New Machines make it incredibly slow.

I ordered a takeaway of pork and prawn dim sum and Canton Special Noodle dish which should have duck, chicken, pork, prawn and beef. It arrived on time and hot. The dim sum was delicious although the dipping sauce was just a warm oversalted soy and very unpleasant. The Udon noodle dish was hot, full of bean sprouts nand large pieces of onion, and 3 or 4 large slices of very thin and very tough beef . 2 chicken slices tasty off and was of a slimy texture, which I did not eat. Plus one prawn. No duck or pork in the noodles and the sauce was watery soy sauce.. not the usual delicious sauce. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again. The standard has deteriorated quite a bit.

Awful, rude, dreadful service. Consistently wrong and late recently. Will not be buying from this store anymore. Such a shame but tonight was the last straw.

Ordered two oat mochas and a beyond meat sandwich both sandwiches were hot on the top and stone cold on the bottom. Extortionate price as is but for it to not be hot as well isn’t very good.

Disgusting that this company uses Uber eats for its delivery service and they don't even attempt to delivery the order. Sat out on the road and then say they couldn't deliver. Made a complaint through the app and the policy is no refund. Will never order again.

Just went for Karaoke. Sadly not much atmosphere and it was super quiet. Service was ok.

Two Madrid says 10 pounds on the drinks menu, the woman that served me charged £13.70 I said its ten pounds ,she said my till does not lie with a really nice attitude , the young girl there was very polite and pleasant

Hi, my wife & myself went into sainsburys cafe , she had a piece of cake & i had a all day breakfast. I picked up the staff were a combination of incompetents & plain useless!!!!.. we waited half an hour and i gave up & walked out. I realky dont know what has happened to this country. We truly cant run a bath & serve a breakfast.. never again sainsburys you have become another on the list of hopeless!!!!!

Ordered 2 Pizza on a Saturday evening approximately 6:30 pm. On calling this particular at 8:55pm to find out where my food was I was informed that the order had been returned to them as the driver could not find the address. They also claimed that the driver had telephoned 3 times to find the address. As my telephone did not ring I assumed that the driver was lying. Following the conversation and ending my call my telephone rang and I spoke with someone explaining that the driver had tried to call. As this was the only time my phone rang they were obviously lying. Do not buy food from Domino’s Waterloo Rd Poole, you are more than likely going to be lied too. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid like the plague.

bad !!!! ordered crispy duck but they sent roast duck , egg fried rice was poor i will not order from them again .

Polite staff, fast effective service even though it's a busy shop, all food cooked perfectly and really tasty as it should be. But there one thing letting them down...the seating area, has food and boxes on the floor as the bins are all full. I'm hoping the address this problem as a urgency to keep people coming in. Ex manager of stores up north. Sorry guys x
