The staff I'd name is ART , her behaviour was very rude , we had a bad experience, she saw that we came first to the shop she has not asked as to where to stand to order , later other two people came after 3 mts , the lady ART asked us to stand behind of them , I felt it's not fair , when I said we are the first , even she not looked at our face and said just stand behind of them . I felt like we are not from this country she behaved like that ? .I never blame the food , we are regular customers of subway .thanks for that .

The staff are aggressive and rude. The supervisor literally allowed people to stand in a long line while he was preparing online orders. Came back as the sandwich was wrong and both the lady and supervisor were so rude to me. I got a refund with no sandwich. I left a formal complaint with subway. Worst subway I’ve ever visited.

Eaten from here many times. It's OK and coffee is disgusting compared to other Subways. Maybe the coffee machine isn't cleaned properly. Toilets are disgusting. Some staff are great whilst others are more interested talking and hanging out with there mates rather than focussing on customer service, food quality and presentation. Definitely worth avoiding in the evening as a bad magnet.

So I went up to the staff member and said about really struggling, explained about Crohns and desperately needed to use the toilet. Subway is a regular place we would visit as a family to eat etc.... Normally, it's not a problem but this one staff member really didn't care, show any empathy even when presented with a Crohn's and Colitis URGENT card. I realise that not everyone understands Crohns or Colitis but I think she could see that I it looked or was urgent. Having been in situations before when it wasn't possible to make it in time this situation could have been messy if it wasn't for the kind and lovely staff at Kaspa's who didn't discriminate this invisible illness.

Also took my grandchildren in today and I was told if I want to buy the childrens meals which where boxed up ready I had to have an app to buy them .. not everyone is clued up on apps cannot understand it not a clue on how to get an app confused and embarrassed not every one does apps

Incredibly poor customer service. Subway is usually my 'go-to' whenever I’m hungry for some fast food, but unfortunately my recent visit has left me unsatisfied. I ordered the Turkey Breast & Ham Footlong. Very slow service, almost took them around 7-8 minute to prepare my sandwich whilst there was one other person at the time ordering - my sandwich was cold when served despite it being heated up. Salad toppings hadn’t been topped up which had me waiting an extra 2 minutes when I requested for some lettuce. Finding a seat was quite a challenge, not due to a busy establishment but rather the filth on each table that had been disregarded and not cleaned up. I felt uncomfortable eating my meal knowing each counter was filthy. There were multiple flies about which also hindered my experience. The staff were ill-mannered and insubordinate, arguing with co-workers whilst serving customers. Some members of staff were also talking to customers who did not work at the establishment, when they could’ve been maintaining a high-standard of the stores hygiene. I should’ve gone to KFC, truly a disappointing experience.

The food was lovely but I think men with beards should have to wear nets over them . Oh actually all hair should be in a net .. ..the place was disgusting, food leftover left on tablets, the floor wasn't clean. The had 3 people working one new girl ( her first day, she was doing well. A guy that was trying to teach her and do everything else as well and clean table and then there was a guy look sat in the office going nothing . He allowed his mate with a baby in a pushchair into the office to chat away . While his work colleagues were busy. Not sure if he was a manager. But he was lazy) I felt sorry for the other two workers .. When I did ask for my order the new girl asked for help from the guy out the back but she was ignored. I thought this was a very unprofessional of the guy. I think something needs to be done . Subway at poole bus station

The counter service was extremely slow and quite miserable. The shop lacked any atmosphere; it would greatly benefit from playing some music to break the silence. To top it off, after enduring the long wait, my roll had freezer burn, rendering it completely inedible. It's baffling how making a simple sandwich could go so wrong.

The service was just SHOCKING. The lad did acnowledge I was there, and kindly pointed that another staff member will be with me because he was on his way for a "fag". However the young girl completely ignored me being there, and carried on chatting and laughing with her friend (another customer). She eventually came to serve me just as I was about to walk out. But the service was more like - "I will serve You, because I need money" The food tasted good, however the toppings is just a name. Haven't had a SUB for years, but I remember it being more full and filing then I had today. The foot long is usually too big for me, so took the half size. Well, I'm still hungry 😳 Definitely won't be going back, that's for sure 👎

Whilst I cannot fault the food, I can fault the painfully slow service as well as the rubbish everywhere. The service was extremely slow, I waited over fifteen minutes to be served. Three people behind me, after a few minutes two of them walked out. I cannot blame the staff member serving though, as they were doing everything on their own. Tables and seats where disgusting. Old bits of food on the tables as well as wrappers. Mess all over the floor too. Most tables hadn't been tidied up. Very disappointing, and if I'm in the area again I don't think I would return.

