bad !!!! ordered crispy duck but they sent roast duck , egg fried rice was poor i will not order from them again .

Ordered a selection of items from the menu came in no time whatsoever but here is where it went downhill. I ordered spareribs, they came and when I bit into them they were raw. I rang up and they happily changed it but when the replacement came, it was raw again. Rang once more and the man I spoke to hung up on me half way through my complaint. Rang a third time and was shouted at by the man I spoke to because “the chef is the head chef at ‘Days’ in tower park”, as if that means he is totally above mistakes, not helping with the issue at all. I was told nobody else had had the issue so I must be wrong and that they couldn’t deal with the issue because they were closed - if I hadn’t been hung up on it would have been well within their opening hours. Never experienced this sort of customer service in my life. I work in the service industry myself and so spoke with complete civility and understanding, to be met with rudeness, disrespect and being shouted at down the phone. Don’t bother with this place.

We ordered our food at 17:45. At 19:45 we phoned and asked about the delay and we're told it was still in the kitchen! It finally arrived 3 hours later at 20:45. I mentioned to the delivery driver but he just laughed. No apology, nothing. Very poor service, will not be coming back. If you're busy then don't accept any more orders until you can deliver them at a reasonable time.

Large portions. Careful what you order unless you like Chinese food the day after. We do. Two lots of Singapore noodles, Pancake roll and dumplings beat us. So we have two snacks for tomorrow. All that for less than £18. Result!

Waited ages. Food was cold - chicken was chewy and stringy! Rang up to complain and the phone was slammed down when I said I wasn't happy!

This is the worst Chinese I have ever tasted . The chicken is that processed it looks like tripe on your plate and was slimy and absolutely disgusting I have never tasted anything like it before. The quality of the food is very very poor and not even edible and it went straight in the bin. I cannot believe they serve up food like this and expect people to pay for it. This Chinese should not be in business Full stop. I will never ever use this place again and would certainly never recommend it to anyone. I had to give a star rating of one but I wouldn't give it any stars if I could choose.

Waited over 1.5 hours after placing order for delivery but nothing tried phoning 8 times but never answered phone was a good Chinese but will never use again users beware

2 hours for delivery after being told 1.Absolutely disgusting,full of MSG and salt.Undercooked batter on balls and chicken.Half the delivery wrong or missing and i feel physically sick after eating a small amount of it.

Another good value meal. Thanks guys. Always good. Like the spicy lamb with a side of noodles. Yummy.

Used to be really good but latest owners are not using the best ingredients. Cheap chicken cuts where Roasted breast chicken was once served. Also, the place is badly in need of a refurb. Its tired and dirty looking from the customers viewpoint.Shame. but I found somewhere better.

I love using this takeaway as their dishes are so much cheaper and food is tasty. Portion is quite large for the price. They do not always able to do delivery so puck up is a better option. Normally I can get a decent meal for under £10 with some left over for next day. Boss/chef not very friendly but he has counter staff who are.

Prices are on a par with all the other Chinese take-aways in the area. The food in also on a par with everyone else if a little saltier than others. The service though is below average. It is hit or miss if they can deliver, during the week there is usually no delivery. Most of the time during the week there is just one person working, taking the orders and cooking the food – something therefore has to suffer and it is usually the customer. Unfortunately the customer services skills of the ‘one man on his own’ is non-existent. No please or thank you, your change is thrown onto the counter. You are a hindrance an inconvenience. The customer waiting area is crude, dirty and run down.

Good prices. Better if you pick up as their popularity may make your delivery time long. Their range is good and I love the Singapore noodles and the giant spring roll.

Good staff and highly quality chicken. Has free parking, cinema, tresco and other convenient places just within 3 minute walk.

Fantastic food lovely delivery highly recommend this place. I highly recommend it as their food tastes fresh and full of amazing flavours!
