Thank you for taking our booking at such late notice when we had been very let down by a nearby Indian restaurant (in Kelvedon). The food at the Coggeshall Spice was excellent, the service really friendly, and we will definitely be back soon! Special thanks to Faz and Rafi and team for making it a really great evening.

Best curry I have ever had outside the Midlands in a standard curry house. Staff were polite, food was well excellent- the Jalferazi had real taste and kick and an excellent, beautifully cooked naan. Well done!

We were in Essex overnight and wanted to eat out and would really recommend the Coggeshall Spice Indian Restaurant. Service was really good and the food fantastic. We could not fault anything about the food, we really enjoyed our experience and would eat there again if down that way

Had dinner here for the first time. Must say.. very impressed with the service ( AJ) and quality of food. I had the Special Jalfrezi. Delicious!

Had a take away from this resturant and the food is bland, we had 2 different curries and they were both poor in flavour not what you expect from a Indian. Even the garlic nann was flavourless. Don't waste ur money, flavours takeaway is far superior and I will be going straight back. Just thought we would try a new takeaway.... big mistake.

Unit 3Went on a Monday evening, so not very busy and lacked atmosphere, but food and service were both excellent. Will definitely return again soon at the weekend or Friday night.

Wotton RoadI had the CHICKEN CHILLI MASALLA, the sauce was a little thin, and the chicken was dry. Onion bhaji was ok as a starter. The server was in a hurry, and the atmosphere was noisy, so was not an overly pleasant experience.
