Well, what can one say apart from the pure disappointment, I don't expect much from a place like that but I do expect great customer experience, someone to take orders, cleanliness and decent food but got none of that. ordered burgers and they tasted so bland and wasnt even cooked properly, outside of the "meat" was black but the I side was pink, the buttermilk chicken was over done or the oil really needs changing ( if not changed can make you seriously sick) the atmosphere was so dead a funeral would be classed as happy place than that. Watched another customer, grabbed a highchair, and then immediately put it down, cutlery had to be searched for. Needs some serious improvements chef needs training on how to cook food, the staff needs to keep on top of cleaning and routine only saw one guy do it throughout the whole staff, for a company like Havens you'd expect some sort of decency

Terrible, cold food, ran out of cutlery and staff just standing around chatting....AVOID

Ordered one Gammon and one cheeseburger & chips. Dishes were brought to our table cold. Plates were really cold. Everything on our plates was cold. It's not as if they were rushed. There were only two other people in the restaurant.

Sitting in here as I write this review. Been sitting here for over 20 min in a practically empty restaurant and no one has yet to come take my order. Waste of time, could have gone outside of the Holliday park and got something else and come back in the time it takes for them to even take my order.

Food took no more than 2 minutes to arrive after ordering, That tells you everything you need to know.

Went for a roast but sold out as was a lot of other food at 6pm waited nearly an hour for food although restaurant not busy at all staffed by a lot of young people who were not interested in cleaning etc food not worth the money. Looking at previous reviews ( which I wished I had earlier ) nothing has changed from a year ago. Let’s down the whole park !

Really friendly and lovely waiting staff, but we were booked in for 8pm and the kitchen stopped serving at 8.30, even though we didn’t order until 8.15. There was no opportunity for dessert. Food and portion size were mediocre. Certainly won’t be eating here again for the rest of the stay.

Only ate here once for our stay at Rockley. We waited for over an hour after being told it was a 40 minute max waiting time. All I can say is don’t order food from the menu and expect it to look like it does in the photos. I ordered a mixed Grill, it was all freezing cold and couldn’t have been enough to feed a small dog. The price was outrageous and it was all dried and shrivelled. My son ordered the Chicken sharing platter (supposed to feed 3 people) and was served 9 pieces of what looked like shrunken popcorn chicken. Only 4 of us ate and the bill was astronomical. Avoid at all costs.

Awful experience. Waited at our table for service for 30 minutes to be told someone would come take our order, when I asked, still nobody arrived. Tried ordering at the bar but wasn't allowed. In the end just walked out with the family having not eaten. Not worth anyone's time this place

Woeful place. Massively overpriced for what you get, not very clean, seems to be run by a lot of kids running about like headless chickens. We ordered breakfast and tea, the tea was long gone before the breakfasts arrived. When they did they looked nothing like what we ordered. Go somewhere else, cook for yourself but please don't waste your money on this hole.

Poor, poor. Nowhere near enough staff and those that were on were clearly very new. They were doing their best but there was no sign of any experienced staff. Just not good. Food was OK but nowhere near good enough to justify the price. They had also ran out of a wide range of items on the menu. Sat there for an age after the main meal, no sign of anyone clearing plates or asking about desserts so didn't bother. Other tables were left full of dirty plates for far too long. Shocking really for a large site like this to have such a poor dining experience. Don't bother going, get a takeaway pizza or chippy instead or just cook yourself.

Table was sticky customer service takes a decade to come to the reserved spot so you might as well just get no reservations and just come there its way quicker at the non reserved spots i had pizza the food was mid but way better than taylor swift if you get your child a kids drink the cup is sooooooooooooooo small like you need FIVE of them to hydrate a child just a little bit and also the glasses they look like dirty glass but its just DIRTY PLASTIC i wouldn’t recommend you might alswelll just get papa jhons delivered to you house or campervan the pizza is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy nicer and also instead of ordering it like all together we had to order the drinks wait like half an hour just for the drinks and 15 minutes later we ordered food and we then waited 45 minutes for the food and took 1 hour to eat it 10 minutes before i was done they gave me pudding it was ok they gave me a vanilla ice cream with a mint leaf making it taste disgusting (i HATE mint) then we left and found out the reserved area is way colder than the non reserved i was really cold in the reserved area

Slow service, 2 meals came then the other 2 when other 2 had been finished. Poor communication skills from some staff and other walk around as if they would rather be anywhere else

Rockley park mash and barrel - First and last visit! Absolute shambles. Worst service from any establishment in existence. Food was less than half a star! When the ‘food’ finally arrived, we were told they had run out of cutlery, I mean, CUTERLEY!! So had to wait for someone else to finish their dinner, then the cutlery to be washed! 0.0001 star! Table was sticky, vile! I would rather have starved! Complained about the fact we had to eat a spaghetti bolognese with our hands, basically like lady and the tramp! Was told, oh sorry, we don’t enough cutlery for everyone! What the actual F! No discount, no care!

