Decided to go in as the cue wasn’t actually too long. I was barely welcomed and then they took my order blandly. Waited for our drinks for like 10mins and when she finally clicked that I was stood there when everyone else was done she just straight up asked me what are you waiting for. No apology or any interaction when we finally got our drinks. Also the facilities are absolutely disgusting, I walked into the only toilet that worked and there was writing all over the mirrors and rubbish everywhere. Came to try this place to give it another chance as it keeps happening but i can firmly say I won’t be back.

Only one toilet working. The other toilet has been out of order for months. Always a long wait. Don't understand why they don't fix it.

Wrong order sent. New order made which got cancelled. Third time lucky received the correct order however I’m over £20 out of pocket

Oversized ridiculous coffee cups. Want coffee not soup! Very echoey and coffee tastes burnt and very bland. Want a quiet relaxing non echoey place don’t co e here. Stay determined to make as much noise as possible ! The machine is so noisy, coffee one isn’t this noisy

quality of coffee beans and its taste was very good.definitely you should try costa..be member and get a free coffee😊

Unfortunately the staffs attitude was atrocious

We walk the dogs on a loop of 6 miles and this Costa is our stop point for a coffee, we do get take out as it is always busy so we carry on our walk, the people that service us are all great and make fab coffees

No stem ginger biscuits were delivered - please refund me £2.45. Otherwise all ok, kind regards

Lovely staff working under pressure as a busy costa.

Bring your ear defenders and learn sign language because you can't hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation. Not a place for a relaxing coffee.

The hot chocolate was hot, the toastie was cold and the pain aux raisins was out of stock, although I was not aware of this until I received the delivery, no effort having been made to suggest a substitute. I trust I shall not be charged for the pastry.

Very busy every day, lack of seating, service is very slow.

I never leave a bad review but just received my coffees x 2 when I ordered 3, missing an Americano black and an all day breakfst wrap. Apologies for leaving this but would prefer my money back for this, thanks

Disgusting toilets. Main toilets out of order. Reluctantly used disabled cubicle. Digustingly dirty, and there was no lock on the door!

Place was so busy, the queue was still going when me and my family left. Apparently a team mate down. Obvious this team work hard and take pride in it, not fazed, continued to smile and engage with waiting customers. Overall an excellent team. I’m already a fan of the product. Just wanna highlight the excellent team that work here

I ordered at 2.30pm and it was delivered at 4.36pm.. Has to be a record that!! I was refunded the cost of the order not the delivery though..

Considering I live 5mins away and I ordered a dominoes at the same.time, the dominoes arrived before the drinks and the drinks were cold!?!?!

Standard Costa coffee although the queuing times could be better. Very slow with most visits meaning a 15 minute wait in the queue. Too long really. Too much chatting with customers at the tills.

The same with all the rest of coffee shops nower days and the one thing that puts it down and puts me off in going is the expense and prices of everything just way to much for what you get in my opinion

One of the items I ordered hasn’t been delivered. There was no contact from the shop and no evidence they have refunded me for the missing item. They could have called to offer an exchange or just refunded me the difference. I’m disgusted by this action

If there is an unavailable item, you should let the customer know, rather than just delivering what you can. Ordering a lunch, and the actual meal not turning up without notice is inconvenient, annoying and a waste of money.

Outlet smells of a Dirty Mop. Health and Hygiene should do a check on this Costa!!! Queue was long, 15 mins wait in Queue. Paid for Large cappuccino & got a medium, rectified but in to a take away cup as no other cups available. Try washing up the stack of cups on the table... My full fat coffee had the rest of the skinny cappuccino milk put on top... Costa really gone downhill at this outlet. Large latte should contain 3-4 shots of coffee not 2 as always served at nearly every Costa I had been to. Need more than 2 servers working & pay attention to receipts!!

Drinks nice and hot great taste

Drinks were OK, but there were no blondies that I ordered. Takes your money for the order but is slow enough to refund you.

Was feeling bit rubbish after getting our A levels results. When we arrived met a server called Sidney who gave fantastic service and turned our day around. Brilliant place would recommend!!!!!

The staff are pleasant, but are not able to work with the ingredients given to produce what me, as the customer is asking for! I want a very dry cappuccino. Whisk the milk like meringue, slowly slowly, let it stand and spoon it over the coffee which by then is usually cold as it’s all done in the wrong order. Please train staff so my coffee is drinkable and worth the money I’m paying.

The coffee was cold and only filled halfway. The roll was also cold.

Great coffee as always but if there is queue you can be waiting for ages. Numerous occasions I've given up waiting and gone to McDonald for my coffee.

Since the recent decor uplift. It's a great place to relax, catch up with friends and neighbours and still enjoy good coffee and snacks.

This store never seems to have enough staff. Although the ones they do have are very friendly and usually busy. Tables not cleared, food on floors, just not as hygienic as I would expect of a food establishment. Toilets are disappointing. The photo shows disabled provision, even the doors are grim. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating Lots of free parking.

Really struggled to find on website how to get a refund for missing items this time. Maybe website playing up or it's changed. No number to ring either that you can get through too. It said on receipt when delivered that they didn't have it but they were happy enough to advertise they do when they don't and take your money anyway. I've got nothing on my emails to say they will give me refund. I just hope they do give me my money back 👎

While we were up in Swindon we thought we would check out the Green bridge retail park.....After looking around the shop's we decided to pop into the Costa Coffee cafe for some refreshment... It's handy for a drink or snack both hot and cold, plus nice cake's etc..The staff were all very nice considering how busy it was.... Being quite a large retail park there is plenty of parking.....👍

3 times the estimated delivery time was moved. 1hr 45mins from order to delivery. Driver also went to the wrong location. App wasn't being updated with latest tracking. Also received wrong items. Why does something always go wrong! Never a smooth delivery or order. So frustrating.