The only reason I give 1 star for service when visiting Dolphin centre Poole store 17/06/23 is because the door was open!! Shocking service!! Queued for 20 minutes, only to be told when finally served... no tuna, no food trays stocked up, couldn't see what else they did have, awful! 4 members of staff with only one girl doing everything, other 2 just stood there, 1 cleaning the store which he did good, & this was all observed whilst in a 20 minute cue, which was only 7 people in front of us by the way! Subway is always our go to lunch spot, but never this store again. Walked out & went to lifeboat quay poole store instead, with Jack operating this branch ALONE. Served within minutes, sat down within 10! Fantastic service, he actually cared about you as a customer and was so apologetic about other branch! Subway, you SO need more Jack's!!!

Absolutely appalling experience. Tables were filthy, with food and wrappers from previous users on them, the floor was also very unsightly with food and packaging all over the place. The service was very slow, waiting in the queue for almost 40 minutes to be served with a tasteless all day breakfast sub. Hadn't had a Subway for a very long time and will never have one again thanks to the experience I had here.

It's about 8pm on a Saturday! Went in and ordered a sandwich and a coffee. Then asked if I could use the toilet as they were cleaning and also stated that I am a diabetic and the answer was No! Well I said thanks very much and cancel my order. Feel pretty down now and discriminated against,the very first time since being diagnosed 5 years ago.! How can people treat people like this in this day and age! Just unreal! Feeling pretty humiliated ATM...Not very caring attitude with someone with this disease! NOT ALL DISABILITIES CAN BE SEEN! So I came into Subway for some lunch & I ordered some nachos, & asked for no salsa, just cheese, & I was only given one pinch of cheese, I then asked for extra cheese & the lady behind the counter, said’ it will be extra! and I said that’s fine, but she decided not to give me any extra. The altitude the of the lady this morning was very unprofessional, she threw the tissue and the sandwich on the table for me to pick up, she did not even put it in a paper bag. I went to buy some food here, and there were 2 girls working extremely hard. The place was very busy, and the mentioned 2 girls didn't stopped working. I hope they are appreciated by their management, as they definitely deserve to be praised. They are a positive asset for this branch. And one of the girls, wearing a headcloth has been a great team player, as she was doing her part of the job, and same time also helping out her college behind a counter to speed up the service. There were 3 positives:- lady at till was lovely, coffee & free cookie delicious & excellent value for money. BUT - whole place was filthy (tables, floors, windows & toilets), the main entrance was closed with no sign saying another one was just around corner & so the customers inside were directing with sign language, & the chap stacking the high chairs was slamming them down, surprisingly got they didn’t break? Not a nice atmosphere with all the crashing. Such a shame as the Subway that used to be near Poole Park was a clean & calm environment.

Not sure it even gets 1 star. Came in today with my blind mother, her guide dog and my 3 children. We thought we had bought a BLT salad box. Hot nachos Hot hash browns Cappachino The BTL was not a BLT, it was a bed of spinach. Pickles and chilles. Not meat at all. Even though my mother asked for meat. The hot nachos were just nachos with cheese. No salsa, no chillies The hash browns were just hash browns with no dip until i went back and asked for some. The cappachino. The sandwich makers mind was somewhere else.. not impressed.

Once I arrived at the counter after waiting in line patiently for 20 minutes I ordered 2 sandwiches, one 6’ and one foot long plain bacon sub. Whilst I was ordering this sandwich I got a perculiar look from the server. She toasted the 6’ without my permission then the sandwiches was passed onto the next category with rough handling. After the sauce was placed onto the 6’ sub the foot long sub had mysteriously ‘disappeared’. Once we was about to pay we noticed that one sandwich was missing and then the workers messed the whole order up. My friends were in front of us in the line and then they was accused of stealing our sandwich which they had misplaced into a different bag. My friends also asked for mayonnaise and the reply was ‘we have ran out.’Then stuck out a plastic cup with garlic mayo on it and proceeded to say “it’s the same thing”, which I found a bit rude. Then once we arrived back at our destination there was my friends daughter’s foot long hearty Italian turkey slices with lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise which was not provided. The sandwiches that received were tasty but the service made the overall impression.