Awful awful awful. Took our food to the wrong table twice and no one thought to try and find the correct table where we were sat. It took 90 mins to get our food and about 30 mins stood at bar waiting for drinks. Expensive too especially when the service is slow and awful.food had been blatantly reheated hunters chicken was dry as a bone and my sons beans had a layer on top.. worst food ever.

Took ages to get drinks. Tables are severely sticky and wobbly. Food was bland and dry. Had to hunt for salt because it seemed there were only 2 shakers for the entire restaurant. Only saving grace is the staff were polite. Whole place is in huge need of a revamp.

Visited during the week. We were told on arrival there was a 30 minute wait even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We had our 2 year old grandchild with us. Food was delivered an hour after ordering. It was cold when it arrived. During this time staff was just hanging around talking including the manager. As a result our grand child missed the entertainment. Shocking good and shocking service. I come to rockley ever year for the last 20 years. Will never eat there again

First impressions were sticky tables. The food I had was pretty awful and came out so quickly, it must of been cooked and plated before I’d even ordered it. Chips were cold and hard and the double cheeseburger was not nice. Burnt dry burgers with a slice of half melted cheese. I complained, was initially offered 15% off my meal, which I refused. The second offer was accepted. My meal was taken off the bill. The staff are all young and very helpful… but the food is awful and no way justifies the prices they are charging. Such a shame as it could be so much better. Haven sort it out!!

Most disgusting restaurant ever set foot in. Your better off eating off your door matt. Tables dirty and sticky gave kids colouring in for the pictures to be ripped apart when lifted up. Carvery i picked up a tray it was covered in grease and none had been cleaned as I tried to.select others, all.the.veg undercooked more fat on met than meat and pigs in blankets were un edible. It's run by kids. And the customer service is shocking.

Good mash and bash service from the team, find was pretty good too. Atmosphere was quite due to the park not being busy.

Don't eat here! Awful place... ordered sausage and mash (via the app as service was slow, despite it being almost empty) thinking basic, can't go wrong... how wrong I was. Took ages to come out, when it did my sausages were completely black... cremated is pretty accurate, and they still thought acceptable to send out, onions rings didnt resemble onion rings at all, just flaky tiny pieces of batter. Not that hot so wonder how long it took to come out. Sent it back, remade and brought back out. 2 out of 3 sausages edible, 3rd one still too black tasted burnt. Mash lumpy. Onion rings were okay second time around. Overall so disappointed. Don't waste your time here.

Basic pub grub, but decent portions, staff are lovely

We booked in for a roast dinner it had stopped at 2.30 , and we arrived at 4.30 , we didn't eat because the staff were busy socialising behind the bar, the food is overpriced for what they serve its a disappointing astablishment better off eating papa johns or fish and chips..

Went in most afternoons for a drink , staff were lovely especially jack who spoke to us daily and even recommended a lovely cocktail on my request . Carvery was lovely and reasonably priced . Look forward to returning next year .

Dry burger and chips tasted like they'd been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Horrible dirty grease taste left in my mouth afterwards Reasonable prices if food was of an acceptable quality. Funny how their fish and chips are cheaper then the onsite takeaway.

Please bring back covid measures. When we visited 2 years ago there was table service and the tables were quickly cleared and cleaned. There were no queues at the bar and no people wandering around whilst you're eating. This time was chaotic. There was 1 queue for ordering both food and drinks and 1 member of staff. The other 2 staff members were sorting out app table orders! After finally ordering our food we had a 45 minute wait! A couple came in after us and got there food within 10 minutes and left before us! The food was ok on the one night we ate there.

Over 30 minutes and not one member of staff acknowledged us. Ended up ordering via the app and after another 20 minutes still nothing. Ended up getting a refund (after another long wait)

To begin with, wrong drink was brought out. This generally doesn’t bother me, easy mistake, but when the food took 40 minutes to come out, I began to be bothered. Then the food came out, and it was really disappointing. The vegetable curry was just onions on a jar of curry sauce. The chips were like cardboard, and the portions were hit and miss from meal to meal. Don’t come here for food, maybe a drink, but avoid eating here.

