basic hygiene not there. No hygiene standards. They sell food!!!

2 really grumpy and unhelpful people who work there on a Sunday afternoon. Bossy to their colleagues and rude to customers. Do not reflect the company well in their attitude.

Went to go to this costa yesterday evening to be verbally assaulted but a member of your staff it should all be on cctv them shouting waving his hands around becoming quite intimating to a young pregnant woman this was always my favourite costa and would drive from the other side of swindon to visit but I'm disgusted at the kind of people you employ im honestly shocked

Was certainly not worth the £100 parking ticket. I had high hopes that this was somewhere I could go to frequently, to meet friends and work, those hopes are dashed. Will not be returning again.

I had an issue with my Costa App and Alice at the Lydiard Fields, Swindon, Drive-Thru sorted it out for me perfectly. She was so helpful and friendly, it was so nice. Really great experience so wanted to pass on feedback.

Very convenient for coffee and cake.

This is one of the better Costa Coffee shops I have visited. The staff were friendly and proactive. I just had coffee so can't comment on the food, but the two coffees I had were good. The table's were clean, the toilet was also reasonably clean. I think I will probably be back here the next time I want an oat milk latte fix.

If you are craving for a coffee in the evening this Costa is open even after 7 in the evening (I guess till 9pm). Staff is super friendly and both inside and outside sitting areas are good. I feel some Costas are too crowded with tables very closed to each other. This one is quite specious and never felt crowded...