Not the best subway I have been to. Staff were quick at making my sandwich and processing snacks at the till. I had used my subway card on my phone and it went all okay! Im not quite sure if it deducted my points for the snacks I had ordered as I wanted to use some of my points I had racked up. Anyways, I had a refillable drink. The drink was fine but there were lots of flies hanging around the refil machine! I had noticed that most of the tables hadnt been cleaned and were left quite dirty looking. My sandwich was good overall but I'd reccomend that you take caution before entering this subway. There might be flies hanging around!

Went in with family to get some lunch. The place was filthy! Used the spray they left on the side to clean the tables ourselves and then got huffed and puffed at by a staff member for moving the spray. Would not recommend or visit again. Went here and had a Sub and was really happy, got it made exactly how I wanted it and me and my partner saved a little bit of money by just getting a foot long and halving it instead of buying two six inches! If you and your partner like the same sub, it's a good way to save some money. It also is a nice neat little restaurant and it's in the Dolphin centre so it's good for parking and for doing your shopping without having to go far and it is easy to find. I only had a coffee. Asked for a decaf coffee, didn't have any, asked for a gluten free cookie or equivalent, didn't have any. They do have a gluten free toll or bread but wasn't hungry for that yet. I didn't expect much as the place does appear to be dirty and you kind of get the impression no effort would be made, not that I was checking, just gave me the impression. Lady who served me was friendly and deserved credit.

I was meeting a friend after lunch and decided to go into Subway in The Dolphin Shopping Centre for a quick bite to eat. I arrived at the right time, as there was not many people stand in the que to be served at the counter. When it was my turn a kind lady aske what I wanted and I told her something which was not on the menu, so she told what I could have instead which was okay and I told the other lady who was serving the salad what I wanted in my wrap and she gave me a good portion which fell out when eating. The gentleman on the till was also very helpful, since I am Blind and needed some help with pouring my diet coke from the machine, which he did for me after I paid him for my meal and took me over to a nice clean table for two on the long bench side. I tucked into my Chicken, Bacon and cheese wrap with onion and sweetcorn and that was very tasty and delicious instead of having a baguette or a salad dish. After eating my lunch I finished the cup of coke and went up to get a refill and the gentleman done it for me again, however, I could manage to take my cup back to my table with using my white cane in the other hand. I looked back and saw a long que up to the serving area, but I went straight up to the gentleman after he had served somebody else. The staff are very helpful, polite and willing to help people with a Disability or an older person who has mobility issues. The Subway at The Dolphin Shopping centre is always busy at lunchtimes when I am passing during the week and at weekends. I will be back again when visiting Poole which is not that often but love to go in there for a lunchtime treat.

I enjoy a good subway but this was horrible. Flies were everywhere and you couldn't sit at a table without having to move rubbish that wasn't cleaned up. The windows were dirty and the chairs were ripped. The table and chairs were filthy and I had to brush it all down before I started eating. I would avoid.

They do Vegan and non vegan food, the staff are very helpful and considerate, I had Lasagna with vegetables and garlic bread all for £5.95 the portion was generous and very tasty, would recommend, shame we found the place on our last day in Poole!

I have an allergy and spoke to the very young girl about it who said can’t guarantee cross contamination ! I accepted this but then she went to the kitchen and made faces to the chefs and then came back and told my husband don’t worry I have told the kitchen !! Very upsetting situation and treatment !!

This is only the second time I've been in here.. The last time was before lockdown, when we ordered coffee which was luke-warm. We complained and was met with a very curt reply, " we aren't allowed to make it too hot. Health and Safety!" We said we'd like it warming up but they refused. We came back today, as it appeared to be under a new name "Coffee Society" We had to pay an extra 60p per cup for oat milk, and again it was Luke warm. Had to order a pot of boiling water to warm it up ( which made it really weak. ) £8.45 for 2 drinks!!! Looking up, there were cobwebs everywhere, and it wasn't very clean. Never again.