Great food, only a few bits slightly burnt.

Food awful. Uncooked gammon and over cooked burgers had a preloaded food and drink card but got drinks going forward no food. Yuk

Dirty sticky tables, filthy condiment holder. Slow service, water flavored beer. Should have known better but we were hungry and it was there. Next time we'll head into town for sure. Poor staff, clearly not enough of them so I don't blame them for this bad experience. Food must have been ready 10-15 mins before they served us as it wasn't hot. But at least the burgers, fish and chips were nice.

2023. A bit more disappointed this year. The lunch we had was average at best, but acceptable. There are no details online about making a reservation, so when we turned up at 5 to a predominantly empty restaurant to be turned away as we hadn't booked, a bit disappointing again. Even the lady who told us no didn't know how to book online, and suggested we rang or booked in person. 2022 Quite a nice carvery. Staff are friendly and the location lends itself to walks

Don't bother! Waited over an hour for food, when it arrived it was pretty poor. The chicken tikka was a tiny portion, with rock hard rice and cold chicken. There were no poppadoms because they'd ran out. Talking to others in the restaurant, they'd also had a really long wait and poor food. Try elsewhere

We turned up before our booking and were about to be seated when we saw a sign stating an 80 minute wait for food. We clarified this with the girl who was about to seat us and she told us that wait time was from when we ordered food. This was, we were then told, due to a party of 30 and a party of 15. At no point during booking was I informed that the restaurant would be that busy. We decided not to hang around and went off site, got served and ate all within 60 minutes.

The food was terrible came out, very cold. The staff are just standing around in group not clearing tables and not cleaning them. This is the second time we have been here, actually won't come back here even tho we have a few more nights left in this park. Churros fondue came out looking like casper.( white as a ghost) I had to have these checked through.

Booked table for two Turned out to be an area where everybody came to use the toilets Was like Paddington Station Food luke warm + half an hour afterwards I was in excruciating pain followed by diarrhoea for the rest of the evening. Poor hygiene perhaps Wouldn't eat there again !

Service here is fantastic, staff were really patient and helpful, especially with the amount of people who can eat here. The food isn't great, cold, soggy and overpriced; for example mixed grill is near £20 but it's very cheap meats that are all overcooked. Tables and floors are messy and not cleaned properly between customers.

I have never been so dissapointed at a meal in my life, me and my mum waited for an hour just for food and what was served was not up to standard. The staff were miserable and werent sure of anything. The mash and barrel is much better for going for drinks not for food but even then they had no ice. So don't waste your money coming here for food.

The food is piss poor I think the breakfast was cooked the night before hard egg bacon undercooked hash brown wS disgusting. Never had such a bad breakfast in my life stay away people not good.

Ordered through the app, as the servers just kept waking passed us without any acknowledgement that we were there. Once we had ordered, it took nearly an hour to get our food and that was only after we went up to complain about how long it was taking. Not ideal when you've got a hungry little one waiting for their lunch and then when it did arrive, it was all cold and not really worth it in the end. Poor all round.

Very skeptical of coming for a meal because of the poor reviews but we were extremely surprised. Service wasn't the greatest but the food was very nice. 2 x adult starters, 2 x adult burgers, large kids meal and pudding and 3 drinks each can't to £60! Food was really nice. Cooked well, tasty and came out fast. Would definitely return

If you like good food, don't come here - go off site. Had breakfast pancakes and hands down the worst breakfast I've had. Microwaved and tastless. Pancakes floppy and wet underneath 🤢 could of done 100% better in the caravan!!

Booked table for family of 8, at 4.30 for a Sunday roast,we were very disappointed that Roast dinners finished at the same time and watch them start to clear down, NO one informed us on booking as we would have changed to an earlier time. Not very amenable service.

