Ordered two oat mochas and a beyond meat sandwich both sandwiches were hot on the top and stone cold on the bottom. Extortionate price as is but for it to not be hot as well isn’t very good.

The first coffee I ordered was not available so my second choice coffee was really weak and the cup was 3/4 full of ice won’t be going back again

We popped over to Starbucks for a quick coffee and a bite to eat on New Years Eve. The staff were friendly and helpful despite it being New Year’s Eve and them also staffing the drive thru. They served us drinks and snacks having requested dairy free. All food and drink was lovely. I paid by card - this is the only option where I live anyway so I was surprised by other negative reviews re this. Thanks ladies.

Don’t accept cash so walked out also a rude young girl with blonde hair clearly didn’t know what she was doing but she could at least have some costumer service skills and look less miserable. Come on Starbucks its not Covid times anymore you need to accept cash

Well, what can one say apart from the pure disappointment, I don't expect much from a place like that but I do expect great customer experience, someone to take orders, cleanliness and decent food but got none of that. ordered burgers and they tasted so bland and wasnt even cooked properly, outside of the "meat" was black but the I side was pink, the buttermilk chicken was over done or the oil really needs changing ( if not changed can make you seriously sick) the atmosphere was so dead a funeral would be classed as happy place than that. Watched another customer, grabbed a highchair, and then immediately put it down, cutlery had to be searched for. Needs some serious improvements chef needs training on how to cook food, the staff needs to keep on top of cleaning and routine only saw one guy do it throughout the whole staff, for a company like Havens you'd expect some sort of decency

Greggs is usually a favourite snack but on this occasion the sausage roll was stone cold and there was hardly any milk left for our teas. It was so busy it was too much of a scrummage to get back to the front of the queue to complain. Very disappointing, won't be rushing back.

Young lady very grumpy and attitude was bad when spoke to me. Not a large portion of wedges like i ordered, cheese not melted in my dipper. unfortunate as customer service ruins the whole experience for people.
