I have been going here for several years. Fabulous Chinese and traditional chip shop food. Consistently good.

Always polite, accurate wait times given, great food always fresh and hot despite being super busy

Came here on a whim on a week night craving a Chinese. Chinese takeaway places usually only accept cash but they had a card reader which I was really thankful for as I ordered more. Staff were very friendly and they were very quick with our order even though it seemed like there were loads of people collecting. They had a great range of meals and it was very affordable! We will be coming here for our Chinese takeaways now :)

Fantastic Food and great service. Worth travelling a few miles for. V.busy on Sat Nights so maybe a short wait but well worth it. Every meal I hv ever had has been delicious and treating a friend who was visiting to Beef and Mushroom she commented it was the best she had ever tasted. Delish......all of it !

My mom and I been here for a lunch. Let's start from the ambient with beautiful decor, very relaxing and comfortable chair and sofas. Either very clean and well maintained. Then the staff, very welcoming and relaxed, make you feeling a local more than "just a customer" very accommodating for dogs. The sweet young lady, even if doesn't speak English well she is been very polite, professional, friendly and with a true smile while serving us. The other lady, probably owner/manager, knows how to run the place, accommodate customers, and make you feeling at "home". She is been very patient and great even after accidentally our dog throw all the water on the floor. Not last, the food! We had a quattro formaggi pizza, linguine sea food and a mix salad. Congratulations to the chef! The pizza base was perfectly cooked, the tomato sauce was great, the cheeses was absolutely amazing. The pasta was properly cooked, nice the fish and the tomato sauce very tasty. The salad was big, full of different ingredients like olives, capers, cucumbers and more, full of flavour. Thanks for the hospitality and see you soon again.

Best Chinese takeaway ever. I moved 5 miles away from Downend area 3 years ago but always get our takeaway from Four Seasons. Great vegetarian options. Great freshly cooked quality food. Great service and great friendly business. .

We spent £40+ and sadly both our noodles and our rice was burnt to the point you could smell it and see black bits of rice and noodle. You have such good reviews, surely you wouldn't knowingly serve this? We ended up eating a ready meal from our freezer.

Disappointing! After a long flight we were really looking forward to a chinese. When it arrived, we had specifically asked for no egg in the mushroom fried rice but it turned up with egg. The bbq sauce was like water, baked chicken was like rubber and the satay tofu was like eating a bag of sugar 🤢. Very disappointing all in all and shall not be going back

Haven't used Four Seasons for years, but started again recently, great food and very accommodating of fussy kids!

Naaa...Not nice. The special chow mein was inappropriately named. A food container containing a handful of noodles separated at one end from the tasteless sauce bulked out with veg and a token amount of meat. The Satay sauce was too thin and runny, more like a gravy. Though the spring rolls to be dipped in it were passable. Cheery bunch but in my opinion the food not so cheery. Not a regular one for a take away....last minute decision coz running late. 13 sods I would have been better off keeping in my wallet. Live and learn. Won't be using again.

Always a great chinese. if we have a big order we call at 5.30 and arrange to pick up later and its always ready when we arrive.

My favorite Chinese Takeaway. Always had lovely tasty food here. Best mushroom omelette for miles, nice chips, also love their chowmien and curry and fried rice. prices are fair and owner is very friendly.

Lovely food, freshly cooked. Fish and chips great, especially as other places I used to go to locally either have stopped cooking fish due to price rises and others recook their chips which makes them quick and hot but not so nice... imo

My family and I have used this takeaway for over 16 years now and never had a bad meal. The food is always delicious and the chips are the best I have had from anywhere. I would highly recommend!

Great Chinese. Ingredients tasted nice and fresh.

Had large plain noodles which I thought was a standard size,but obviosly not. It was freshly cooked and it was hot and tasty. I will visit again

Had a cheese omelet and gave me food poisoning, puking all night, intense stomach cramps, and as you guess the part that goes in the toilet was not nice at all, has taken me 48 hours to recover being sick over 27 times! Please do not go here unclean and dirty, and also telling me it’s £13 for two omelets on there own without chips is disgusting price that ended up in the toilet lol

Best Chinese takeaway in the area. My favourite are hoisin duck with with pancakes, noodles chow mein and pineapple fritters but only with a hint of syrup or no syrup at all. The food served is always fresh.