Very disappointed won't be going here again, which Is a shame being the only food place other than a chip shop or papa johns on site. This is the 3rd time now my food has not been good hence doing this review 😞 I ordered a Baguette this time thinking it'll be ok they can't mess that up surely, it was so hard I couldn't eat it. The roof of my mouth is sore from the small bite I did manage. Salad had dressing all over it so couldn't even eat that as I don't like it, they didn't ask either just covered it. If I hadn't got a side order of chips I would have left very hungry yet again.( I am hangry) Last time i had lasagne it was just cheese made me feel sick may aswell had a block of cheese absolutely awful. The time before i had pie,mash with veg, the veg was cold, mash was clearly smash the pie had a few pieces of meat inside mainly pastry. Gravy was like hot water. They would do better with a decent chef. Noone came to check if my food was OK either. I waited over 45 minutes for the food to come and it was not busy either. Very slow service. Bad food. Very unhappy. Will not go again to eat. Waste of money. And not cheap. One star as it looks a nice place. Otherwise I'd say don't bother you'll walk out hungry and dissatisfied.

Was skeptical going due to other reviews but food was lovely, quick and hot. 1 thing missing from order, asked for it and the lovely staff brought it straight away. Very similar to a harvester or spoons, food is reasonably priced for the times. We enjoyed. 👍

Staff are disorganised, they tell you to take your order to your table then you got told you have to order at the bar, not enough cutlery, some staff are rude and very chatty not focusing, food ordered wrong and they need to be closed permanently

Horrible food quality. The portion sizes are a joke. Pizza was cheap supermarket frozen one and was served half cooked. Chicken katsu curry was a small spoon of rice and small spoon of ready meal curry served with two chicken nuggets. Burrito was more like medium sausage. Avoid this place and save your money.

For a family meal of £50 I would expect better quality than what was presented watery cod and under cooked scampi made my mother I'll ruining 4 days out of my 7 days getaway would not recommend would never come back here and as a owner I'm lucky enough to have access to the tides restaurant which I would pick over mash and barrel anyday I just feel bad for the haven customers who have this as one of their limited selections of where to eat

Sausage and mash came with chipolata sausages that looked undercooked and watery gravy not nice at all waste of money and the service was terrible they didn’t clear away our plates we ended up putting them on the bar ourselves there was a lot of staff standing around chatting.

What a great restaurant at haven littlesea. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was reasonably priced and tasted great 👍 we was always seated even though we didn't book(July 2022)

We had pre-booked a table for 6.30 on the last night of our Haven Holiday. Safe to say we were severely dissatisfied and disappointed! Waitress came over around 6.45 and took our order. Drinks came and I asked for a straw for our 3 year old. 20 mins later, I get up to go to the toilet and bring back my own straw because they're clearly incapable. 7.30 rolls round, still no food. Others around us looked like they'd also been sat there for ages too! A table of teen boys were sat a few tables away and we'd over heard that they'd been sat there for 40 mins without even having their order taken! I called over the waitress and asked how much longer the food would be. Got told another 15 minutes. So that would have been an hour waiting for food. The restaraunt wasn't even busy so there was no excuse! Had enough at that point. Waitress had no people skills whatsoever! Got up and left in the end. Absolutely ridiculous concidering it's the only place on site for a 'sit down' meal during the week. Haven need to look into this restaurant because it clearly does not work and the staff are absolutely clueless. Ruined the end of our holiday.

I saw the reviews here but this doesn’t reflect my experience. Perhaps the kitchen and staff badge now ramped up and into the swing of things. I had breakfast and dinner here in June. Food was excellent on both occasions and the value for money is reasonable. Breakfast came quickly, very attentive waitress who brought colouring puzzle for a child in our party, very well cooked not greasy , lovely coffee. Dinner as well was good, quite busy , our order was unfortunately missed by the kitchen ordering system, when we asked after a wait however the waitress was very apologetic and the manager offered us our main courses for free which we were not expecting, we had chicken Katsu and buttermilk chicken burger, we can highly recommend both.

I’m not sure where to start. Lack of staff taking orders even though many walking around talking to each other. Food was ok I guess WHEN it arrived. Seems no clear direction or management of staff.

They were extremely short staffed, tables dirty, placed people close together. We were told we couldn’t order at the bar, even though we saw people ordering at the bar. Our drinks were sat at the bar for ages. We decided to leave and told the staff to cancel our order. Went to the chip shop on site in the end which was lovely. After reading the reviews on here, I’m pleased we left.

