Great service, wonderful original staff. Come here most days and always amazing and friendly service with great food. Great service especially to jo, travis and memphis, unfortunately the weekends have not been good the last couple of weeks, taking around 40 mins for food, and no coversation. New people dont seem to know what they are doing

I come in most days and am frequently served by Memphis who does an absolutely amazing job, makes great food with even better customer service. Unfortunately it seems to be ruined by the new staff who don’t interact with the customers and left me waiting to be served for 30 minutes.

Handy location to pop in and grab a sub for a picnic lunch. Always lovely and clean in this branch. The staff are friendly and calm even when I visited during the lunchtime rush!

The best subway in the area! Carris, Travis and Jo are always amazing! Best customer service and always excellent food!

Have ordered here multiple times, always was a bit rocky. But today just wasn't it 17/04/25. Ordered coffee, a cookie and a sub with no onions and added salad, the man working didn't put on the extra salad and put on lots of onion, he wasn't in uniform was wearing a black top with white writing and a black Berkley hat. He then didn't give me a cookie when I received my food AND the coffee was really cold. Not happy!!

Spur of the moment visit this morning due to needing fuel, so thought I would grab a bit of breakfast while I was in the services, and what a lovely group of staff you have in that store, all were genuinely pleasant, smiling and happy, a rare thing nowadays!! First class service guys and a credit to the company, will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!!.

Travis who served us at the Creekmoor service station was great. Polite friendly and helpful. He took time to check our order. He took pride in his work and come over professional. Food was tasty.

Young lady very grumpy and attitude was bad when spoke to me. Not a large portion of wedges like i ordered, cheese not melted in my dipper. unfortunate as customer service ruins the whole experience for people.

Been to a few subways around the country. Never been to one with such a helpful polite member of staff. The young lady was working on her own and was very helpful. A credit to whoever owns that franchise

Ordered on the self service machine nacho chicken paid for it then told they didn’t have any no offer for refund so had to have the blandest sandwhich

Served by Mike who was lovely and chatty with everyone. Perfect subway too. Very clean too

Hi. Place looks clean but looks like employee has left its post and there is no one to seve me... been here for tye past 10 mins and its 16:30 on the 17th of January 2024. Not the best service...

Absolutely will not ever be eating here ever again as immediately after eating a sub from here I felt unwell and then that unwell feeling turned into a severe pain in my abdomen as a result.

Popped in, we were on a lunch break, everything was good.

Guy that serves me here on a saturday morning is always great and very polite made my Saturday mornings better knowing he will be there to serve me.

Only had brown bread about 1pm. Always running out of stock

Arrived at 7.30pm and the sign said they closed at 10pm. The staff were sat around doing nothing and had some what I would call friends of theirs there too. I then got told they were closing as they were short staffed. It was only then the staff actually stood up and started doing something! Very unprofessional..

Not the best of experiences. The woman that served us was very grumpy and the only time she seemed remotely happy was when she was saying goodbye. My sandwhich fell apart the second I got it out of the wrapping as the bread was pretty pulverised and the fillings were half hanging out.

Got food poisoning. Never again

Unable to purchase the sub of my choice. Neither Philly Cheese Steak or Tuna Mayo available because they had run out!

Went to subway at budgens in poole this evening.. got two subs ..they were the best subs we have ever had.. the guy made them with care and and precision hence they were amazing 😊😊

Quick service, friendly staff, popped in just before the lunch time rush. Decent food and portions (footlong sub) but it is pricier than normal meal deal options

Took the kids to subway for a change. they loved it. It inspired my son to want to make his own meatball marinara sub which was delicious.

Swift and clean. In and out in minutes. Great sandwich, I recommend the meatballs.
