Me and my Dad got served by a lovely waitress called Libby and she was really polite and helpful. The food was lovely as always and came out really quickly. Will definitely go back!

It was a lovely visit. We were able to choose where we wanted to sit and had a booth. The waiter was nice, chatty but not too much and helpful. The food was good, all our party enjoyed it. Bella Italia’s are usually good but not universally. This one was exceptionally nice and I would definitely both recommend and return again myself.

Really tasty food, super fresh and great value—especially with the multi-course deals. The place was spotless (even the bathrooms, which is always a good sign!). Staff were super friendly and everything came out really fast. Would definitely go back.

Our food was lovely and a served quickly. Our waitress, Priscilla, was very friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome and well looked after.

We had a fantastic meal at Bella Italia at Bristol Parkway on Saturday. Priscila who served us was lovely! She even took photos of our group together - and checked we were happy with them because she knows what us women are like! 🤣 Food was delicious and excellent portion sizes too. We didn’t catch the barman’s name but he had great banter when bringing our drinks too. We highly recommend this place!

We had come to u after a very long and painful day @ Bristol Eye Hospital, I'd had an eye injection and this was my treat although in pain and I think I may of scared the waitress I'm sorry, we have a wonderful meal ❤️

5 Stars – Highly Recommended! We were served by Priscilla today, who was absolutely lovely from start to finish – so friendly and incredibly attentive. Even though the restaurant was busy, our food arrived quickly, piping hot, and tasted amazing. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, and the manager even stepped in to help us sort out a gift card issue at the end of our meal, which we really appreciated. Fantastic service all round – highly recommend!

Food was lovely, mushroom al forno was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our server forgot to put an order through so we had to chase up where one of our starters were. Then when the main meals came I was missing my meal, instead of apologising and owning her mistake she told me the kitchen was backed up! I asked if we could have some black pepper and cheese, she never bought it! Luckily I flagged down the manager who was very apologetic, got me my meal and bought us the pepper and cheese, he also gave us 2 free drinks. Lovely guy, great customer service from him.

Libby was the lovely, helpful waitress. Food was brought quickly and was hot. The pepperoni pizza was quite oily but apparently tasted good. The chicken cesar salad tasted very good but the croutons were chewy and inedible. The garlic prawns were fine.

Went out with our parent craft group who have kept together for over 30 years. Kai was serving us. He was brilliant, friendly, professional, remembered our order without notes, made sure everyone was happy with our food, drinks etc. Couldn't fault him.

On arrival the manager greeted us by opening the door(daughter uses wheeled walker), led us to our table, the waitress (Priscila) took our order drinks & food, which was served quickly, food very nice, we were all pleased. Compliments to all staff.

Myself and a couple of colleagues popped in for lunch, Kai was our server, he was really friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. I had the chicken Caesar salad, it was delicious, they didn't skimp on dressing, cheese or chicken! Very good value for money, really tasty and a nice place for lunch.

Excellent service - friendly and fast. Food was delicious. Pasta was cooked just how I like it, al dente and the flavours on the pizza worked very well together. Grateful they were happy for me to take some home in small box - perfect! If I was to give any feedback, it would be they don’t accept American Express which a large chain ought to, and secondly payment via the app wasn’t possible as the discount code wouldn’t work (but thankfully did work on their till!). Neither of these minor points detracted from the experience which was overall very positive.

We loved everything!!! The restaurant is beautiful! Clean! Organized. Excellent bathrooms! Wifi is also available. And parking. Now the best part: the food. The kids menu has a good variety and fair prices. The regular menu has great options. We ordered garlic bread, bruschetta and mushroom as starters. 10/10!!!! I ordered lasagna as main course and the Milanesa. Very, very good! Everything was fresh and made to order. Sensational! For dessert we ordered the lemon cheesecake and the homemade ice cream! Excellent!!! Well worth it! Don't miss it.

Really enjoyed my pasta dish here! I requested some additions to my dish for a spicy kick and the chef executed it beautifully! Dessert was super tasty too , what a delicious brownie. The kids meal was also really great value and taste. The service was also exceptional and the atmosphere extremely calming. Going back again soon!