Arrived 15 mins early as not busy was told we could sit outside Went to bar to the order ignored at first by staff having there drinks and talking a senior member of staff had to step in to get them to take our order Ordered 1 sharing starter 2 drinks and 2 mains 1 pasta and 1 steak (so not a massive or complicated order) Sat down at 6 ordered just after at 6.40 a member of staff walks over to the table to ask if we wanted it all brought out together no we ordered a starter then 2 mains we wanted them separately Arrived with the starter and stated they would bring out the mains in 10 minutes (why couldn't they wait for us to finsh our starter!) Rushed starter Mains well the pasta was warmish at best the steak was meant to be medium rare nope well done ordered a peppercorn sauce wasn't brought out waited another 5 minutes for cutlery asked about the peppercorn sauce they forgot to but it through guy said it would be out in 3 mins a lady came over to ask how meals were explained steak overdone and awaiting peppercorn sauce (15 minutes later peppercorn sauce brought our by that time we had nearly eaten our nearly warmish dinners!) Absolutely awful service I am in absolute shock no where near busy a few tables at most I counted on the way out max 6-8 tables staff looked bored .The wait and lack of customer service is awful I think the guy whom took our order was training as seemed unsure so order was repeated multiple times by us . Surely if he was training he needed supervision or if he was trained he needs more training As I have worked in the sector I know mistakes can happen but with the summer holidays coming up where you will be turning people away due to how busy it gets you need to work on your customer service experience and wait times. Can I also add no apology offered and they had the audacity to charge us the peppercorn sauce after a complaint and such a wait time ( we all know the sauce is put in a pot microwavedand then put in a little jug this does not take 15 mintues ) By reading the reviews I can see we aren't the only hoilday makers to have this issue when we have stayed at other haven parks and eaten at there mash and barrell no issues so it maybe just Limited to this particular one . I personally wouldn't recommend here we saw lovely pubs and restaurants just off the camp I would advise people to eat there

They need a new chef needs gordon ramsey to train him

Really disappointing when you just want some nice easy pub food! Let the whole experience down for our Haven holiday. The place itself is nice and the servers were friendly. Thats the only nice things I can say unfortunately. We ate here twice, one time our rare steak was overcooked well done and not even hot. My steak meal was ok medium, but my chips were cold so they took it back and microwaved the whole thing so I got my steak back well done and very dry. (£17.50 meal). Bowl of meatballs watery and cold. Service is slow we just went up and collected our own drinks and ordered from the bar in the end. The price you pay is not worth it. Such a shame especially considering the amount of staff I could count on this occasion. Maybe they're too afraid to go in the kitchen and tell the chefs their food is poor!!

Terrible service. Waitress are all young teens we came in as a family on a family holiday park with two additional needs children and within seconds of us arriving the waitresses were happily whispering and huddling and laughing at us. Gave us bad attitude. Poorly organised several tried to take our order despite all ready ordering. Empty restaurant but got put on the smallest table despite Obviously having 2 kids. Food was actually really good no issues. Prices are reasonable considering location.

Food disappointing. Had to send a dish back (lasagne) as it was burnt around edges and literally in the smallest dish. Not worth the price. Asked for replacement cod and chips which took nearly up to half and hour later. The prices do not reflect the quality. Better off with the fish and chip shop next door. One dish also lacked the side/ another the chicken was over cooked. It seems that the chefs just do not care how they cook or present food!?! It’s just not up to standard. Will not be returning and we are owners!!! Will be sticking to Tides

Restaurant could be great if ran like a restaurant. Ate in there twice this weekend. Both times meals were at best Luke warm . Service was awful. A restaurant manager is needed to oversee things. As no one seems to understand how a Restaurant should be run. Service bad . Food ok but not hot enough and not cheap. Honestly could really be a nice restaurant if someone could work out how to run it and train the staff how to work in a food environment. Really Disappointed. Considering it's on a haven site. The haven boss/ owner really should be aware of his /hers investment (definitely would be upset).!!!

Wasn’t the best, waiting 15mins for someone to take our order. Drinks order was messed up at the bar. Food arrived after a 50min wait. Was cold, wife had steak which was really chewy and not rare as she asked. My burger was supposed to have two beef patties but had one and a half 🤦🏻‍♂️ was served with chips but no salad or anything it didn’t look very good on the plate. Probably wouldn’t use again if staying at this Haven site in future. Disappointed.

Place was nice and staff were friendly but inexperienced. Waited a while for both food and drinks. When food came out it was barely hot and they forgot the chicken in a chicken tikka masala. To rectify this they brought out a chicken breast… Could be good if ran properly and staff given some proper training.

Been to this restaurant twice and both aweful experiences. Food takes forever to be served… and when it’s brought out it’s cold. Simple breakfast takes more than 30mins! Better off saving money and going somewhere else to eat.

