Wonderful family restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. Delicious food which is good value. Highly professional service. Guaranteed quality and a firm favourite for our family.

Coleslaw was bland, macaroni cheese tasted of flour and the portion was tiny. £20 for a beef rib dish and there was about 150g of beef on the plate. Shocking
I popped in for some fresh baking on the way to the bus. The place was clean, busy but polite and with quick service. I got two tray bakes slices E.g. Granola for 95p each.
Will use again.
Not eaten in here and only ever been in drinking. always a decent place to meet friends and have a pint. been done up a few times before and since being re-named back to the Trident from the Leap.
a good pub.,
It would be good if the drive thru were ever open!! Last 3 times I've come, different times of day, it's always bloody closed. I've had to leave the dog in the car bc drive thru shut - almost didn't bother buying anything but took a detour for the drive thru 😡
Half of the stuff on the menu was not available. The cumembert had no rosemary or garlic as advertised. The pickles were from a jar too! The lamb shank was ok, but the veg was bland. The barmain was not friendly at all, but waitress we had was nice. The food is quite poor quality.

I would like to leave a review about the wonderful fitness trainer Svetlana. Svetlana is a true professional in her field. Each lesson is useful: she competently selects exercises, taking into account individual needs and goals. Thanks to her approach, training is interesting and effective.
I’ve been coming here with my friend who is a local for about 7 years, but unfortunately this will be my last visit sadly. The coffee and cake is decent enough, though I think the options are limited given that only a couple of cakes aren’t vegan or gluten free labelled. Not to mention a cupcake cost £3.95 and is more expensive than a slice of cake. That aside, it’s now gone from a coffee shop renowned for its freak shakes, into a Chinese restaurant. When we arrived the place was full of people ordering Chinese, and when you are having coffee you don’t really want the strong smell of Chinese wafting near you. And it is very overpowering. I think you are either a coffee shop or a Chinese restaurant, utterly bizarre concept. And on a Sunday, we had to be seated at a low table as all the tables were filled up at 1:30 which has never been the case when I’ve visited previously, but obviously it’s very popular for its Chinese dishes now rather than its freakshakes and coffee.