Delivery services needs to be faster please make the orders ready for the riders to collect it promptly.

Turned up 40 minutes after delivery time. The coffee and toastie were both freezing cold.

Flat White ordered here came early in the morning as they were trying a new image on top. I liked it 😋 The place has had a much needed makeover, very clean and a lot brighter than I remember, enjoyable 😉

I was at work ordered well ahead of my lunch break and it came when I had 15 mins of break left unacceptable

Really disappointing as it spent extra money for marshmallows and flake. It was for my children. I didn't have sugar I also paid extra for either.

My order has not arrived. There has been no way to contact anyone about it. I ordered 2 and half hours ago and it’s only just updated to say it’s delivered. Which it is not. Terrible

I placed my order (hot drink and hot meal) at 12:34 with delivery time between 40-55mins. The driver was assigned fairly quickly and the status changed to “driver at restaurant” shortly after. The estimated delivery time continued to change approx every 15mins. My order finally arrived at 16:22 FREEZING COLD!! Extremely unhappy.

It never turned up I had to go to the costa and they never even had the order. The delivery driver was so called there from 4 and I left my house at 5:30!! I need a refund!!!!!!!

Was in costa greenbridge from 4-5.30pm on Monday…food all over the floor, all the tables covered in dirty cups etc and not one cleared away in all that time. Not sure if they are just short staffed but people were walking around trying to find a clean table, and just for a change there wasn’t a massive 15 min queue. Real shame to see it like this when it’s just been refurbished.

Once again!!!!!!! this is now a minimum of the 4th time ordering from Costa Coffee - Swindon RP Unit 11B, Greenbridge Retail Park, Swindon Road, Swindon, SN3 3SG and nothing arrives!! Ive absolutely had it with joke of a place, It has no business being on a delivery app when it simply can not deliver an order.

I love coffee; but not this one. It was bitter due to its age, having been roasted about 4 months ago [I checked]. Come on Costa; lift your game.

The actual food would lovely, however order took an hour to come and both the food and hot drinks were cold upon arrival.

Would have loved the option to add ketchup to the bacon roll but otherwise all good!

My £18 order never came. Costa aren't the issue, delivery drivers were.

Coffee as expected, nice. A bit slow and confused on service partially due to music and covid screens muffling the servers speech.

Staff seem overworked but always going full tilt to provide a good service. Attend this Costa regularly and always have a good experience

Took forever food quality poor

Please get more staff, it’s ridiculously slow & the poor guys serving are rushed off their feet. Today is the 3rd time I’ve walked out after a 20min wait & no move in the queue.

Ordered three drinks and only got two drinks both we didn’t order disappointed

Wasn't allowed to sit in and drink for some reason so was forced to sit outside on tables that looks as if they hadn't been cleaned all day, was covered in ketchup and coffee cups, got 4 drinks instead of 6 after 15mins and when we finally got the last 2 drinks and they were wrong. Everytime we go to this specific Costa there is a problem.. avoid!!!

This place is badly understaffed. Orders wrong and no clean tables.

Such slow service, literally no sense of urgency from the staff and I had to prompt them for things on my order that had been left off. Outside area was full of rubbish, tables not being cleared. Don't go here unless you wanna stand in line forever and not get what you ordered.

Half of the drinks we ordered were melted because they prepared the order too early but still nice especially as it’s 36 degrees outside, still a 10/10 because I’m sure they are super busy and extremely hot too.!!

My order has not came at all I am not happy I ordered at 2:50 then 3:50 said it’s on its way it’s now 5.28 x I want a full refund on my card not a credit to my account this is a joke I don’t order for it not to come

I have never waited so long in a queue before. Their system clearly doesn't work. The paninis were average. The iced latte was average. But standing for 25 minutes in a queue is unacceptable. Unfortunately it appeared to be the only place to eat/drink but I would not recommend or return.

Honestly the worst coffee shop in Swindon, never been giving my toast after waiting one hour, today during my visit as usual to costa swindon Greenbridge, I ordered my coffee and waiting in queue following the signs and instructions market But due to disability I was leaning on the side bar Lady at the till shouted at me telling me that I must stand exactly on the marking facing the till So I replied back why you speaking to me in this manner, makes no difference exactly on the market sign or here Due to another customer in the queue ahead of me I couldn't go any further She then threatened me to have me removed from the store if I didn't listing Her name is ADA, what a rude lady, I been going and using costa anywhere I travel I am from Hampshire, I travel to swindon every week, used this costa for the last 2 years no fail Familiar with all staff, even this person above, I think she is the manager, but unpleasant and unprofessional Manager, wonder why the toilets are so dirty, for Food and Beverage establishment Due to regulations and F&H it should be closed, until they maintain all hygiene cleanness The manager, is rude and unpleasant, what disappointment today by your staff Today again 18/06/22 receipt number 44951 I asked for toast and flat white, but toast well done well toasted, the girl is called Lilly, she was very Rude, brought me my toast, not well done as a matter of facts barely toasted not how I asked for, I never saw this person before in this particular Costa, but she is the worst ever I can’t understand why Cost employ all the worst staff in the same store

Doesn't matter on day or time, I've used alot of Costa shops and this one for some reason is very slow service... not sure what the problem is but it really should be looked in too. I've waited 20 mins at times and been no where near the checkout