Needs a good clean. Food is ok. Service all depends on the staff member. Severe lack of training and some staff not great at customer service. Sometimes you have to order food at the bar ither times its table service but then noone ever comes back to do courtesy check or clear starters or take the money

What a joke... First off the app doesn't work at lunch time and the staff just laughed when I asked where the drinks were. We then ordered food that came out really quickly for what we ordered which can only mean it's microwaved. Quality of food was terrible. Everything was either undercooked or overcooked. They missed things from the order and when we asked where the missing items were we were told to wait and he would come back to us. Waited 20 minutes then had to ask a different server who then brought out burnt garlic bread. All in all it was probably one of the worst meals I have ever had.

Thay need a on site manager because service needs to improve?

Restaurant was clean, and food came extremely quick. I ordered the steak and was disappointed, for the price, it was full of fat, and chewy bits. My friend had the steak pie, and the meat was tender, he really enjoyed that. My daughter enjoyed her spaghetti bol. So I'd just chose wisely when ordering!

Food and service very good. Entertainment was also very good. We had a great evening.

One of the problems with mash and barrell my chicken wings come out burnt solid but this is the least of my worries. All the young staff are very lazy and walk around standing at the bar not doing anything. Very slow service we waited over 30 mins for drinks. I wouldn’t have minded if they were busy but they were just stood around. Just wish they would put smiles on there faces and show more enthusiasm in there work. I hope to see this improve as could be a nice place to eat.

Booked a meal for 7pm sat down no body came to our table to take order left 7.25.People other tables had ordered drinks still hadn't received them 30mins later.Terrible service,!

Even 1 star was too much.. 35 minute wait before anyone came to take our drinks order, after they did was another 30 min before they brought them over to the wrong table, when ordering food most of it was out of stock so we ordered what we could.. 1hr 45 min for that to turn up.. when it did it wasn't to bad.. so we decided to order dessert.. that was a bug mistake.. they took 40 minutes to bring out ice cream.... poor experience... up to other mash and barrels I have been, a lack of customer service. Training is needed... and to top the whole thing off one of our party had a up set stomach the rest of the evening( only place we ate all day) ... cancelled our booking for the rest of the week.

Terrible, service slow food low standard and over priced. The staff are not trained and haven't got a clue. On top of that they can't be bothered. Don't go there.

Good pub grub, not a large choice but enough, prices not too expensive

We had a table in the corner which was very dark, had to use my phone torch to view the menu and to eat dinner with a bit of light. Ordered the sirloin steak and was very very chewey not worth the £16 that it cost to be honest was very reluctant to pay the £54 bill not worth the money, staying on site and wouldnt re visit.

Food was nice and staff very friendly

We visited the Mash and Barrel tonight (Saturday) for dinner. We had a little wait as they were a little busy. Once seated it was only about 5 minutes before a waitress came to take our drinks and food order and only about 20 minutes before the food arrived. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Mash and Barrel. 😀😀👍👍

This pub/restaurant has the opportunity to be very successful with the vast amount of space it provides .... Unfortunately not. Arrived at 13:30 and took until 14:00 to take our first drink order which arrived fairly quickly. After finishing these we then had to chase 3 times for someone to take a second order. This then took nearly 45 minutes to arrive and when it did 2 of the drinks were missing! To top this off the Vodka that was served out of a Smirnoff bottle is most definately not Smirnoff! Had it replaced 2 times because you could not even taste it, I eventually watched them pour it and it still tasted so weak that it cannot be genuine Smirnoff that is being served. The only up side to this place was the friendly staff.

Even covid cannot be blamed for our experience at this restaurant! We were seen to our table and waited a considerable time before someone came to take our order, and was then informed the we sold out of loads of things including burgers, she returned with our cutlery asked what sauces we wanted then nothing. We saw other people receiving drinks who had arrived after us so called over someone he retook drinks order and still took another young girl to chase the drinks and then inform us no food order had been put through! We had been there an hour with 2 young children. The original waitress was nowhere to be seen and the error was left for the new waitress to deal with and apologise for. We didnt reorder our food as children were hungry.

The burger I ordered was cold so sent it back then it came back luke warm. None of us finished our meal. Definatly won't be returning for another meal. Staff were friendly but the food was terrible and expensive for what it is.

Shame really as food for 3 of us was perfect but 1 was left until the other 3 had finished due to a manky spud and then when it did eventually come everything was cold apart from the spud!! Akward family meal... not what you want!
