Food was lovely, mushroom al forno was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our server forgot to put an order through so we had to chase up where one of our starters were. Then when the main meals came I was missing my meal, instead of apologising and owning her mistake she told me the kitchen was backed up! I asked if we could have some black pepper and cheese, she never bought it! Luckily I flagged down the manager who was very apologetic, got me my meal and bought us the pepper and cheese, he also gave us 2 free drinks. Lovely guy, great customer service from him.

Libby was the lovely, helpful waitress. Food was brought quickly and was hot. The pepperoni pizza was quite oily but apparently tasted good. The chicken cesar salad tasted very good but the croutons were chewy and inedible. The garlic prawns were fine.

Went out with our parent craft group who have kept together for over 30 years. Kai was serving us. He was brilliant, friendly, professional, remembered our order without notes, made sure everyone was happy with our food, drinks etc. Couldn't fault him.

On arrival the manager greeted us by opening the door(daughter uses wheeled walker), led us to our table, the waitress (Priscila) took our order drinks & food, which was served quickly, food very nice, we were all pleased. Compliments to all staff.

Myself and a couple of colleagues popped in for lunch, Kai was our server, he was really friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. I had the chicken Caesar salad, it was delicious, they didn't skimp on dressing, cheese or chicken! Very good value for money, really tasty and a nice place for lunch.

Excellent service - friendly and fast. Food was delicious. Pasta was cooked just how I like it, al dente and the flavours on the pizza worked very well together. Grateful they were happy for me to take some home in small box - perfect! If I was to give any feedback, it would be they don’t accept American Express which a large chain ought to, and secondly payment via the app wasn’t possible as the discount code wouldn’t work (but thankfully did work on their till!). Neither of these minor points detracted from the experience which was overall very positive.

We loved everything!!! The restaurant is beautiful! Clean! Organized. Excellent bathrooms! Wifi is also available. And parking. Now the best part: the food. The kids menu has a good variety and fair prices. The regular menu has great options. We ordered garlic bread, bruschetta and mushroom as starters. 10/10!!!! I ordered lasagna as main course and the Milanesa. Very, very good! Everything was fresh and made to order. Sensational! For dessert we ordered the lemon cheesecake and the homemade ice cream! Excellent!!! Well worth it! Don't miss it.

Really enjoyed my pasta dish here! I requested some additions to my dish for a spicy kick and the chef executed it beautifully! Dessert was super tasty too , what a delicious brownie. The kids meal was also really great value and taste. The service was also exceptional and the atmosphere extremely calming. Going back again soon!

The quality of the food was fine, but not impressed by the portion size of the fries. For £4.49 we received a small cardboard carton less than half full, with probably about the same amount of fries as medium McDonald's equivalent, which would have been half the price. That carton should be full to the brim.

It's normally very quiet when we go at this time, however there was a very large party in the restaurant (about 26/30 people) and this made it very loud which spoiled the experience a little. However our server Kai was excellent and looked after us very well. The food came promptly and was good. The style and decor is very nice. I recommend trying this restaurant

Lovedddd the pizza, the food itself was great and came fresh. However, we did have a problem with the attitude of one of the staff. He refused for us to be seated in a quieter area, even when it was free. His overall body language was very unwelcoming. One very sweet lady did make our night better, keeping on top of orders and conversation. Love herrr!! (also cocktails were slay)

I would thoroughly recommend a pizza party at Bella Italia. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. Fantastic atmosphere and we never felt hurried. Great value for money. Kids loved making the pizzas and then choosing their ice creams for pudding. Def a 5 star vote from me!

AMAZING! Literally ever had a bad experience here. The food is amazing and the staff are very helpful and polite. The ribs and the lasagne are my personal favourite and I am very fussy about lasagne!! The garlic dough balls are also 10/10 along with the calamari. The cocktails are stunning and presented beautifully. One of our favourite places to eat.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and hot when it came out. The music was the perfect volume, not too loud but you could still hear it playing and enjoy it.