Absolutely love our local take away. We have been adventurous and must have tried all the menu over the past 5 years we’ve been ordering and have never been disappointed! Traditional Chinese dishes and specials are always spot on.

I just ordered beef and green paper with black bean, test awful..more like a soup, size of box so small ( for beef dishes) You not get what you pay...never order again

We have lived in Downend for 8 years and have only just tried from here! I’m gutted we didn’t do it 7 years and 11 months ago. Fantastic food, great quality ingredients, not greasy just absolutely spot on. Not a single shred of leftovers. Thankyou Fourseasons. See you soon.

Our local chinese take-away, never lets us down. Recommend their Chow-main - it's the best! Also their lemon chicken. Very fast and friendly service, they don't do deliveries, but it is convenient to collect (plenty of parking outside) and nice to see them in person as they are very nice!

Order their food regularly and never disappointed. Last weekend ordered for an 80 th birthday lunch for six. Perfection. Ordered an hour in advance. Collected on time.....service with a smile. Thanks.

Came to Four Seasons for the first time tonight and really enjoyed the food. Seem to be a really nice team/family running things! Also really appreciated the care you’re taking to keep everyone safe. Will definitely be back. Only thing I’d love to see on the menu is Salt & Pepper Chips, but you’re still 5 stars even without it!

Nice food chow mein and sweet and sour chicken. Sauces need to be a little thicker though. Egg fried rice nice, massive portions of chicken bought 3 for 3people only needed two!

We ordered food for the first time from here last night and we were really happy that we did. After checking out various places around this side of Bristol for 15 years, this place is a gem. Gutted that it took us so long to find it, better than never! I called the order in via phone. Just kept on pressing redial until it started ringing. The guy tells me to come in 20 minutes, it’s ready 20 minutes later. 😊 we ordered shrimp curry, chips and Singapore chow mien. The curry was jammed with shrimps, rather than onions. Will definitely be back!

Easily the best Chinese takeaway I've tasted in Bristol!! The service is first-class. But don't take my word for it, go and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Very efficient waiting system - they give you a pager that goes off when your order is ready. Plenty of parking nearby. Most importantly food is very good

A great local Chinese. A wide range of dishes, all the classics and a few esoteric choices too. The food is superb and consistently good. I've not found a better place yet!

The food from here is always perfect, usually the wait times are very short also unless its very busy then it can be up to an hour but I can assure you it's worth it. Their fish and chips are decent, but their Chinese is exceptional. Been going here for years and hopefully many more.

They always have really nice food and the service is very fast. A large menu and lots of options. Has seats big enough for multiple people, so you usually don't have to stand up.

We have tried a number of Chinese takeaways in North Bristol and this is the one we always come back to, so much so that we continue to travel that little bit further despite having moved house. They never disappoint with their chicken chow mein or Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken. I have to admit we haven't tried many of the others. It can be busy getting through on the phone but there's a reason for that, they're popular. Their front desk staff work tirelessly to serve customers at breakneck speed - they are machines! Service, food, value - all excellent.

The current owners have had this business for around five or six years now. The standards are unbelievable, the quality keeps getting better and better. Easily the best Chinese takeaway in the area!!

Im a regular here and they never fail to please. The food is ALWAYS so fresh and tasty, with a very varied menu. The pricing is very good and the staff are always friendly. It's often busy but this is the sign of a good take-away in my view. I visit at least once a week and never fail to be happy.

Popped for a couple of dishes and was pleasantly surprised at the great flavours and lovely tender duck.

Just ordered a chicken curry takeaway very disappointed the chicken was so hard I couldn’t cut it with a knife let alone chew it! It went in the bin.

Lovely food and outstanding customer service. We visited the shop for food but when we got home realised that we'd left part of our order there. I called them to let them know, and within 10 minutes they had delivered fresh, free of charge.

Very polite venue and has plenty of patrons. I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I had House Special fried rice which was ok but nothing amazing, and mixed Sweet and Sour balls which were GREAT but the sauce lid was secured with a rubber band .... I hate getting those off before food. Would use again but wouldn’t move nearer to do it :-)
