Since it’s refurbishment this cafe has become a favourite of mine. Whether it’s simply a cappuccino and scone or a fish and chip dinner, to date I cannot fault either the friendliness of the staff, the speed of service or the quality of the food. It’s good to see the tables being cleared and antibacterial spray being used along with any mess on the floor being cleaned and cleared immediately after the table has been vacated, something sadly lacking in many other cafés nowadays. There’s lots of choices whether you’re looking for a snack or a meal, give it a go, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

This garden center has been totally refurbed and now has a huge new Cafe. It is well worth a visit and great for 0-100 year olds and more. Things for all ages as well as shopping for the things you need in the Garden

Disappointing. There are much nicer garden centres around. The Restaurant/ Cafe was less than average. Pile it high unappetising food.

I usually go to Blooms for the craft village and pick up bits when I am there. The beauty unit Made About Make up was gone. Very Disappointed as I have enjoyed having treatments there. I now have no reason to go there as it is more expensive than other garden centres in the area. It might be good for families with children because of the play area but the noise from this is very off putting for me.

£5.65 for a sammich n crisps! (Making them kettle crisps doesn't cut it) Variety of sammich available as long as you like cheese... Apparently taken over by dobbies.....makes sense Only came for wood chippings and a light bite to get father out n about. I feel violated!

Limited eating options when visiting the garden centre and butterfly world. The good... coffee not bad, although not hot and decaf is not available. The bad... missing options from the lunch boxes, and poor choice of food options The Ugly... the wait!! Up to a 30 minute wait for food to arrive! Understandable if you have ordered a full meal, but for a children’s jam sandwich from a so-called children’s lunch bag to take 30 minutes?! When we asked if there was a suggestion box, so we could suggest maybe the children’s lunch box sandwiches to be available in the fridge with the other elements of the bag, to be told they are stored in there and must have sold out! Clearly there was a mad rush on jam sandwiches so much so that there was no space in the fridge to store them! If you are feeding a bunch of hungry 3 year olds at lunchtime, don’t bother!

Blooms garden centre is a nice place to visit but unfortunately the restaurant isn't. Average food, dirty food hall and seating area and staff which are not very attentive. The food is just heated up, best dish fish and chips but even that sometimes isn't great. Seating area and tables are always in need of a clean. Lady on till is rude and staff aren't great. If she is there role model no wonder. Price for the food is typically high, cakes have been dry and not very flavoursome. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Food varies from good to not good, service doesn't reach "good". I must remember to avoid this place the next time someone suggests it.

I have been here before and it is usually okay, this time we went for brunch and was told that they had run out of hash browns - but we could have 1 slice of toast instead, don't think that equates to 2 hash browns. On the plus side the poached eggs were done to perfection. Service slow, but the restaurant was clean and tidy

I have been here several times with friends, I don't know why I go because it is never good, drinks always luke warm, on my last visit the coffee was cold and I returned it, the girl behind counter just put it in microwave, it was a latte which was then had no froth and tasted of dried milk.....really not nice, I have had a slice of cake on occasions which have been stale There are other places in area to have a coffee that are much nicer and better value for money

My daughter bought us a voucher from groupon for an afternoon tea. It was sandwiches, ham and cheese. A choice of scone, we choose passionfruit which was the special that day but usually there are cheese, plain and fruit as standard. The scones came with clotted cream and jam you could have butter as well. There were chocolate viennesse fingers and macaroons. They were all very fresh and delicious. You could have as much tea or coffee as you wanted. Generally we have stopped going to this restaurant on a regular basis as it has got quite expensive. We go for special offers. The location is quite handy as it is just off junction 16 M4 situated in a garden centre. The restaurant is clean and tidy and has air conditioning in the summer which is needed as the garden centre is in a large greenhouse Adds another interest to going for a drink.

Had a voucher, two main meals for £12 so decided to see what was in offer. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of our chosen meals and will definitely go again. We recently spent £50 on two meals elsewhere that were nowhere as good. Well done Blooms.

We have enjoyed the food in blooms over many years but will not be returning in the near future. The food was always costly but good quality however on our visit today all the nicities like salad and crisps with the sandwich had gone but the price remained the same. Portions of chips with cooked meals were minuscule but again the price remains and the bread used to make the sandwiches was stale. On complaining to the manager we were treated extremely fairly with a refund of our cost and an explanation that they were following the direction of head office.

The restaurant has been refurbished since our last visit but the food was disappointing. The Brie, bacon and caramelised onion panini was only just edible. There was a minimal amount of cheese, too much very sweet onion, clearly out of a jar, and the bacon which was streaky and 95% fat had only just seen something hot. The side salad consisted of a heap of very cheap coleslaw, again bought in, and a few sad rocket leaves. We had to wait 20 minutes for two paninis and no-one checked if the food was ok. Tables around us remained uncleared. Sadly, I'll not be returning.

Bien hecho.

Shame it never made it to the bottom of the list as the worst restaurant in Swindon, but it was heading there before the owner was sent to prison.

Do not eat the Christmas lunch here. We made the mistake of ordering the filled Christmas Yorkshire pudding lunch for our work do at £12 a pop and it was dire. Two slices of thin industrial turkey loaf, a bit of overcooked veg and skin on boiled potatoes which were sold as roast. Yorkshire pud was underdone. We all agreed it was awful. £200 later, staff didn’t care. Don’t waste your money.....

Please avoid. Quite happy to take advantage of someone with a learning disability for the sake of £6. Have lost my business for good.
